To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding Order #US94171 for two "Mosaic Classes in Fort Worth" totaling $300.94, which was confirmed on April 12. I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue professionally and patiently, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your company has handled it. The class was canceled by your company - not by me - yet I have still not received either a replacement class, a gift card, or a refund despite numerous attempts to contact your team. I have called multiple times (at least seven separate occasions) and was repeatedly told that my information and emails would be passed along to management. I was later informed by an employee that my concerns were apparently never even documented or forwarded. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a business handling customers' money. I was initially told I could reschedule into another class, but then informed that no one even knows when another Fort Worth pop-up class will happen. After that, I was promised a gift card, which I also never received. At this point, I have been given nothing but inconsistent answers, ignored communications, and false assurances while your company continues to hold over $300 of my money. Your policy regarding missed classes is irrelevant in this situation because I did not fail to attend a scheduled class -- your company canceled the event and failed to provide a reasonable alternative afterward. 1 am formally requesting a full refund of $300.94 immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be moving forward with: A chargeback/dispute through my bank Public reviews detailing my experience Complaints through consumer protection channels and the Better Business Bureau Sharing my experience publicly across social media platforms I wanted to resolve this directly and professionally, but the complete lack of communication and accountability has made this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For a Christmas gift I got my mother in law, my wife and myself this master class. I like that you can pay the base price then upgrade when you're there. I would say you are paying more for the supplies than the class itself. The place is very beautiful and they have so much there and it looks like they do more than just the lamps. I definitely want to go back for some of the other stuff they have there. The fun part is if you're creative and come here and learn what you need you can easily replicate it at home with friends. The instructor was ok on the instruction side and amazing with everything else. I'm a teacher and I usually walk around and help or offer other methods. This one just told us pretty much what was on the pamphlet. I would have liked more engagement but it's fine we all made some good lamps. Overall the experience was fun, the tea was delicious and we had a good time making our lamps then drinks being them at home read more

The atmosphere/ambience was very relaxing. There is more than enough time to complete your crafts. Although there are multiple stations, we decided to create a mini Turkish lamp to add to our collections of lamps from Türkiye. Naz was our teacher and she was very kind and thorough. She even brought us Apple Tea in the middle as a nice treat. She helped and answered our multiple questions. It is pricey, but I think it's worth it! Especially since there's a little Turkish market inside too. Definitely gonna recommend this to my crafty cousins and siblings and friends for a fun activity! read more

Great for couples, families or solo! I did the short table lamp on a Sunday afternoon, but there are about 10 variations you can pick from. I feel like I got my moneys worth for $80. The instructions were easy to follow, and this was a very relaxing process. The artist gave tips and suggestions on how to make it the best looking piece possible. The Turkish delight served contains nuts, so I couldn't partake but the Tea was DELISH. I highly recommend this experience and I will likely be back. read more

My friend and I took the Turkish mosaic lamp class in Denver and it was so fun! The instructor came around often and gave individual support during the process. They set you up for success with patterns and a wide selection of colors to choose from. They all came out beautiful and you leave with everything you need to finish your lamp and set it up at home. The only thing that I would recommend is better instructions on how to get to the downtown Denver location. The conference room was hard to find. I also think the classes are a bit pricey but overall it was a fun experience! read more

I loved this class, I was a little worried it wasn't legit since I found it on an as on Instagram and when I paid for it I just got an order number and receipt nothing more or a follow up as the day got closer of the actual program so I was a bit worried at first lol. When the day came I was very happy to see that it was legit haha, it was a very fun class my sister and I took. The instructor and his assistant were very attentive and more than happy to help whether it was to get more colors or pieces or even for some inspiration! The tea they gave was delicious too. my boyfriend recently booked a session for us to celebrate my birthday; even though they seem to be best known for their turkish mosaic lamps and ceramic painted bowls, we actually booked the flower decoration/terrarium! i am not typically the most artistic person, but the environment was so much fun and there was such a wide selection of decorations for you to choose from, it was hard to not be inspired. we were the only ones doing the flower decoration, while the instructor was primarily helping the other groups with their paintings and lamps, but pinar took care to ensure she still helped with any questions we had! the experience overall was about 2 hours, but it truly flew by. we were even offered turkish delights and tea during the experience, which was so sweet to try! all this to say, it was a fantastic experience and i'm so happy with my new moon terrarium. i can't wait to come back to make more crafts! read more

Look out, some "homework" a few hours after you get home (plaster) so you don't quite leave with a finished product, but very close! I visited Turkey 4 years ago and regretted not getting a Turkish lamp while I was there. It was my first Country on a long trip and I just didn't want to carry it for weeks. Fast forward to an opportunity to make my own lamp locally. Umm, yes, please! Could I have bought the lamp cheaper on my vacation, yes....but, making my own design, priceless. Everything was flawless from purchasing a ticket to the class, instructions, assembly and finishing the process at home once everything dries. Fun experience! Very organized. Clear instructions and given 1 step at a time. Tea and Turkish delight was the perfect treat while we were working. Best part, I loved not being rushed. We were there about 2 and 1/2 hours which went by very fast. I absolutely love the lamp I made. It was definitely worth the price paid for the experience.
