Pat is one of the world's leading experts in pinball sales, repair, and restoration. If you are in the market for a new or used machine, Pat or Endless Pinball is your guy. I have a 1978 Playboy pinball machine that I purchase over 10 years ago and as an electrical engineer myself, I thought I would have no problem fixing it up. Wow was I was wrong and thank god I found Pat! Pat came in and had a recommendation and the corresponding part in his truck needed to make every repair. There were a couple boards and parts that needed to be ordered, and he was able to help me get everything needed. I cannot recommend Pat and Endless Pinball enough. If you have a pinball machine that needs maintenance, want a new machine, or an old machine that needs a new rebuild, call Pat and he will know exactly what to do. read more

We have owned this machine for decades and even though it was in the house it was rarely if ever touched. We went on a search to find a person who could bring it back to life and were very happy to find Pat. He took it back to his shop and restored it to its former glory We were doubly impressed that he brought it back 2 weeks earlier than he had quoted! And during the holiday season. I have a Jacks Open pinball game from the 70's that has been in my family for over 40 years. About 15 years ago it stopped advancing the ball when you turned it on. I found a home pinball repair technician who spent a few hours and was unable to figure out what was going wrong. He wasn't sure if they could fix it in their shop but said I could bring it in and they could try. Feeling defeated I put it off and put it off...for 15 years! Then I finally decided I needed to deal with it or create a closet in the nook that it lived in. I found Pat through a google search and he was very responsive and gave me multiple options to have him come by immediately or when he was already in the area for another call to save me money or I could have him bring it in or I could. Based on my former experience, I chose to drive it down to his place. When I met him I was confident that he was the right guy. Pat clearly loves pinball, his place has great pinball Memorabilia and is packed with pinball machines and parts. When Covid hit I reached out to Pat to see if he was okay and still wanted to work on the game, he apologized for any delays and said that parts were harder to get with the shutdown. Not long after I received a call that the game was ready for pick up. We got to play it before payment and now that it's home, my son gets to finally become the pinball wizard that his Dad is:) Thank you Pat, you are a true Pinball scientist! Kevin read more

I called the day I found out that my Star Wars pinball machine was not working. He arrived that evening with all the correct parts and fixed it for me on the spot at half the price I was quoted from another service company. Highly recommend Pat, great to have a person with his knowledge fix my machine! read more

Pat and Kyle have such a gift! Quick responses and were able to come out and fix our unique pinball machine at our home within the week! We were hoping to have the game repaired by the weekend for a party we had that coming weekend and they were able to fix it to brand new!! Cannot say enough good things about this kind, knowledgeable and professional business! read more

Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, honest, reliable. Took the time to explain things to us and came prepared with parts in his truck. I've been through some bad experiences with pinball repair persons before but Pat is a real pro. We're very happy. read more

We've been playing a lot more of our two pinball machines, Medieval Madness & Ripley's Believe It or Not, since the pandemic hit--and that reminds me that I haven't yet written a review of Pat and Endless Pinball! We bought our Medieval Madness from Pat back in 2013 (he found us one in fabulous condition and made our dreams come true); and we've had our Ripley's since 2005 (purchased from a different seller). Over the years, Pat has taken great care of our machines! Whenever either machine is acting up, Pat is always able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He is super knowledgeable about pinball machines, and he works cleanly and efficiently when visiting our home to take care of issues and general maintenance. His prices are fair, and he is also willing to help us save costs on travel time by grouping us on the same run as his other customers in the South Orange County area--we just have to be more flexible on scheduling. Pat is also super friendly and just a generally nice guy. We're so happy we have a dedicated pinball repair expert whom we trust! read more

Pat repaired my 1983 Bally Midway Grand Slam. It had multiple issues, flipper not working, bulbs not working, flickering scores, reset not working and more. Pat came to my house and repaired it in under 2 hours. Pat has a lot of knowledge and went about the repairs without wasting time. I highly recommend him for any type of pinball machine old or new. His price was fair for the value I received. read more

I decided to purchase my first ever new in box pinball machine, and a very good friend of mine recommended I contact Pat at Endless Pinball, which I did. I ended up ordering my game and after the expected wait time due to the factory delay issues, Pat contacted me to let me know it came in (at his "guesstimated" wait time, btw), and he delivered the game to my home and we set it up. Pat is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely buy my next game from Pat/Endless Pinball! read more

Highly recommend Endless Pinball. I have 2 pinball machines, Simpsons Pinball Party and Monster Bash. Playing Pinball is nostalgic to me, my Dad bought me a old Williams Magic City pinball, Christmas 1974. Had a lot of fun playing that together. I had a hard time finding a reliable repair man, I have found a keeper in Pay Choy. He has done repairs on both my machines, always returns my call, and is consciousness about getting your machine working right. I've had repair guys not call me back, overcharge me if I can even have them come over to the house. One guy wanted to take my pinball machine to his house and keep it for a couple weeks "to make sure it was working properly." Rick L. Long Beach read more

Pat was amazing. He fit us in in a moments notice. I thought for sure I'd have to wait weeks if not several days and he fit us in not knowing what he'd have to do. He kept asking, "Is there anything else we had problems with?" Kept thinking of the little things that had been happening and he was able to fix every one of them. He is awesome and we would really like to purchase another pinball machine from him. thank you again, Pat, for saving the day. read more

First I have to say is Pat is awesome. I couldn't get other companies to respond or want to come out to me. I live 50 miles north of Palm Springs in the middle of the desert off a dirt road and Pat came out to service my machine. I was able to send him pictures and he got all the parts we needed to keep my game alive. He even followed up afterwards to make sure things were still working smooth. Highly recommend using him for all your pinball needs. read more

Pat Choy at Endless Pinball made the slow crawl to Temecula to repair our pinball machine. He gave us an estimate and quickly completed the job and then completely cleaned the interior of the playing field. This game is 24 years old and it plays better than when we first purchased it 15 years ago. Pat is honest, fair and a real professional. I highly recommend Endless Pinball. read more

If you need anything regarding Pinball machines, Pat is your guy. He was able to help me through all my problems over Zoom and was absolutely 100% correct on everything. The key thing about Pat is he gets to know what you are capable of and works from there. I would consider myself "intermediate" with the ability to utilize a multimeter, replace circuit boards and do various board and playfield soldering. Pat recognized where I was in my ability and worked from there. He treated me with the utmost respect and we were able to work better together (the whole is greater than the sum of its parts). I had bought a World Cup Soccer (Bally 1994) which required power driver board work (replacing bridge rectifiers and capacitors) and a brand new CPU board. After working with Pat, he helped me diagnose all the problems, taught me a ton, and now my machine is working great, Gooooaaaalll!!!! Thanks so much Pat, you are my go to expert for all things Pinball. -Gary; read more

Had an old Hook pinball machine that needed some repair. Contacted a lot of local repair places but Pat was the first to respond. Even though he was far away he happily drove all the way out to LA and got the machine back in perfect working condition. I couldn't be happier! He also gave me advice on how to maintain the machine which was great. I'd highly recommend using Endless Pinball anytime you need a machine fixed. read more

Outstanding, efficient, and knowledgeable service!!!! I recently bought a used pinball machine and after a few months something wasn't working. I found Endless Pinball on a google search and called not knowing what to expect. Pat was friendly, knowledge, and over the phone without seeing the game had a good idea of the problem. More impressively, he had a accurate estimate on what it would cost to fix. I'm soooo appreciative he fit me in same day and his estimate was spot on with his time and costs - which were very reasonable. I highly recommend Pat and Endless Pinball. It's so clear Pat love what he does and he does it very well! read more

Just when I was beginning to think customer service was dead, along comes Pat with Endless Pinball. What can I say, amazing customer service. I had already called two other repair places, none returned my calls. I called Endless Pinball on Saturday expecting to leave a VM because they were closed, but lo and behold, Pat, the owner, picks up, answers my questions, quotes me a price and later that evening when he returned home, texted me a couple of appointment dates and times to choose from. Pat showed up spot on time Monday, sent text message updates prior to his arrival, was very polite, explained things as he went along, made suggestions about what needed to be done and what could wait, simply amazing. This guy is passionate about pinball and it shows. My machine is up and running again. Not only did he replace my MPU board damaged by leaking batteries, he was able to upgrade it to a newer model that doesn't require back up batteries. He also replaced and adjusted a couple of other small things that another shop had tried to repair years ago, but hadn't been done correctly. I'm so impressed I'm planning on having him to a restoration on my machine in the near future. Thank you Pat and thank you Endless Pinball! read more

Bought my very first machine earlier this month and Pat made the whole process about as painless as possible. I had lots of questions, understandably, and Pat was always quick to get back to me to explain what was what. Once I picked the machine I wanted (BoP), I threw him a bunch of curve-balls by wanting some things changed/upgraded but none of it seemed to be an issue. We exchanged emails throughout the entire upgrade process with him keeping me up to date on what was going on, parts that were being shipped, etc. When it came to delivery, I had the pleasure of meeting his assistant Edric (I hope I'm spelling that right) who was a breeze to work with. He was able to get the machine through some rather tight corners, leveled it perfectly, showed me where everything was and made sure that everything was working right before signing off. He even helped me put my fridge doors back on as they had to come off briefly to navigate the narrow kitchen. One of the main reasons I chose Endless for my first machine was the support. Pat said from Day 1 that if I had any issues I could call him and discuss it any time (even beyond the warranty). And with his service area being LA to San Diego, it was good peace of mind to have someone local in case I ran into issues. In fact, about a week after delivery I had a minor issue with a switch/relay that was behaving strangely but Pat knew exactly what it was. As willing as he was to come out and fix it under warranty, I'm pretty handy with tools and electronics and wanted to learn about my machine. So he gave me the option to fix it myself, making sure I was comfortable with what I was doing and explaining he could come out if I hit any snags. He made sure to check on my progress and answer any questions I had (some of them pretty late one night!) and by the next day I was back in business, hitting jackpots and setting high scores. All in all, Pat and his crew at Endless did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier as a first time owner. Thanks again guys! read more

Pat with Endless Pinball is great. I found them on Yelp and gave Pat a call on a weekend expecting just to leave a message. Sure enough he picked up and was happy to talk to me about my questions. I was in the market for a new pinball machine and also needed one I recently purchased to be serviced. He was able to come to my house not long after I contacted him to service my machine. He even went so far as to help me save money by being totally honest and telling me things that DIDN'T need to be fixed even though he could have made more money by doing so. Pat's prices were really reasonable both for purchasing machines and for servicing work when compared to other pinball companies in the area. I contacted a number of other companies ranging from Southern California to Northern California and Pat had better pricing than all of them and was way more responsive and helpful. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time with other pinball places and would have just called Pat sooner. He will be my go to guy from now on. read more

There's nothing Pat doesn't know about pinball. In 2000, I bought a very beat up Whitewater machine that spent it's first seven years at arcades in France. The playfield was worn with bald spots and many of the ramps were cracked. Pat was experienced with this machine and even showed me his restored model at his house. He then restored my machine to its original luster and even added some nice mods. My only regret is that I didn't opt to have him put new decals on the cabinet; it would have made it look brand new. Two years ago, he fixed the bigfoot assembly board which are impossible to get. Bigfoot happily spins his head ever since!!! I've trusted him with repairs and upgrades to both my Whitewater and Fish Tales machines since 2014. His passion for pinball is matched by no one. read more

I contacted Pat at Endless Pinball about repairing my "Star Trek Next Generation" pinball machine. Let me say he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable! He asked me a few questions to which I said I didn't know the answer to since I had not played the game in two years, with that he asked if I was willing to sell it? My husband and I toyed with the idea of selling it many times but with the poor economy it just wasn't worth it, when Pat offered what we thought was a good price, even though it was broken, we decided to let it go. When Pat came to pick it up he even tried to talk us out of selling it, telling us how much fun the game is and even the price to fix it, who tries to talk you out of something he wants?!!!! So cute!!! Since our children are grown and our grandchildren are years away from playing it, it was time for someone else to "love" it.
