So, I waited until I played a few hundred games on the machine i bought from Pat. I can tell you this guy is the real deal Holyfield. Arrived exactly as described, was super helpful to a noob, and the packaging was a work of art. Would buy again from him if I had the funds.

I have a Jacks Open pinball game from the 70's that has been in my family for over 40 years. About 15 years ago it stopped advancing the ball when you turned it on. I found a home pinball repair technician who spent a few hours and was unable to figure out what was going wrong. He wasn't sure if they could fix it in their shop but said I could bring it in and they could try. Feeling defeated I put it off and put it off...for 15 years! Then I finally decided I needed to deal with it or create a closet in the nook that it lived in. I found Pat through a google search and he was very responsive and gave me multiple options to have him come by immediately or when he was already in the area for another call to save me money or I could have him bring it in or I could. Based on my former experience, I chose to drive it down to his place. When I met him I was confident that he was the right guy. Pat clearly loves pinball, his place has great pinball Memorabilia and is packed with pinball machines and parts. When Covid hit I reached out to Pat to see if he was okay and still wanted to work on the game, he apologized for any delays and said that parts were harder to get with the shutdown. Not long after I received a call that the game was ready for pick up. We got to play it before payment and now that it's home, my son gets to finally become the pinball wizard that his Dad is:) Thank you Pat, you are a true Pinball scientist! Kevin

My very first machine, thanks to Pat @ Endless Pinball. "The Machine" - Bride of Pinbot (1990 Williams)

The Wii they sold him was supposed to be complete in the box but was missing peripherals and the game it was supposed to come with. After contacting the seller they said they would make it right but when the day came to meet up they pushed it back to another day. On the second day they were supposed to meet up they had completely cleaned out their shop and weren't at the booth they are usually at. After seeing the shop empty my friend contacts Alex who is the owners son (This is a Father-Son business) and says he is suddenly "not part of the business anymore." Alex gets upset and threatens to shoot him after he calls his Dad a scammer and said he wanted his money back after being told several times they would "make it right." After the phone call is over George continues to text him and harass him even though my friend hasn't responded to him.

All of the GBA games on the top shelf are bootlegs. Notice the "Zelda DX Collection"? Nintendo never even released such a title for the GBA.

The ambiance can get a bit loud since there are table games happening behind the counter, but it's not really distracting. It actually adds a bit of energy to the place. The staff member who helped me had really good vibes, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're into cards. I'd recommend going in the afternoon when it's less busy so you can get the best experience and they value the card based on TCG player price!

Body language, eye contact, and tone are lacking. I understand the hobby demographic is not high class, but from the 4 visits I've had, the employees behind the counter show less care and attention. Probably a generational issue, but in business, that doesn't matter. Proper training should be issued. Though I am also sure they would use AI to formulate a "proper" response to any concerns or complaints about what they lack. Value wise: I requested to match or get close to market value from TCG player on product, and they rejected it statong that they dont follow market since they have to make money too "you know what I mean?" This has been a trend on LGS it seems, however one LGS in Artesia/Cerritos met my request despite card/cash payment. I'm pretty sure the script would later be flipped when the market goes up after supply drops with the response of "sorry marketing value is this so we follow that." If you can ignore all that, go for it. Otherwise just look for another store or go to Card shows.

Severe ADA Violation - Denied Entry by Manager Josie for Medical NecessityReview Text:…read more I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience at this establishment regarding a blatant refusal to accommodate a legitimate medical necessity. I have Sjögren's disease, a chronic autoimmune condition that attacks moisture-producing glands. This causes severe, constant oral dryness and extreme thirst, requiring me to have immediate, continuous access to water. When I tried to enter with my water bottle, I was stopped. I explicitly explained my medical condition and the physical necessity of having hydration on hand. Despite this clear medical explanation, the manager/employee, Jose, refused to allow me to enter. Instead, he gave me an unacceptable ultimatum: I could either repeatedly walk back and forth to my car in the parking lot to drink water, or I could purchase water directly from the venue.Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public businesses are strictly required to make reasonable modifications to their policies to accommodate individuals with medical conditions and disabilities. Forcing a customer to pay for water or exit the building repeatedly just to access a medical necessity is a clear violation of public accommodation laws.Manager/employee, Jose and the rest of the front-line staff desperately need proper training on ADA compliance and basic customer empathy. I expect the ownership to take immediate corrective action so that no other patron with a medical condition is subjected to this unlawful treatment.
