When I need the help they have always taken good care of my system when I've asked them to do some hardware work on it. While I'm there, Joe and his team are also super friendly and fun to talk to about, you know, the day today and video games and introducing my friends and I to cool forgotten games to check out or tips on what to look for as far as hardware and systems. I was just there again today to buy Metal Gear Solid on PlayStation 1 and I think we're real lucky as a society to have places like this because there's not many places left. I would say half of the games are reproductions and they are asking for normal price. already contacted Better Business Bureau for all the fake merchandise they sell. I came here looking for sleeves, couldn't locate the brand I was looking for, but was helped by female staff to find an alternate choice that was suitable, which ended up being on display in two different places in the store.
