Super fun date night activity! Just make sure you carve out the appropriate time needed. I went tufting on a Thursday afternoon. It was basically empty inside. You provide your own image. They provide all of the other materials. Staff leads you through everything and makes the experience very easy.

We stopped by the day after Thanksgiving and the studio was very busy with only one person working. Ding was very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to answer all our questions and provide guidance while juggling a bunch of other customers. We had a great experience and are very happy with our rugs and we think that Ding deserves a raise.

Charlie is the best! made our experience memorable

As she got older, she started working on ceramics, painting, production design, and digital art. Miss Connie works with the community and schools. There were plenty of pieces to choose from, the staff were kind and accommodating, especially when we needed refills on our paint and responding to questions along the way, the bathrooms and studio is really nice and clean, the ambiance is very relaxing. The space itself is gorgeous with terrazzo tables, rattan pendant lights, and a wall of colorful glaze swatches that make it feel like a creative sanctuary. We painted ceramics together and the whole experience was way more fun than either of us expected. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, checking in on us throughout without being intrusive. I actually slipped out mid session to grab drinks from next door and they had zero issues with us bringing them in, which was such a nice touch. And when we ended up finishing right at closing time, the team handled it with total grace and never made us feel rushed. The glaze color wall alone is worth the visit. There are so many options that it's almost overwhelming in the best way. Whether you're artistic or a complete beginner like me, you'll leave with something you're genuinely proud of. If you're looking for a unique, low key date spot with a great vibe and even better staff, Kitsch is it. We're already planning our next visit!

I had joined her awhile back and despite having difficulties of my own, I had fun and the cookies are delicious. After the first experience I have returned on numerous other occasions and do feel I have progressed a bit with my decorating skills but all in all its about the fun. The cookies are always well themed and we enjoy eating these for several days afterward. It really doesn't matter what the end product looks like as long as you have fun creating your masterpiece. As Frank on Everybody Loves Raymond would say, the stomach knows not ugly and these are delicious no matter the result. I will definitely return again soon for more of these classes and highly recommend checking them out for something different, fun and challenging

Beth was very informative and give me tips on how much I should bring. Like most sewing classes, I wasn't expecting to complete the project because sewing projects typically just takes much longer than 2 to 3 hours and I know that I'm there mostly to learn technique. The teacher, whose name escapes me (so sorry), was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going while the classroom is very open and inviting. The teacher pointed out helpful tips during the prep and sewing process, which I greatly appreciated. I had fun chatting and getting to know the lady I worked along side of. Overall, it was a very fun and rewarding class. I took my project home and finished it in about three hours. Knowing that I have time at home to finish it helped me not feel super rushed during class. It's honestly rare to find a sewing class these days and I'm just so grateful that I found this place. I definitely look forward to taking another class there.

A business with a big heart…read more My children started art classes in Jan 2020 in one of Fibo studios, Little Picasso (grade K-1) and Core level (grade 2-4) respectively, because of its convenient location and class availability for each of my children. We liked the studio in our area with friendly staff. They both enjoyed the classes even though I talked my older one into taking the classes so that I could have some alone time while they were both in the classes.LOL. My only concern at that time was how much art knowledge, material techniques and personal attention the classes at Fibo would offer to the children compared to a small art studio with a long waiting list. The Black Friday in March was the last in person class they had before the studio had to close following the closure of the schools state-wide. In a couple of days after the closure of the studio, I was amazed that Fibo rolled out great online art classes, free for all the Facebook fans. Like all other distance learning, I've learned so much about the curriculum, the talents and passion of the Fibo team as well as the struggle of a small business keeping serving the community during the unprecedented difficult time. Curriculum: It was truly an eye opening experience for me to learn about the design of the curriculum of Fibo through the online classes. It can't be done without the belief and vision of the owner, Miss Jasmine, about nurturing the artistic side of each child and showing the children that art (history) is a language of humankind. Through Fibo's art history series (introducing high school art history AP class with art projects to elementary students, alphabeta serie to primary students) and around the world serie, I've especially experienced art as a vehicle of nurturing children's knowledge, awareness and appreciation of the world (natural and social) around them, in addition to the creativity and grit. Through Fibo's reading series, book reading (primary)/discussion (upper graders elementary) accompanied with an art project is such an inspiring model for bringing art and academics together seamlessly. Through Fibo's daily draw and creativity series, basic art knowledge, including color theory, perspectives, rule of 3rd, composition, different material properties and techniques, is introduced in an enjoyable way with a lot of room for creativity. You can get a sense of most of the series by becoming a Fibo village Facebook member or subscribe to Fibo Kids Academy Youtube channel. You can find free class videos or 3-day rental of recordings at $5. Fibo team: I do not know Miss Jasmine personally except of a few message exchanges on Facebook group page and during a few adult online classes Fibo kindly offered to the parents back in July. Miss Jessica and Miss KC were teachers of my children's in-person classes. Irealized how talented they are both in art and as a teacher for various age groups until they taught the online classes. My children also love Miss Ashely and Miss Kiatlin who also teach many online classes. Miss Jasmine values the attention and feedbacks to each student and has specifically provided the platform for Core/Master students in online classes now. As a small business owner in a difficult time, she is also proactive and sincere to work with parents to provide the best possible services to suit all parties' needs. As a mother of two young children, she is a role model not only for the children but also for the adults. It's easy to sign kids up for various activities, but it's not easy to find a team of teachers with big hearts. We are so lucky to be part of the Fibo community and hope you will enjoy it as well!
