Julio at ZAP computer repair is a miracle worker! He brought my desktop back to life when it was on the brink of failure. It was sooo slow & needed a lot of work. I was worried because there were so many important files & images that I didn't want to lose, but Julio assured me he would not only be able to help fix the problems, but he'd make it better that ever. He said he guarantees his work & I'd only pay until I was completely satisfied. Just a couple of days after I dropped off the desktop, I got a call it was ready. He was true to his word & exceeded all of my expectations! Not only did he get my computer running fast again, he added memory and even backed up all of my files onto an external hard drive. And the work was done for a very reasonable price. Big shout out to Julio, Rodrigo & the rest of the team at ZAP Computers! This is the place to go for Any and All of your computer needs! read more

Young man was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he could not help us because we have an old MAC computer.

I had no idea what was wrong with my computer. Julio was able to figure it out and got it fixed. Great customer service.

Back in business.! After having issues with my Mac Book pro key board, I decided to look for a repair shop that I could trust. Luckily, I came across Zap Computer Repair, I spoke with Julio, share my concerns and how important the repair turnaround was for me, since I use my laptop daily to grade students reports etc. Apple Store would take about 2 weeks. Julio the owner patiently listened to all my concerns and was able to give me options. Needless to say he was able to repair my laptop in less than 2 days... Thank you Julio and staff for such a great services and affordable prices. Did I mention they protect your privacy too? I can safely say I think I found my family's IT services provider. read more

As a person helping run a business I thought I could give this place a shot I was originally quoted 250~275 which I was willing to pay to support a small business. However in the end I ended up paying 375 for a AIO liquid cooler that cost 79.00 before tax and shipping I thought sure, I'll support the small business if they did a good job and good service. I asked if the AIO had any sort of software that is compatible with the PC to get the temperature readings on the PC. The guy at the counter said he didn't really know. I feel as customer service should be so important to bring back customers. Make them feel welcome and invested in their questions. Even though I paid well above what this repair was worth I still have to investigate the software compatibility with this cooler. They said they added fans but they just reconfigured the NZXT fans that came in my pc in the first place. The fans on the AIO don't count as new fans to be honest. To the cherry on top They left thermal paste on my graphics card and on the side of the AIO and finger prints all over the glass Yes I did purchase service from this place, I have receipts and phone call history as well. Unfortunately the inflated price was not worth the service provided. They were nice enough to take my pc to the car but I don't think that matched the 375 service. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill on what you want repaired before paying. I try to give this place a shot but still I was left short. read more

I couldn't recommend Zap enough. They went above and beyond to help me and were super communicative. You can tell they truly wanna help the community with our computer troubles (which is what they have been doing for 30 years now). Julio was very communicative, professional, understanding, and above all else honest with my repair. I just wish I took my laptop sooner and didn't waste my time and money sending it to my manufacturer, only to have it sent back. 100%, I will be recommending Zap Computer repair to my friends and family. read more

Zap Computer repair is fantastic. Called Julio and I stated that I have a 12 yr HP laptop I would like to load Linux Lte on it. I was having a hard time resurrecting this laptop with ram, bios and heating issues. He suggested that John would be the person to handle this. Hello, my name is Chaplain Lorraine Rincon and I am so thankful for the way this store had treated me so honest and fair. There are not a lot of businesses like this anymore. I was at my wit's end and so worried that I would be taken advantage of but this is a business that has ethics and honor and went above and beyond to help me with my computer, so much so that I left crying because I was so happy because they were able to help take care of my problem in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee. They could have also taken advantage of my situation and charge me a higher fee but they didn't! If your computer ever breaks down, please bring to this store. These are good honest men, hardworking and very handsome and single! Just saying! I know God will bless them for their goodness and kindness. I will be a customer for life! read more

I use my computer to create and design a lot of my work and it crashed. I took it to Julio and he said it looked fried and was looking like he may not be able to save anything on it. After a bit, he called and told me he may be able to save some of my work, but not on my comp because the motherboard was fried. He was able to save all my work, which was hours and hours of designing. I am ever so grateful for Julio and am extremely happy with his work, integrity and skill. I highly recommend him and I encourage everyone, if you need any kind of help with your computer, please go see him. He is a beautiful soul and loves to help folks. Let's support this brother's biz. Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one. I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day. Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others. I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in. Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them. read more

This is my go-to place for my computers! Julio is friendly, very knowledgeable, and honest! I brought my Toshiba computer in a couple of years ago because it was acting up and lagging. He fixed it! Well, I brought it back in again a week ago because it was still Windows 7 and the homegroup network was missing, even though my other computer works at home, internet-wise. He upgraded the system to Windows 10. The computer is running much faster and more efficient. He's still working on why my wifi isn't being recognized on the Toshiba at home, as it works fine at his office, and everywhere else. He's still working on other solutions to fix the issue. He's done everything as promised, and much more! I won't go anywhere else! Great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Zap Computer Repair/Julio! You will not be disappointed! read more

What can I say, the reviews at Zap computer repair are LEGIT!!! Prior of coming to Zap computer repair , I had went directly to apple to see if they can repair my MacBook Pro due to water damage on the keyboard. Shortly after they reviewed the computer "APPLE" told me they couldn't do anything for me because the computer is "vintage" and they didn't have parts for it anymore. I asked the tech, so what now? He replied and said "just buy a new one" LOL! Keep in mind I use this MacBook my work and unfortunately I hadn't backed up my computer to the iCloud. I went home and jumped on yelp and found Zap computers near by my house and after seeing all the great reviews I didn't hesitate to go in. Julio the owner is very knowledgeable in his field and didn't hesitate to tell me that he can fix my computer. He said give me a few days and you will have all your information backed up. Unfortunately there was more damage and my computer could not be saved. Julio told me to come on in and not to worry that he had something for me. Julio and the Team came through and backed up everything onto a newer computer at an amazing price. That's service! I would recommend everyone to Zap computer for fast quality and great customer service. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Julio & the Team!! read more
