Damien was one of those people. From the moment he greeted me, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism. Every word was spoken with courtesy: "Yes, sir," "Thank you, sir," and "It's a pleasure to help you, sir." His manners, patience, and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. As I spoke with him, I couldn't help but think back to my own teenage years. Damien reminded me of a time when respect, humility, and strong values were the foundation of a young person's character. We traded for the other one we were looking at and it worked just fine. Friendly service, a warranty that they stand behind, and really fair prices for their used gear. Sports equipment isn't cheap, and kids grow quickly, so I can't recommend a place Play it Again enough. :) We'll be back, and you should as well.

I actually did ask for help finding my items and she pointed out that the energy gels and chemical hand warmer packs were right up by the front register. I was in and out in only a few minutes. Big 5 also always has coupons, just look on their website or you can sign up for their email newsletter and receive a 10% off coupon instantly. Their coupons are also often also part of the periodic coupon packs you receive in postal mail.
