This place is great, and the ambiance is fantastic during cosmic bowling. Their food area is a bit larger than the Norwalk one, and they serve a good variety of food. Their website makes it easy to reserve a lane, and the prices are reasonable. Tonight, we ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, and fries, along with a few pitchers of beer. The bar area is spacious, and their jukebox, which we can control via the app, helps set the mood for the night. We will definitely be returning and possibly joining a league.

I was a little worried it might feel crowded or messy since it's an indoor playground, but it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the kids to run around and play. There were a variety of play areas, so my child didn't get bored and stayed engaged the entire time. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more pleasant. On such a hot day, it was especially nice to have a cool, safe indoor place for kids to have fun. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive since they share the lot with several other establishments. Each parking spot is pretty wide. Then security not the usher told us to move back all rude. Then the usher came and checked our tickets just to have security check my mom and my sister's bag. When asked why the first thing he said was "outside snacks". Then goes on to say "oh yea and pepper spray and stuff like that". They are just patrolling people bringing in snacks masked as a security guard. Extreme red flags. My sister had a small bag of chips and had to turn around and walk back to the car for such a small and silly thing. All while the 2 employees who appeared out of which seems nowhere were laughing and being extremely unprofessional. Mind you this is the first thing you see when you walk in. There is no sense of being welcomed. This is the type of stuff you see at a rinky-dink movie theater. This is a below average, amateur ran movie theater and we were extremely excited after hearing the theater got revamped. Unfortunately the theater still needs work. If you are in this area already just go another 10 mins to Cinemark in Downey or AMC Norwalk cus it was actually very shocking. Couldn't take picture because I forgot the the bathrooms of both men and women were also down. With a sign and a bunch of boxes.
