I have an older HP laptop that I never used to its full capacity before it started to have issues that made me not want to use it. It was taking forever to start up, the battery would not hold a charge at all I even purchased another charger that did not work. An IT friend told me to invest in fixing it as I had zero bogging up the memory so I looked for computer repair near me that was open past 6, and Alonso received top reviews I called him explained my issues and he was accommodating to me arriving 15 minutes before he closed. Gave it to Apple for a new battery and they "found something extra" that didn't need fixing. Ended up getting it back and searching for an alternative look. Found him on yelp and man he got it done within an hour or so. He was able to see why it was over heating (just a battery) fans weren't dirty.
