This place is super understanding and nice. I broke my computer and needed my screen replaced. Its super easy, you just drop your computer off and come back in like 1-2 days. I had an issue where my screen had a singular line after getting it fixed. I let them know and they were very kind to replace it again. So if you see an issue with your fixing, they have 90 day warranty and you can go back! I 10000% recommend this place. read more

Easy to deal with and communicate and the computer was repaired within a week. It was a simple fix, basically doing some updates and clean ups. wished they had a home service. read more

I had a couple of old iPads, and laptops that needed to be disposed of, and they took them with a smile. So easy and free!

Great experience they were able to get me all my data on my usb. Alan was great. Took about a week.

I was at almost at my end trying to update my MacBook Pro. With all the OS updates, photos and what I thought was little to no storage I was using, I kept receiving update requests and messages my disk was full. I called quick fix and they were able to take me in and tuned up my MacBook in reasonable and surprisingly quick turnaround time. Marin helped me throughout the entire process. He was politely suggestive and provided helpful tips when dealing with Macs. He reassured me in the beginning that the issues I were having were common and easily fixable. I appreciated the communication as well throughout the service. I am extremely pleased with his service. Glad to have a place like this locally! Thank you quick fix and Marin! read more

Have been coming here for over a decade. Great spot. Highly recommend. Cool owners who do quick and efficient work.

Quick turn around, and good prices. They were able to answer all our questions. Got my computer working within a week

I had my computer fixed at this place and I am satisfied with the results. It was worth paying for their service as I wouldn't have been able to diagnose the issue on my own. However, I was not contacted in a timely manner. I was told it would take a week to fix my computer unless I paid extra for their speedy service. I waited for a week from the day I turned it in, which was a Friday, but I didn't get it back until the following Monday. So technically, I waited for 10 days to find the issue and pick it up. The cost to fix a custom PC is an additional $50, totaling $150 for the repair. I experienced a black screen of death, and I tried to repair it myself, but it only made it worse. Hence, I asked for professional service. It turned out that my SSD hard drive had failed, prompting me to discard it and run with a single hard drive. They reinstalled Windows and basic drivers. read more

I highly recommend this company. Alan and Marin are so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. . They fixed my laptop that had a boot up failure and had multiple corrupted files, and they fixed it in one day. I will definitely use them again. read more

Great experience. I grew up building computers but now fast forward 15 years I have kids, family, and a career that keeps me preoccupied. I want to give a big thanks to Quick fix and the hardware guy that saved my gaming pc. I could n't figure out what was wrong and when I reached out it looked as if they had solved the problem and kept me in the loop. After a part replacement my pc is back as promised nothing out of the ordinary and functioning better than before. These guys are professional and are chill/nice. To the hardware guy in the back- thanks! My wife still thinks I bought this pc for typing out school projects for our kids. read more

10 stars! This review is well overdue. These men are angels!! Not only did David and Allen go far beyond with kindness and Customer Service but they returned my MacBook Pro immediately and saved me money!! They are so honest and professional, and I will never go anywhere else. The other shops around town saw my face and tried to scam me as soon as I walked in, but these guys are different. I am grateful to have found them because they got me out of a pinch. Very knowledgeable men. Thank you Alan!! read more

I have used Quick Fix several times over the years. On Friday afternoon, I brought my laptop into Quick Fix with its case bulging, coming apart at the seam, and a broken speaker. I was told that parts would have to be ordered. It was fixed and ready for pick up Monday morning, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Quick Fix. The name is very apt. --Floyd Flanagan read more

I brought in my external drive to get recovered and transferred to a new one. They were extremely helpful and very straight forward with everything. They made sure I got to see what was recovered and if everything was okay. I was quoted over $600 for a days recovery from other places and they only did it for $200. Would definitely recommend! read more

Came here with a second hand laptop to have it tuned up and have an SSD dropped in, and felt like what I was charged was truly fair. The staff were friendly, asked a few follow up questions, and offered to clean up the fans and thermal paste while they were in there. Plus they said it would be 4-5 days and they only took 2. All around ideal experience. The laptop runs like a dream now. read more

Had a PC issue after installing a new GPU and after many troubleshooting on both software & hardware on my end, I still could not figure it out. Constant crashes in gaming, browsing website, watching media. Brought the pc to Quick Fix, and after 5 days, was able to retrieve pc. The repairman said it was mix of hardware/software issue and had repaired my PC. 2 months later, and no issues with PC at all. Service was quick and great, price was right and overall a great service by the team. Will recommend to anyone who needs PC repaired. read more

Professional group of employees. Very knowledgeable and great at what they do. One of the partners, I think his name was Paul, was very nice and informative on why my system was malfunctioning. He helped my identify the problem with my build. Both my motherboard and cpu were both dead, the reason I state this specifically is because I've been to multiple computer service shops before and if they identify only one faulty component they won't bother to test the rest for functionality which could lead to future headaches when the faulty part is replaced and the system still doesn't work. Also decided to purchase a standard case so I wouldn't have to ever bring in my components separately. There is one thing I have to state although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. The system I took in had a m.2 SSD underneath a heat sink on my motherboard. When I received my whole system back I assumed the m.2 was still under the heat sink and didn't bother to check since I'm not about to unscrew it open and check. However it wasn't until I got a new motherboard and wanted to transfer over the ssd that I noticed it was missing. I called and was able to retrieve it as they had taken it out to test its functionality. I understand it was an honest mistake and that in their thorough inspection everything had to be tested, however it was about a 25/30 minute drive one way so I was a bit annoyed. With that though I would recommend this place 100%. Price of service is unmatched. The service itself is unmatched. I did the rush job which was finished on time as promised. And they even put my M.2 in a case for me to transport back home. Although they are further than I would usually go for service, I would make the trip 9x over for their quality work. As a general tip for any service, make sure to check all your components are returned when you pick up the system to save yourself the hassle I had to go through. Thanks for the great service guys! read more

Brought several work machines here for repair. Usually I'd just do it myself, however, for these repairs, it's for work and the services weren't on my dime. Appreciate the communication. From answering the initial calls, to the calls and emails to follow up. Every machine that Quick Fix has worked on, are still being used and functioning great. The shop is on Redondo. Street parking in front, or the adjacent parking lot. Watch the signs. Spaces shared with the Cafe next door. read more

Provided advice and help without charge. When I proceeded with service they were courteous and work was completed ahead of schedule.

I took my laptop in for replacement of what I thought was a bad HDD. They attempted to replace the HDD and found the computer had a bad motherboard, which was going to cost more to repair on an older system, than buy a new computer. Super honest & smart crew of people working there. I appreciate them figuring out what was wrong for no charge. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer service. Quick Fix is amazing, amazing, amazing. So it finally happened to me. My computer crashed, and despite going through all the recommended fixes posted online, and working with an Apple rep, my computer would not turn on. Of course, I didn't have my files backed up. I had 12 very uncomfortable hours not knowing if I had lost all my files. I called Quick fix as soon as they opened and they said to come in for them to run a diagnostic check. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Fabel told me that they would be able to recover all my data. Two days later I picked up my computer with all my files restored! I couldn't be happier or any more grateful. read more

These guys are super nice. I have been using computers supplied by my employers for years or doing everything on my phone. So when my son got a gaming rig from his grandparents I had no idea what to do when the screen wouldn't display properly. These gentlemen could have very easily taken the computer and charged me a fee for diagnostics or whatever but they plugged it in and showed me what we had been doing wrong (wrong HDMI port) and charged me nothing. I felt foolish but grateful these guys were so honest. read more

These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. They rescued all info from two (2) old laptops and placed that info onto external hard drives which allowed a straightforward transfer of years of children's pictures, my wife's sermons, and my own writings. Our family would have been devastated by loss of all that stuff. We compared estimated and shops, and were very smart to choose Quick-Fix read more

I freaked out pretty quickly when I was packing my desk at home since we were going to start working from work the following week, and I dropped my laptop with my USB still attached. The USB bent significantly one way. I barely nudged it the other way, and it snapped. All my personal files were on there! Ahhhh crap! Fast forward to sending a few messages out to different companies to get a feel around for the pricing and availability due to covid shutdowns. No diagnosis fee and a quick turnaround! Pick Quick Fix! They were 100% the best company I messaged, and I messaged around 10 within a 30 minute drive for me. Hopefully, I don't have any other issues in the future, but if I do, I'm going straight here. Thanks, guys! read more

My laptop had one faulty port, which wouldn't have been a problem had it not been the only one that hooks into the docking station. I had no idea where to bring it, so I checked Yelp! and found a ton of positive reviews. Not only was I not disappointed but I was also bowled over by their professionalism. They cleaned out the port, which didn't work (note: I did pay for same-day service, as I need the laptop for work). They offered to order a new port, and that if it didn't work, I wouldn't be charged either for the port or the labor. I took Old Betsy home, and a week and a half later, they called to say that the port had come in. Well, it wasn't the port--it was likely the motherboard. And nope, I wasn't charged for that port, and they did tell me that I should just get another computer when this breaks down further. They gave me a recommendation, with no hard sell. Thank you, Alan and Fabel, for your service. Now, I have a real neighborhood fix-it business for tech! read more
