My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure.
