The storefront itself was a little hard to find at first because my GPS led me to the "front" that was facing the street, but the actually storefront runs out of the "back" but I probably should have checked the pictures before heading there. But once you walk to the "front" there is a sign that directs you to the "back" so it's not too hard to find. Once you start heading there, you will spot many helpful signs that may have been missed. Once I got in I was immediately greeted and helped. They have a little shelf with a variety of sleeves. I saw some on the website that I couldn't find in-store but luckily there were able to help me. I was able to gather everything that I was looking for! I would definitely come here again. The prices for sleeves were fair and the Vex Champion Deck I got was very reasonable.

It's also very clean, and with their shop currently displaying their Christmas items, the store looks great! I walked through the store, but was mostly looking at Christmas things. That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference for collectors. The shop itself is clean and well organized, which makes browsing through cards enjoyable. I was really bummed out as I was excited to have my first Japanese Pokémon cards.. Also quick tip for any one, if your looking for Pokémon cards here check the crimps and the packaging on them if there loose or not sealed well there fakes and as mentioned cards shouldn't emit any light through them... But I'd have to admit I've never seen such poor service in my life. When it comes to being around other hobbyists. I waiting in line to be helped while the girl behind the register finished helping her current customer. She seemed very polite & helpful. But that became very obvious that it was because she was flirtatious with the clients. When I proceeded to then ask a question if they had TCG Cards (Pokemon or One Piece). She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist.
