I brought my laptop to this man in March. He called me and told me it was water damage and told me that he will call me back in 15 to 20 minutes now here it is may. I had to call him three times today. I still don't have a real good answer about what's going on with my laptop or anything every time I call him all he's trying to do is rush me off the phone and tells me he's gonna call me back again in another 10 30 minutes and never does is very unprofessional if I knew that it was gonna take this long for this man to fix my computer or even call me to update me I would've never brought my laptop there his customer service sucks. He's very rude. All he did was rush me off the phone today. He still ain't told me how long is gonna take to fix my laptop and I brought it to this man in May. If he wasn't able to fix my laptop, I wish he was more honest and told me that instead of giving me the runaround and not giving me a solid answer about what's going on with my laptop. All he continuously do when I call him is rush me off the phone and tell me he's gonna call me back. He never calls me back. Do not waste your time or money here. Ismael is a dishonest person! I took my phone in to fix a cracked screen, came out worse unfortunately... was quoted $55. When ismael contacted me he said "your phone is ready for pick up but it's going to be more" once I got to location he said, "I fixed your screen and cleaned it so it will be $75" i kindly responded saying, you didn't consult that price before fixing I was told $55, nor did we discuss anything else being an issue with my phone after diagnosis." he said, "ok I'll leave it at $65" than said "you know what $60".. I payed because I would have tipped anyway... as my day went on I noticed my phone freezing. Contacted the store and Ismael said bring it back.. he said he would change my battery and would charge $40 but didn't have it in store he would have to order, will arrive in 2 days. I was a little hesitant because I had already lost trust. He stated that if it still didn't fix the problem he would give me a phone because I invested money already.. After 2 days I called and he said he was busy (understandable) to come in the following week. Once I got to the store Ismael quoted me different prices and said "you know what that's not the problem it's the mother board and it will be over $100 to fix" I told him "I just want my phone fixed but you keep guessing and I keep having to pay more" At that point I just felt like he wasn't a sincere person and was just trying to take more of my money. He got mad and started to raised his voice. I asked for my phone back as I no longer wanted his service. He kept raising his voice at me and prolonged to give me my phone back. Over the course of a week, he got a new screen for me and even cleaned the interior so that it wouldn't overheat as much. The price was fair. Man...if I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I had just gotten my microphone fixed a bit before coming here and he unfixed it somehow when all I took it in for was to change my battery. Ended up telling me that I needed a whole new screen plus the batter. I had to keep calling and showing up in person to get updates and I went a whole day without my phone. Now I can't talk over the phone or use voice messages because my microphone doesn't pick up my voice/any sound. It sounds like muffled chips in an air filled bag....plus I felt pressured to make a review. At the time I thought he did a good job because my phone was working and YES the battery has been lasting now better than before...but when I had to make/answer calls no one could hear me (not even on speaker) ...anyway I recommend him to my family and same thing...seemed good at first but now my mom's phone isn't working properly so now we have to pay AGAIN to fix something that was not broken and they also felt pressured to make a review. Mind you he asked for me and my family member on separate occasions to write a review, then asked to read it and gave the okay to publish.
