I never feel rushed or pressured, and I really appreciate how thorough they are when buying and selling cards. I also never have to worry about card quality or condition, which makes it easy to trust what I'm buying. They're also very fair with their buy and trade values, especially compared with some other shops I've been to in the area. Whether I'm buying, selling, or trading, I've always felt comfortable with the process. Great selection, great people, and just a comfortable place to shop and talk cards. The whole interaction felt like he assumed we knew nothing about cards and that he knew everything, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. On top of that, the offers we received felt extremely low. I understand that a card shop needs to make a profit when buying cards, but there's a difference between making a reasonable offer and making someone feel like they're being taken advantage of. More than anything, it was the attitude that turned us off. You can disagree on a card's value without talking down to people. We definitely won't be coming back.

Rob was extremely helpful and guided us to different areas of the shop. Anastasia's Collectibles is the main collectibles seller at the shop. I've never seen so many funko pop characters in my life! The walls were covered and organized in such an aesthetic way. There's some funko pop characters that I've never even seen before like a snowman Darth Vader! They also sell an assortment of Disney collectors items like purses, backpacks, charms, keychains and more. Mr collectibles is another seller that offers items for your little ones like needo's, butter squishier, squishmallows and limited edition plushies. I even spotted some unique comic books too. This shop offers so many different collectibles and there's something for everyone! Great customer from the employees. Pricing for the items are also very reasonable. Adult meaning in terms of complexity. So, when I was brought here on their recommendation to find a popular but still niche game called Runes of Arnak. I was impressed that they had it when it was out of stock online at many places. They have all the board games you could dream of, including ones that you can't find easily on places like Amazon. As well as a huge and active play area that had a bunch of people playing games and campaigns on the night that we went. They're open late, so it's easy to go there after work. They even have Gunpla, which are like Gundam models, so like giant robot anime models, figures from things like Pokémon and Dragon Ball Z, a large selection of Pokémon cards and other trading card games like Magic the Gathering, One Piece, etc. They also had a lot of booster boxes, which shows me that they aren't giving into scalpers, which is extremely rare. So, you might actually be able to get product here, which for Pokemon especially is crazy. Given the market. Service was excellent, if not a little understaffed. It was a bit of a line to get my game. So it's clear that people actually running this shop care about the community and not just about pure profit. I know it might be a little bit inconvenient comparing to an overnight Amazon shipped board game, but please go here. Niche shops like this, especially ones that are actually doing well and cater to nerdy hobbies when we've all gotten so lazy, are really amazing... and honestly, the play area kind of felt like a third space to hang out. I was looking to trade a PSA 10 Charizard X from Inferno X toward a sealed case of product. Do We Collectibles offered only 70% TRADE Value. I understand every shop has different margins, but I found the offer to be well below what other local shops are willing to offer, let alone trade. I'd recommend shopping around before making a deal here.

We were helped promptly as we walked in and they directed us to the product that they had inside. We wanted to rip some so we got an ETB and a tin, but we probably could have gotten a Perfect Order booster box too! At MSRP, that's such a great value over many scalper prices and I'm glad such a local and awesome place does this! They open the seal, but we were going to be ripping this anyway at home. While going in a guy was telling people 1 box per person, however, when it was her turn he wouldn't sell to her- changed his mind and said it was 1 per group. Yet, when another one of our friends went in, he was given a 1 box per person. That's extremely discriminatory when those rules were not implemented with other groups who were in the shop. Ended up going to a different shop who was selling the same box set, and they even allowed her to buy four boxes. If this place had limited inventory, they should have been opened about that or stuck to the same rules instead of discriminating and changing them to only my friend while letting the guys buy.

I don't know who helped me because I was too overwhelmed, but he was so friendly and helpful. Actually everyone working there was pretty respectful and friendly! No one was judgmental or mansplain-y, it made me more comfortable asking questions since I'm newb. Price checking on cards was also super quick and he didn't look annoyed, so I was able to ask for the price of a lot of cards. Having to bother someone about pricing is lowkey a big reason why I hated brick-and-mortar, especially when I be ruining their day with every query, and then end up not buying anything. Such a relief it was not the case here. I was looking for a Pokemon card, lowest listed on TCG player was $14 + $2 shipping, and I was quoted $17 for it at the first card shop I stopped at ($1 not a big deal, but I can just buy online). I came here and the first price I was given was $16 which is the same as I would have paid online, but as I asked about more he was able to give me a package price for my cards without me having to ask (because I am not comfortable haggling, even though I think it is part of the card buying culture?) which I very much appreciate. I'm sure I paid less than I would have if I bought these cards online. I might not have bought as many cards as I did though if I'm being honest, but I guess that's part of the business deal. Overall my first super stellar shopping experience with buying single cards at a card store! I would defiantly recommend coming here if you're new to collecting cards! I don't have a lot of friends that collect cards and I'm not great at Googling questions so it's not as easy for me to learn how card market works without getting a little ripped off but the people here were super helpful and welcoming. The cards are organized extremely well, and there always seems to be new stuff every time that I go here. I can always rely on this place for variety. In terms of value, they are super transparent with pricing. When pricing cards out, they definitely align with TCGPlayer market values, which is very refreshing compared to other card shops in the area. All of the staff is extremely helpful and attentive even when a tournament is happening. Nick always takes the time to explain pricing and answer any questions that I have. I've always walked away feeling like I got great service. My only slight suggestion is that I wish they sold slabs and had Lorcana tournaments. However, I can't complain when Perfect Rares is always a 5/5 experience.
