As a person helping run a business I thought I could give this place a shot I was originally quoted 250~275 which I was willing to pay to support a small business. However in the end I ended up paying 375 for a AIO liquid cooler that cost 79.00 before tax and shipping I thought sure, I'll support the small business if they did a good job and good service. I asked if the AIO had any sort of software that is compatible with the PC to get the temperature readings on the PC. The guy at the counter said he didn't really know. I feel as customer service should be so important to bring back customers. Make them feel welcome and invested in their questions. Even though I paid well above what this repair was worth I still have to investigate the software compatibility with this cooler. They said they added fans but they just reconfigured the NZXT fans that came in my pc in the first place. The fans on the AIO don't count as new fans to be honest. To the cherry on top They left thermal paste on my graphics card and on the side of the AIO and finger prints all over the glass Yes I did purchase service from this place, I have receipts and phone call history as well. Unfortunately the inflated price was not worth the service provided. They were nice enough to take my pc to the car but I don't think that matched the 375 service. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill on what you want repaired before paying. I try to give this place a shot but still I was left short. read more

Their tech isn't good with gaming PCs. But the staff are attentive and have great customer support but yea paid 70 bucks and ended up fixing the problem myself after their "diagnosis" was way off. Prior of coming to Zap computer repair , I had went directly to apple to see if they can repair my MacBook Pro due to water damage on the keyboard. This is my go-to place for my computers! Julio is friendly, very knowledgeable, and honest! I brought my Toshiba computer in a couple of years ago because it was acting up and lagging. He fixed it! Well, I brought it back in again a week ago because it was still Windows 7 and the homegroup network was missing, even though my other computer works at home, internet-wise. He upgraded the system to Windows 10. The computer is running much faster and more efficient. I recently upgraded my PC, but it kept failing to boot Windows. I brought my PC to this business on a Tuesday and no progress was made by Friday. The technician came in only once during that time and only managed to disassemble my PC. The associate who greeted me each day did not have any knowledge regarding the progress of my repairs. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I took back my PC. It was returned to me with a missing SATA cable that I will now have to replace. I will now have to travel 30 miles to a technician who I know will resolve my issue within a day or two because he actually shows up for more than a few hours a week.
