Dinner salad with blue cheese dressing! Large portion. Packed 1/2 to go! Fresh and crisp!

First time here! We attended a BINGO fundraiser! Never knew this pub existed! The food was great! The $8 Happy Hour pizza is a great deal! BINGO was well run and very fun for our group of 6! We sat outside which was wonderful on this beautiful night! Impressed by the attentive servers as well! They were definitely working hard and checked back with us several times!! Entire enjoyed their meal! I plenty to take home! Looking forward to the next BINGO and will consider our own game night here as well!! Very impressed!

Came here twice now and beer and service were good. They've got a great selection of beer at decent prices. We came on Sunday and it was pretty crowded because they have the NFL package and a lot of Raider fans on this day so it took a while to find some seats but we still had a decent time. No kids allowed in the bar area.

But now I don't live near fullerton so I thought I would check it out the next time I was close by. I finally got around to it on a weekend afternoon and immediately I loved the vibe. They do a great job placing you in a comfortable spot with the nostalgic furniture, the sports memorabilia, the local news article clippings. The bartender met me w a greeting as I walked in and quickly I found out he would be the host, waiter, bartender, and busser. I never had an empty glass of beer because he never allowed me to have one, the food came out piping hot, and it was easy to pay the check right away and all done by the same guy! So besides the nice vibe and great service they had some very good bbq and side dishes. The chicken and the pork ribs were solid choices. Both moist and tender and glazed with a really nice bbq sauce. I will definitely be here again when I am in the area again.

Brian's is a good friendly neighborhood sports bar. They have specials most days of the week. I've…read moreeaten twice her very recently, so it's time for an update. The first time, I came for the Monday night burger and beer special for $10.95 after 4pm. The burger was very good with a nice sized patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a wheat bun. The beer pour isn't just a glass, it's larger-sized schooner. Specialty beers on tap are an extra $2. The burger doesn't come with a side, but a tasty burger and a large beer for under $11 is a great deal. The following week, I came back for the Tuesday night BBQ special. Their BBQ chicken and ribs dinners are 30% off, and come with two sides and a fresh dinner roll. I got the full slab of ribs which was only $21 after discount. They definitely do not skimp on the ribs, as the plate came with two large half slabs stacked on top of each other. The ribs were cooked well, and the BBQ sauce had a good mix of tang and sweetness. I had coleslaw and fries for my sides. The other options for sides are Beckett's beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, and pasta salad. A half slab and the fries filled me up, and I took the other half and the coleslaw home. This is also a great deal for only $21. Other special days include Wednesday $3.50 schooner night from 5pm to 7pm, Friday night $10.95 fish taco plate, and Saturday and Sunday breakfast specials from 10am to noon. They have a pool table, darts, and many TVs with various sports playing. Service was timely and friendly.

The place is smaller than i thought and there only one restroom per gender. The service was great and the staff was really nice. They also have happy later in the night which awesome. The staff didn't bother coming by to clear up the table at any point through the night which was really weird. We originally wanted to visit Shady Nook for an hour of karaoke, but we ended up just chatting, having soft drinks, and munching on complimentary popcorn! We didn't want to disturb the other customers with our singing... haha! We could have played pinball or billiards, but we just wanted to hang out together and enjoy the calm, air-conditioned environment at opening time. We didn't have a reservation. We were the first customers of the day. Diane was our friendly server/bartender. She was cheerful and made us feel welcomed. I admired her for opening up the shop, taking our orders, paying attention to each patron, serving everyone, and cleaning up after us! She's amazing! First of all, burger places should not make you buy a side... sides should come with the burger, especially if youre charging 16-20 dollars per burger. Potatoes arent expensive, stop price gouging customers. Second of all, upon receiving my burger I noticed that It was dripping in oil, I had to deconstruct it and dry it , my hand almost turned see through. It was literally dripping. Burger was also bland. I had to drench the burger in ketchup in order to be able to taste something. Onion rings were not any better, the crust was drenched in oil. There was so much crust and a little small sliver of onion. I could feel my arteries start clogging up after the second onion ring. The dips were bland as well. This meal left such a bad taste in our mouths. It honestly felt like someone dipped the buns in oil and that's all that I was tasting. I paid 45 dollars for 2 bland greasy burgers and a side of onion rings drenched in oil. I never write reviews but I had to after eating at this restaurant. Extremely overpriced, bland food, and greasy as well. If even one person reads this and does not give this establishment money then I will feel like I have made a difference. Spend your money elsewhere, for 45 dollars you can go to INNOUT and get so much more for way less, have enough money to buy fireworks, and still have enough money to fill up a gas tank for 4th of July. Total shame, service was really good. Ambiance was decent.

The venue features numerous screens throughout, making it a great place to catch all your favorite local teams--especially during playoff season. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, perfect for fans and families alike. I'm there most often for the live music. Harry, the owner, does a fantastic job booking a wide variety of bands, particularly on weekends--that's usually when my group and I head over. There's a spacious dance floor, and it's always a fun night for everyone who attends. The food is excellent with a solid variety of options, though I'd still love to see a big, classic hot dog added to the menu someday (hint, hint, Harry!). The service is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. If you're in the neighborhood, I highly recommend stopping by to catch a game or check out a local band on the weekend.

Hi Melene Thank you for your response. I want to acknowledge…read morethat I did eventually sit down without being seated, and I understand that doing so was not consistent with your normal process. For that, I take responsibility. However, I believe your description leaves out important context that contributed to the situation. I waited in line like every other customer and spoke directly with the hostess. She was preparing to seat me, but then informed me that because I did not yet have all four members of my party present, I could not be seated. I explained that some members of my party were still looking for parking while others were on their way, and asked whether I could simply be seated as a party of one while I waited. I had driven a considerable distance specifically for this event and intended to purchase food and drinks. I was told that I could not be seated or served until the rest of my party arrived. What made this especially confusing was that the event had been advertised as first come, first served. Based on that advertising, I reasonably expected that arriving early and waiting in line would secure a place. Instead, I was told I could not be seated or served despite having arrived and waited my turn. Out of frustration, I briefly sat down hoping to get a drink of water and order food while waiting. When I was told I could not sit there, I immediately got up and left the table. I then asked whether there was anywhere else I could at least get food and water while waiting for my friends. Both the hostess and the manager informed me that I could not be served unless my full party was present. What further added to my frustration was watching a party of two get seated shortly afterward. Whether there were circumstances I was unaware of or not, it created the appearance that the policy was being applied inconsistently. My concern is less about being denied a table and more about the inconsistent messaging and customer experience. Had I been clearly informed in advance that "first come, first served" was subject to a full-party seating requirement, I would have planned accordingly. While I can acknowledge my role in the interaction, I believe there is also an opportunity for your business to reflect on how situations like this are communicated and handled. Customer dissatisfaction often comes not from the existence of a policy, but from inconsistent application and poor communication of that policy. Given the number of reviews expressing similar concerns, it may be worth considering whether there is a pattern that deserves attention. I wish your business success and appreciate you taking the time to respond.
