We've been to two other Bricks and Minifigs, but I would have to say that this one is our favorite so far. For one, I felt the staff here was the nicest and most helpful, and unlike the other two, this one actually had 3 staff members helping people, while the other locations usually only have 1-2 staff members around, which makes it really difficult to ask questions since these places can get really busy. Also, like the other locations, we went to try and sell our used Legos. What I liked about this location is that you have make an appointment if you're selling a fair number of Legos, so you're not waiting around since it's not uncommon for others to come in and also trying to sell their used Legos. When we got there, we were greeted and were even taken a little earlier than our appointment. Also, we went to another Bricks and Minifigs and got substantially more than what was offered at the other location. This will definitely be our "go-to" Bricks and Minfigs from here on! read more

Have had many different bad experiences here. The staff has bland attitudes like they haven't had their morning coffee yet. Selections is good on items but the service here truly is terrible. Very picky staff when it comes to items to sell. And service is mediocre. Tried to give them 2nd and 3rd chances but will deff NOT be coming back EVER! Better off selling items on your own through other apps. Picky and bad attitudes from almost all the staff. There sites says they take bulk but they're very picky on that as well. Don't waste your time here as they offer super low for big bags of bulk Legos. Offered 8$ for a few good sized bags of bulk Legos. Will deff be leaving 1 * wish there was an option for half a star. It was really nice to go in and check out the new sets, retired sets, pre-built sets and all the new official Lego merchandise today. I love being able to customize my own mini figures - choosing from all the different faces and accessories options. The selection of official Lego mini figures varies, so collect them while you can. I have seen some figures come and go (like Muppet's Animal with his drum set.) If they don't have a particular item you are searching for, you can have them contact you when something's available. The staff are friendly and helpful and this store is still one of my favorites. read more

What's unique: Little take and makes for holidays (Halloween) and special events (like Election Day) and small tokens of appreciation for purchases; Lego LEDLite minifig flashlights that I've never seen elsewhere; Minifigs balls that contain more than 1 minifig or accessory, unlike at other BAMs. 2 large tables of Lego bulk and 2 bins of Duplo bulk. Conservative for trades but great for purchasing new sets at retail prices (support local!) and even used sets. Per the above, there are definitely bonuses to getting your Lego here. This pains me to write this as Bricks and Minifigs as a company has always been a place that gives me genuine joy as I enter being a huge LEGO fan and adamant collector for all these years. Regardless of this fact, this location has never ceased to fail me in the customer service department almost about 95% of the times I have gone. The complete and utter disrespect for customers by many of the employees is absolutely un-called for and honestly brings that exact smile I come in with and turns it into the rest of my day being ruined. I have been a recurring customer for over 2-3 years now as I live very close to this Bricks and Minifigs, and as much as I love the company as a whole, please to anyone reading this review, NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. Constant times I have been friendly with the staff members and almost every time I tell the staff, "Have a good rest of your day!" or "Thank you!" as I am leaving the store, they just sit there, no response, and absolutely no regard for a customer that has spent much more than 85% of the people that have walked through that door. They never help you out while looking at Minifigures, fail to give due diligence for any nicks, scratches, or damages that are slightly hidden or not showing, and overall just seem as if they have no care whatsoever about creating lasting customers and a sense of community within it's own store. It is so clear that the only people that they decide to greet and want coming to their store are not collectors or avid lego enthusiasts, but instead they simply want children and their parents to come in and either buy a colorful looking set massed-produced by LEGO to turn over as much profit as possible or have the parents buy them expensive minifigures with sneakily hidden damages for absurd prices almost 1.25-1.5x the price they would sell for on BrickLink. Forgive me for assuming what their intentions for this specific location are, but at the end of the day assumptions and predictions come from experiences and recurrence--and from what I have experienced and witnessed, that is the exact intention that they exude. If this was not the EXACT demographic that they were seeking, oblivious children with their overly-generous pocketed parents; and if they were nice to both them AND avid lego collectors/fans, then my argument for their true intention would not be valid. But all evidence and signs point to it being exactly what I suspect especially if you factor in the pricing mentioned later as well. I understand this is a business and it is supposed to make a profit, but after careful consideration, numerous trade-in appointments, and even confirmation from a different BricksAndMinifigs employee at a different location that they typically offer aaround 25% of the value it is averagely listed for online whether it be on BrickLink or EBAY, and yes I understand there must be a profit made, but that 25% lowballing threshold should already be enough to make a profit WITHOUT them raising the prices above secondary-market pricing. Also this is not a jab at Bricks and Minifigs as a corporation, as every store has different pricing YET still this location has outlandish pricing compared to the other locations. But most average LEGO sellers should already know that selling your LEGOs on OfferUp or Mercari is usually much better anyways. The rest of my review is in the following photos. read more

Came here looking for a Lego Mario set for my son and found so much more. Very clean and organized shop specializing in lego. There's something for every Lego fan including bags of loose bricks for good prices and tons and tons of minifigures. The cool thing was being able to buy some of the older figures that came in blind bags, now you can choose exactly what you want for a small mark up. On the right wall were open sets that were already built, there were also new unbuilt sets new and old including some expensive ones from when I was a kid. Pricing seemed a little high but worth it to us to support an independent shop like this, the staff working that day was also very nice. Might be hard to notice but right next to the counter they have a very small display that says "custom printing" and looks like they can help make custom prints on figures and parts which is very cool. read more

Apparently this store is not eco friendly, we were told we could NOT park our bikes outside their store... They are 4 miles from our home and instead of using fossil fuels to go down the street to their store we rode bikes... But this store frowns on that sort of behavior... I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I brought in an almost complete 2010-2011 Harry Potter Lego set to sell, but they refused to even look at them because they were dusty. After making me bring in every single box over five trips, the employee stopped me and said they wouldn't look at them due to the dust. They insisted that I wash, sort, and label everything, which seemed excessive for a pawn shop. If I wanted to do all that work, I'd sell them on BrickLink for a much higher price. I'm confused why a store specializing in used items would turn away items in typical used condition. Bricks and Minifigs in Ontario accepted them without any issues, so there's no reason to waste you time here. read more

Can I start by saying how awesome this place is? We heard of this place today from my son's drums instructor as he know how much my son loves legos. He's an avid builder who not only follows instructions, but loves to build "custom" legos. The place is clean and organized. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Albeit it's a small space, the layout allows for a lot to be seen. There's a lot to see from buying new sets (including discontinued), built sets, custom mini figures and filling bags up with open Lego pieces. You can buy, sell, and trade here. The prices are reasonable and the best part is they have a rewards system $5 off for every $100 spent. We will definitely be back! read more

I have to say Sam and the staff there are always welcoming to myself and my son. Like I mentioned prior, we don't always buy something but love spending father and son time out of the house in a hobby we both enjoy. They opened a Bricks n Minifigs closer to our house but we will still make a trek out to see this team. They have a great selection of used sets and everyone is so knowledgeable about Legos. I have never seen any of the staff impatient with any customers there, even the little ones that ask funny questions, because that is what LEGO is all about, young and old can enjoy together. So glad I found this place from yelp. The price for bulk minifigurines and blocks are the same as lego stores but they have much more choices. I wanted to get some wheels so that we can make our own lego cars and they had tons of "used" lego bricks (official). They also had many limited edition minifigurines to choose from. My daughter got the little bunnies and baby minifigurines without having to buy the whole box. We are definitely coming back to this place. read more

I've been to this bricks and minifigs twice. The most recent time was for the five year anniversary of the store being opened here and it was completely crowded. Don't get me wrong I didn't like being bumped into but the staff handled everything well and they helped everyone and kept the checkout line moving. The prices are pretty fair, some things are cheaper than normal and some are more expensive but it isn't a Jurassic spike in price. I had bought the doctor strange poly bag and it was 7 dollars. Considering at some places like target and Walmart it's 5-6 dollars I'd be paying around the same price with tax. The staff also helped me get the minifigs I want and are extremely friendly. I'm going back this Thursday to get rid of some sets I have just sitting around and hopefully I pick up a new set (got my eyes on the new sanctum sanctorum)! read more

This store is such a gem. It has a great selection of Lego sets, both new and used and certified pre-owned (all pieces are confirmed in the packaging). They also have a bulk station where you can buy whatever Lego pieces you need or want that you can find. Sometimes they have deals where you can fill buckets for a great deal. I have come to this location a handful of times and each have had a negative experience due to the customer service of employee Mauricio. He was extremely rude and condescending when I did a LEGO exchange on the first experience, rude over the phone and was not helpful/friendly when I came in store. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence for most. I am not one to write reviews and this is my first ever, but the experience here drove me to say something. My one experience with the store owner was good, she offered to special order a set for me that they did not have in store. If she would like to keep business good, she should get her employees in line simply with their charisma, I'm sure sales would go up. Wonderful store. I needed a last minute Christmas gift (the Harry Potter castle/school). It was sold out or reselling for a mark up. I decided to check Bricks and sure enough they had it in stock with no markup. I placed my order in the morning five days before Christmas. To my very pleasant surprise, they shipped it the same day. I didn't pay for express shipping and called my cousin to let her know the gift might arrive after Christmas. It arrived in Tennessee before Christmas. This branch, Anaheim, will forever have a special place in my heart. At the beginning of the pandemic the owners made a special delivery to our home. An order that my mother made while she was a couple of towns away quarantining and missing her grandkids. Definitely grandma and grandkids favorite trip when they're able to. Fun store with great employees. Love going in here to shop or just browse. There are so many mini lego figures, plus they buy your Legos back when you're tired of them so you can trade or sell them back. Just try to keep the box they came in and keep it in great shape. I absolutely love this store , I love Lego and just all things minifigs. They have an awesome assortment of all likings. One complaint I have is I bought a certified used set that they state has ALL pieces - mine was missing multiple pieces and they let me know until I opened the set and saw it on a sticky note on the instructions page. I know it's a gamble with used sets but if they're going to state all pieces are there, be it. It'd be helpful to know which pieces are missing BEFORE going home thinking you have everything you need. read more
