When I need the help they have always taken good care of my system when I've asked them to do some hardware work on it. While I'm there, Joe and his team are also super friendly and fun to talk to about, you know, the day today and video games and introducing my friends and I to cool forgotten games to check out or tips on what to look for as far as hardware and systems. I was just there again today to buy Metal Gear Solid on PlayStation 1 and I think we're real lucky as a society to have places like this because there's not many places left. I ended up finding Super Monkey Ball 2 on Gamecube in their caseless game section. Their customer service was good and they had decently priced games. However, I ended up having an issue with my game after purchasing and they have a strict return window. I played the game about 3 times on my Gamecube and the 4th time it stopped playing because there was a crack in the disc that got larger after playing it a few times. Unfortunately it was already past their return policy date so I didn't even bother coming back. Unfortunately I wasn't well versed in checking video game discs for flaws during this time and trusted that they would sell quality games here that could be played many times without breaking. I will probably not return to this store in the future.

Went by today and found some great games fairly priced as far as I can tell. There was only one person working and he was helpful, but busy, unfortunately because of that it was kinda hard to get him to open the cases to look at games, and because the prices aren't the same listed on the games it was a long affair to find out prices. That said the games I found were fairly priced! I want to note to the rep responding to people, game boss has an extremely tarnished name, and a lot of those games have the stickers from that store on them, they were known for selling fake games at the same price or more than legit games, so I really hope WOW isn't following in those footsteps. I highly suggest you guys take some time after the holiday season to clear out all those stickers to avoid any further confusion.
