We started off at a congratulations celebration at brewery X, but that place is so crowded so we went to the bowling alley for a couple of drinks and the DJ was so amazing that we told all our kids to come over and they did and we actually drank and danced and party at the bowling alley! The DJ gave the place such a fun vibe! KIDS ordered food. Just bowling alley fried food, but they all seem to enjoy it and everybody had a great time. Came by to bowl with some friends. Parking was in the back so it was not on street level, so you do have to drive in a little bit. Once we arrived, you have to walk to the main desk to get a lane and shoes. Overall, it was relatively clean and the music wasn't too loud. We went to bowl for my son's friends birthday. My son is in a wheelchair and the center took care of us. They have ramps to get him up to the lane and bowling ball ramps so he can bowl. Unfortunately the gutter rails weren't working but he still had a great time with his friends. The party had two lanes with five people per lane and it does take a while to bowl one game. As we had a 2-hour party I think they barely completed one game. But the center is nice and atmosphere is great for parties. It was $38 an hour for my partner and I, and it went by fast. It was a blast! We were in lane 1, and it was my first time bowling here, as a beginner. I like how there were many balls to choose from, and the fact they have a bar and grill. I got the Snapple cocktail, and it was fruity and tasted like juice. It was pretty busy with an hour and a half wait but the time flew by because we had a drink at their bar, which by the way, has lots of seating & TV (caught the end of a football game). We only waited for an hour or so. It was $45 per lane per hour & $6 shoe rental. Lots of birthdays being celebrated ranging from kids to adults. Great place for the whole family. We had a group of about 15 people, which we figured might be too many, but we were able to reserve two lanes, with shoes for everyone for about $220. We got to bowl for about two hours which was plenty and tired everyone out. Ordering food was a breeze, and to our surprise... the food was pretty decent. We ordered everything from pizza, to chicken strips, and even the fried dumplings. Everything tasted good, was relatively inexpensive, and hit the spot when you are breaking a sweat. The arcade has a nice variety of games, but it is one of those kind of arcades where you need to purchase a preloaded card from the machine. read more

Lanes are not good; always go to fountain valley in HB because the lanes are great and the staff is great and so are the lanes. However this location is just closer to home came on Sunday could not adapt to the lane as it was not oily. Went to ask CHRIS the manager on duty if he could oil the lane he said "we only do it for league" it is already expensive as it is and to say NO to a customer is crazy ! $130 dollars spent here on just bowling not including food and drinks ! To be turned away that quickly with one simple request is ludicrous !! Don't spend your money here if you come to practice and work on your skills. This is the worst place. I waited in line for a drink for 20 minutes then another 20 just to get my card and leave while the bartender was talking to a co worker and when I kept trying to ask for my card she kept saying one second as she talked and laughed with a co worker. The seats were dirty with food on them and our lane time was started before we could clear the cups from another party. I'll never come back here. There's much better places near by. read more

We went here for the first time for my friend's birthday. She RSVPed beforehand. And it was $16 a person for 2 hours with the shoes!! Granted it was on a Wednesday so I can understand why it was less expensive because it's not that busy that day. But it was better to RSVP then showing up in person and pay in person. I love a good deal. I also really appreciate the work there. They were very nice. I did enjoy this one other bowling alleys. I've gone to this one looked a lot more cleaner, and the balls were organized, so it was easier to find them when you wanted to pick them for your alley. Came here for the first time with coworkers for an after work get-together. We were here at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. So we took advantage of the happy hour for food and drinks. The lanes were reserved for 2 hours, so we got to bowl for a couple of games. The food was great, we ordered two pizzas, a cobb salad, and an order of hot wings. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when we needed them. Some of the people we were with had been here several times. Apparently, Concourse has been here for more than fifty years. Literally a hidden bowling alley gem tucked within an industrial park by the freeway and Amazon warehouses. Concourse Bowling Center has been opened for close to 20 years so they must be doing something right. If you are used to going to AMF or Bowlero, this bowling alley will definitely be different. My friends and I visited this location on a Saturday night. There were security in the front and asked our group who would be drinking. They marked both my hands with x's to indicate I wasn't going to drink. I wasn't a huge fan of this policy or procedure as I felt I was going into a nightclub. I supposed that they had issues with adults serving alcohol to minors. There was a DJ playing 90's rap music and music videos playing on the bowling screens. My friends enjoyed the music but the speakers and bass was horrible. They probably did not hire sound engineers as certain parts of the bowling alley was deafening. During our 1 hour game, the bowling lane malfunctioned several times. We got our lane fixed but finding help wasn't easy as we had to walk back to the front desk. Our favorite bowling alley! We have been here several times to either celebrate birthdays with the family or when escaping the heat on a weekend. It's always a great time.  The staff is usually very helpful and attentive. Lane-side ordering is available and they will bring your food/plates/napkins to you. The food has always been hit, fresh, and tasty (especially for bowling alley food). There is a full bar and never too long of a wait.  It's always pretty busy when we've been, so would recommend booking reservations online. For 2:20 hours, we squeezed in 3 games - 2 lanes with 4 people on each lane. They have all the amenities you would expect. Clean bathrooms and well kept lanes/balls/shoes, etc. read more

I attended a get together at this bowling center and it was really fun. The establishment was clean, the food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the service was great. The staff really is on top of it when it comes to spills and cleanliness. I came here on a Saturday night so there was music and special lighting (I can think of the name of it right this minute) but the Dj was fire and the bowling shoes are like brand new. This is our local bowling place. It's pretty clean with lots of Parking available. The associate here are always so friendly here. Bowling shoes are somewhat ok, on the older side. They run true to size. I've thrown a 6th bday party here for my oldest son and have also attended bday parties here too. So this is a long overdue of finally reviewing our go to place for bowling. Party Platters we ordered ~ Dry Rub & Buffalo flavored wings were a bit salty. Everyone at the party even confirmed it. Highly suggest to dip in ranch that came w our salad. ~ Veggie Tray along w Salad platter w Ranch for party. Vegetables were really fresh. Ranch was good. Added chicken tenders from that platter to make chicken salad. Get my protein in. Yum! They have a mini arcade here w a few toy claw machine, basketball hoops, driving machines & cool fun air hockey table to name a few. Also the bowling spot has a few pool tables at the bar. Went here for my little sister's birthday during covid cuz it was the only place near (L.A) that was open, accomodating and safe. If you've been to a lot of the bowling alleys in L.A (which I have) from the Gage bowlings, to the Bowlero's andlucky strikes, and X lanes lol this spot has a lil bit of everything. So when my birthday came up 2 years ago, I remembered this spot specifically. From the ball selection, to the arcade, from the food, to the music, from the music to the drinks! It was a good experience. I had a pretty big party (20+ family n friends) to come out and celebrate. Started off with some parkin lot pimpin (iykyk) then some competitive bowling, and then ended up gettin chauffeured home . The food was pretty good from what I remembered. The pricing is very reasonable for what's being offered. The ball selection was better than most alleys, the game selections were cool cuz we can play different bowling games, the arcade had some decent games (can't remember the pricing). The music was on point, the crowds of people there was nice too. Everybody had a good spirit about them, very friendly atmosphere. The lanes were a decent size. The bartenders and the cocktails was on point too. The only thing that would've made this better was if it was close to home lol. I had a blast! If you're thinking of bringing a group it's better to reserve and pay online. believe it's cheaper than everyone walking in. I've been coming to this bowling alley for years, but after my experience on May 17 -- my birthday -- I will never return. I had reserved and paid for two lanes in advance, and drove nearly an hour with my family and friends to celebrate. But the moment I walked in and tried to check in, the manager -- an older man with a white ponytail and beard -- accused me of fraud, without any explanation or reason. At first, I thought he was joking, but he made it clear he wasn't. He told me to leave the premises immediately, in front of everyone. We had a confirmation number and proof of payment, but he refused to listen. I even offered to pay again with a different card, and my friends and family also offered to pay, but he didn't care. He just kept repeating, "leave the premises," and would not engage in any kind of conversation or problem-solving. The way I was treated felt humiliating, completely unfair, and honestly, racially motivated. I was stunned that a place I've supported for years could treat someone this way -- especially on a day that was supposed to be a celebration. I truly hope ownership takes a hard look at how their customers are being treated, because no one should go through what I experienced. read more

We were in town for our teen's football playoff game and needed to waste a couple hours with our younger tween. We tried a couple places on the other side of Cal State Fullerton but they were closed. My tween enjoyed the arcade while my husband and I sat in the bar watching college football. I ordered a delicious Michelada. For noshing we got the Bavarian pretzel, hummus, grilled cheese & fries, and chicken quesadilla. Everything was fine--not great but not gross. It's a bowling alley. We came here for a corporate team building event. We used to go to the other place, starts with a B and ends with Owlero, but not anymore. Concourse is our new spot. This place has updated scoring screens with food menus and the lanes are well maintained. The service was top notch, Jessica is amazing!!!!! We had one server for our whole group and she was on top of it. The kitchen could have been faster with food but we were ordering a lot, when it came out it was hot. The wings are huge and very good, so is the pizza, next level bowling alley food! The shoes are great and they are Velcro!!!Genius!!!! The drinks are great and the prices are even better.
