Day drinking in Brea,California... We originally wanted to visit Shady Nook for an hour of karaoke, but we ended up just chatting, having soft drinks, and munching on complimentary popcorn! We didn't want to disturb the other customers with our singing... haha! We could have played pinball or billiards, but we just wanted to hang out together and enjoy the calm, air-conditioned environment at opening time. We didn't have a reservation. We were the first customers of the day. Diane was our friendly server/bartender. She was cheerful and made us feel welcomed. I admired her for opening up the shop, taking our orders, paying attention to each patron, serving everyone, and cleaning up after us! She's amazing! I think we should return on karaoke night... then we can blend in... haha! We also would take another photo at the Photo Booth... and get our picture via email!

Came here with some friends, I never been here before what a cool place. It's close by this liquor store we used to stop in sometimes to get lotto tickets lol i never knew this place existed! It's pretty big inside, they have lots of seats and tables and pool tables to play and games even karaoke my favorite lol! Although we didn't end up singing, I hope that next time we do! We had a blast, we ordered soda's and we got some free popcorn. It was pretty busy for during the day, the employee's were super friendly and nice. The parking lot is pretty big. We had a great time together talking and having fun. I would come back here again for karaoke night lol. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha

Located off Kraemer Bl in Brea. Parking is shared with the other businesses in the plaza. Stopped by here to hang out with some Yelp friends before meeting up with more Yelp friends. This bar is pretty nice has two pool tables , a pinball machine and they also do Karaoke but we didn't see when that happens probably a night thing. They have TVs all around as well. The bartender Diane was really nice and friendly. We just got non-alcoholic drinks and some popcorn. Overall a nice bar to hang out at.

Epic place to drink and make your friends do the splits. 3 dudes won $600 on scratchers, not kidding. 10/10

Not too many dives in Brea, so I definitely had to check this place out. It was a good spot for a couple of drinks and to play some tunes on the jukebox. Crowd was a little iffy. The bartender was nice. I may come back again if in the area.

One of my fav sports bars in Brea next to a delicious Italian restaurant. Happy Hour specials are the best and the staff are so friendly.

It is Thursday nights, from 8pm to midnight. Thank you.

Do they play dodger games on the TV? New to the neighborhood and looking for a spot to sit and watch.

We don’t have the baseball package from Direct TV; so we do show the games that are available. We do carry NFL Sunday Ticket...week 1 games start Sunday, 9/9/18. Thank you.

Board & Brew - Italian Sub & Secret Sauce

I searched Yelp for a midway point between Riverside and HB to meet my son …read more It's been awhile since we had deli sandwiches and Board and Brew had great reviews. The food was excellent, I ordered the Baja chicken wrap- full of flavor and packed with protein. My husband ordered the Cobb salad which he said was good too. Generous amounts of chicken and very nice presentation. The place is super cute, it has a bar with beer, it also has a very nice patio area. Outside is very dog friendly, they even brought out a couple of water bowls for the dogs. Definitely recommend the place, staff was very prompt and courteous. Thanks Yelp for a great find!

Placed my order online, was able to change the pick up time to a little later so we could account for drive time, which was awesome. I have seriously picky kids in our family. They will not eat anything that isn't meat and bread, so when I placed the order online I put in the notes, just meat and bread please. I was extremely pleased that all of our sandwiches were made correctly to specification and they even included a great amount of secret sauce. I was so happy that all the kids were able to eat their sandwiches at the park, and all of the party go-ers were happy with their order. It's such a simple thing, but when you pick up a to-go order you're never really sure if everything is there, the order is correct, etc. but with Board & Brew it's safe to say they get it right. I am appreciative to your staff who worked on Monday February 9th around 11:15 AM. They were awesome, quick and friendly! Please give them my praise! I appreciate them!

Located on Harbor Boulevard…read more and attached to The Anaheim Hotel, The Pizza Press is typically a reliable option for "individual" sized pizzas in the area. Sizing is debatable and could be sharable depending on whether you want leftovers or are super hungry. Although they do share the space with The Anaheim Hotel, there is free parking right in front of the establishment for diners. The restaurant also has tables and chairs inside for anyone wanting to eat on site. Perhaps one of the biggest pluses to The Pizza Press are its late night hours. Perfect option for anyone who may decide to stay late at Disneyland and want a bite to eat after. The Pizza Press is a build your own pizza type of spot. They have a menu in the sense of some pre-suggested combinations or generic pricing for a pizza with a certain number of toppings, but for the most part, the diner comes in to create their own personal pizza and have it baked on the spot. Wait times are generally reasonable. The staff does a good job of pushing the pizzas out in a timely manner. Service is hit or miss in terms of patience and friendliness, but that doesn't minimize the quality of the ingredients used for the pizza. Most times our pizzas have turned out just right to perfect. Price point is reasonable, especially given the location. I typically order The Post which is one sauce, mozzarella, and two toppings. Never any major complaints or gripes. Overall, The Pizza Press is a solid option for a quick and filling meal in the Disneyland Resort area. My family and I are always satisfied and full after dining here.

From the moment we sat down, they were welcoming, attentive, and had such a positive vibe. You can tell they really know their craft -- the drinks were perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and came out fast even when it was busy. Right away, the vibe was giving outdoor patio but with cozy indoor energy. Super clean inside and out, and the staff was really friendly. Our waitress this morning--her name was "B"--was the sweetest. Super kind, always checking in on us and making sure we were good. If you're like me and super indecisive, I usually stalk the menu the night before. But this menu was HUGE--pages and pages. I flipped straight to the brunch section in the back (three full pages!) and landed on the Supreme Skillet: potatoes, over-easy eggs, bell peppers, ham, and sausage. It came with three tortillas of your choice--I picked corn. Taste-wise, it was good, but I wish there were bigger and more pieces of meat. Compared to other skillets I've had, this one was a little light on the protein. It was $17.99. I'd rate it a 6.5/10, but with the refried beans on the side, it bumped up to a 6.9/10. My bestie ordered the Combo Benedict with French toast sticks, and honestly...the French toast sticks were the star. Super crispy, fluffy inside, and perfect with syrup. We also got the mimosa flight--mango, strawberry, and peach. All were tasty, super cute, and very Instagram-worthy. I can totally see this place popping at night with music and drinks. That said, even in the morning with only one other couple next to us, the music was pretty loud--it was kinda hard to talk during our brunch, literally had to look at besties lips to know what she's saying. I can't even imagine nighttime volume, lol. Overall: Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 Definitely a fun spot to try, especially if it's your first time! But def plenty better brunch food out there! Happy eats!
