The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

The contractor had no clue how to fix this and we were left without reliable internet. After reaching out to many services, Mendel was first to respond. He perfectly understood the issue and offered to come immediately, early AM on a weekend no less, and at a VERY reasonable hourly rate. When he showed up, it was clear why he named his service "Friendly" as he's the nicest person I have met. He immediately identified the issues, involved me in the process, and managed within an hour (not all day as I had worried) fix everything. You can see it in my photo below. This was a total disaster, but to him it was a walk in the park. Mendel had a huge vehicle full of every imaginable IT gear as well. He told me he could fix it so I left my tv with him. He had it for a week before I got it back and that same day I returned it because the problem hadn't been fixed. From there he literally had it for over a month. In the meantime he'd never answer my phone calls or texts, after a while I'd always be sent to voicemail. I'd go to his shop and it'd be closed. At this point I'm thinking my tv was stolen along with the money I paid. Finally he returned a text and stated he couldn't fix the problem so he'd return the tv and money. The day I went to pick it up I expected my full refund, I understand he put time to trying to fix it but he had gone MIA for over a month. He also tried to claim I only gave him a certain amount (so always ask for a receipt). Came home with my tv and now it doesn't even turn on. Now it's trash, when the problem used to only be a strip of green light.
