    Fixed screen

    I went in to get my Nintendo DS Lite screen repaired and they did a fantastic job! They offered fair pricing and completed the repair quickly. They also showed me how to clean my games so that they work like new. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs on consoles as well as buying any older games!

    The wonderful goods we snagged

    Very happy to have dropped by and pick up an NES! Very reasonable and fair prices and we got to watch and test the console and games right there. Love the lad we had talked to as he was very knowledgeable and passionate about it all! Showed us some of his cool Zelda collection Like a real mom and pop rather than a retro resale store and has lots of games displayed My friend and I have already decided to make this our go to spot for games!

    OMG NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS! I was freaking out because I damaged a clamp on my oled switch while i was doing a shell swap and they were able to take a look at it and get it back to me in no time! They really took their time and found a solution and whats amazing about all this is you get to work with some really friendly and helpful people. They will take a look at your console or whatever you bring in and dont charge a service fee just for that! If its fixable they take their time explaining to you what they need to do in order to fix it & give you honest answers (Which I loved and appreciated) Thanks to the staff you guys are amazing & if you have any questions or need a fix please reach out to them! 100/10 would reccomend!

    Have a custom SCUF Infinity Pro gaming controller with a broken right trigger. I think it just needs a spring replacement at the trigger is really loose and doesn't snap back when you press it the way it should. Is this something you guys could fix?

I hope they're able to get the help that they need to help support their community, but I still stand by the frustration experienced when attempting to reach out multiple times.* I've spent a good amount of time calling this store trying to get ahold of a worker for clarification on a tournament they are holding. The phone doesn't even fully ring before you get sent to voicemail so I want to assume they're declining the call, but hopefully I'm wrong. Called since their opening and between the hours and still no luck talking to someone. They don't respond to their socials either. This feels very unwelcoming to new folks trying to stop by and support their shop. Unfortunately I cant comment on anything else from this shop as this was enough to deter me and my friends from wanting to visit, but it's great to hear from their community about their situation which clearly means their locals are happy playing there.

They host a lot of cool events and tournaments and the owner is really nice. I saw him give kids some "help" getting their grail cards multiple times. He's a kid at heart so he always tries his best to help their eyes light up. I always go here to check out their new Gundam models even though they're mainly known for their TCG and other collectables. If you're looking for TCG, always come early and speak to the staff about what they have coming in because you guys know the struggles are real right now!

Though I am also sure they would use AI to formulate a "proper" response to any concerns or complaints about what they lack. Value wise: I requested to match or get close to market value from TCG player on product, and they rejected it statong that they dont follow market since they have to make money too "you know what I mean?" This has been a trend on LGS it seems, however one LGS in Artesia/Cerritos met my request despite card/cash payment. I'm pretty sure the script would later be flipped when the market goes up after supply drops with the response of "sorry marketing value is this so we follow that." If you can ignore all that, go for it. Otherwise just look for another store or go to Card shows.

    I brought my laptop in for repair (power failure) and was initially told by the technician that it…read moreshould be fixed within a week. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!
