I just want to point out that the stuff is beyond amazing. I decided to take my kids today, 2 & 4…read moreyears old. I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Hello To whom this may concern,…read moreI was with my granddaughter at your location on Saturday May 9th. Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

Ever since my bowling alley in Norwalk closed, my wife and I have been coming here a few times…read more It's nice to see that the employees we met at the Norwalk location are now working here. This place is great, and the ambiance is fantastic during cosmic bowling. Their food area is a bit larger than the Norwalk one, and they serve a good variety of food. Their website makes it easy to reserve a lane, and the prices are reasonable. Tonight, we ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, and fries, along with a few pitchers of beer. The bar area is spacious, and their jukebox, which we can control via the app, helps set the mood for the night. We will definitely be returning and possibly joining a league.

Del Rio Lanes located in a plaza shared with a couple other businesses but occupying half of the strip mall. There are plenty of parking in the front and back area of the building. The signage is clearly marked and easily visible from the main streets. The venue has modern features (display boards), food kitchen with cafeteria seatings, and over 24+ lanes to support kid-friendly (birthday parties) or other group events.  The staff are nice -- quickly took our reservations, lane assignments and provided us our shoes. The music is audible without overwhelming the crowd which is nice. The lanes are clean.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask…read more All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive since they share the lot with several other establishments. Each parking spot is pretty wide. Establishment: The establishment itself is very big, clean, tidy, and organized. I got to watch Titanic in 4DX, and that was wild. It was my first time ever watching a film in 3D 4DX. My friend and I had a great time. I felt like I was in the movie and on the ocean. Such a cool feeling. Would highly recommend Titanic fans to watch the movie in this format if possible. Staff: The staff here are very friendly. Massive shout out to Diego for helping me take pics. He was very sweet, patient, friendly, and kind. I always get photos whenever I rewatch Titanic as a memento. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

This was one of the most disappointing theater experiences I've had…read more I attended the 9:00 PM showing of Scary Movie 6 on June 4 to celebrate my birthday. My friend drove long distance to join me, only to be denied entry because theater staff CLAIMED that children were not permitted for that showing EVEN THOUGH MY NIECE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY HER PARENTS. What made the situation frustrating was that, once inside the theater, I noticed another guest had been allowed to enter with a child. If the theater has a policy regarding children attending R-rated movies, that policy should be enforced consistently for everyone. Turning some guests away while allowing others to enter under the same circumstances feels unfair and unprofessional. Because of this inconsistency, my friend had to leave and missed the movie entirely after making the effort to come celebrate with me. The experience put a damper on what was supposed to be a special evening. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the supervisor or manager who assisted us. However, management should be able to identify the employee who was overseeing guest admissions for the 9:00 PM showing of Scary Movie 6 on June 4. I understand that theaters have rules and policies, and I respect that. My issue is not with the policy itself, but with the apparent lack of consistency in how it was applied. I left feeling frustrated and unfairly treated, and I hope management reviews this matter so future customers are treated fairly and consistently.
