After a few direct messages with the store, I provided my device model and photos, and they quickly gave me a very reasonable repair quote. The parts arrived fairly quickly, and when I contacted the store to schedule the repair, they were very accommodating. I walked in, and within less than twenty minutes, my Garmin was repaired and working like new! I happened to come across this business by searching online nearby gaming/internet cafes when I was in the area visiting family. This was the only one nearby so I decided to take the opportunity to check it out while my partner babysat. I first called the business to verify their hours that day and to see what was the process of using their services. Justin & Marco provided me with all the info I needed and was gaming in no time. I enjoyed using their gaming computers so much that when I found out that they could build me one from scratch I knew I could not pass up this opportunity to get a little taste of Cyber IO experience in my home when I am not in the area. I gave them a budget and not only did they meet that budget they saved me roughly around 200$. The whole process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this friendly, clean and top of the line gaming center for all your gaming needs. Thanks again Justin and Marco for your services! Nothing but good things to say. I needed the screen on my MacBook replaced and they provided the best price and most responsive service. The original screen broke right before Christmas and most repair shops told me that I wouldn't be able to get it fixed until after the holiday, which put me in a tough spot due to work and travel obligations. Cyber IO ordered the part before I dropped it off and had it back to me within 48 hours. A few weeks later, I noticed that the built in camera was producing an oddly blurry image. When I reached about it, they quickly ordered the replacement part and, again, got it back to me as quick as I needed. It was frustrating to have to get the screen replaced twice, but that was outside of their control and the situation was handled as well as I could've asked. Marco and Justin were super friendly and accommodating through the entire process. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel like they went above and beyond. read more

I went to Cyber IO looking for my MacBook keyboard to be fixed after spilling liquid on it. Many places told me it couldn't be done or that it would cost thousand of dollars. Cyber IO was able to give me a good price and was very helpful. They even gave me multiple options of fixing it with different costs. They fixed it fast and kept me updated the whole time. Came in last night around 10 pm with a friend after looking online for an internet cafe. When we came in we met Marco and Justin who were really awesome guys. Justin got us set up right away to play some games and we stayed till closing. The gaming setups were very clean and the games ran amazing. The pricing is also very fair. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to play some games with friends or just kill some time!
