First time visiting the location. Met one of the employees or owner at a card show. Decided to drive 40 minutes with my friend from where we live to visit because the worker at the show offered a free pack if we brought in a flyer and claimed to be veteran owner and family run. Pros- -Parking is open -lighting is good -decent trade on raw singes Cons- -Sells lightly played cards for near mint prices and hides whitening on cards with non clear penny sleeves (my bad for not checking but you knew) -small selection of stock -low trade in value for slabs -didn't seem to be either veteran owner or family run. -gave me one JP (womp womp) pack for coming in with the flyer but not my friend Overall negative experience. TKTCG is a card game shop really good for full art Pokémon cards and for Pokémon packs. The service is great here. One person handles everything. He showed the binder with the full arts not on display. They ranged from $2-$8. After I did a purchase, he gifted a free pack. This place also sells the boxes with multiple packs, like 25 for $130. The ex and full set cards hit rates are rather good, so the prices here aren't bad. Additionally, TKTCG also grade cards for $25 as an official distributor. After opening a pack, you can see how much the cards are worth. The best part is the community. There were several folks opening cards and it was great spending time with people who have shared passion. They are very kind, same with many other Pokémon enthusiasts I've met over the years. Small but mighty little shop! My mini and I came here after having gone to a couple other shops and this one is easily our fav of the 4 in this area. The selection seems small but there are some bangers for sure! My mini wanted to spend some birthday money she got and chose some pretty good pokemon singles & a slab! I've been here a few times and it's been great. They have been adding more things to the shop over the past few weeks. They carry singles and sealed for One Piece and Pokemon with some sports cards. They have a few glass cases of more expensive singles, mostly for Pokemon. They also have binders for less expensive full arts. There's a shelf with some boxes of bulk for OP and Pokemon that you can go through. I've talked to the owners a few times and they're both nice and friendly. The prices are fair. WOW! What a great find this is! Truly a hidden gem . I was looking up local card shops near me and saw this may be a new shop. The shop is located upstairs and easy to find. I'm impressed it is quite stocked for being newly opened and have a good collection of Pokemon cards, slabs, along with some One Piece cards. The guys there really make it welcoming and not make you feel like you don't belong or (tbh) you're about to be ripped off. . Since I'm just getting back into collecting and my son loves One Piece, it is refreshing to feel welcomed. Mike was the first I spoke with when I stepped into the shop. He definitely have a good deal of knowledge and provided a comfort level in which puts you at ease. I felt like I was chatting, learning, trading knowledge with a group of friends. I was able to get a good deal from Tristan and Kevin on a couple of cards I've been eyeing. They also have the new One Piece booster box for a very great price compared to other shops I've been to. I had to take one home and will be enjoying some packs with my son. If you're looking for a great shop with a good selection on sealed and singles, this is going to be a great spot. What a really fun little shop! I was talking with one of the employees and going about the pokemon scene and we both agree what how dry it is. The selection was pretty much like every other stores unless you're a scalper but they did have some what some items for purchase and reasonable price! Not a great experience. The owner spent most of the time trying to lowball a kid, only offering around 60% of TCG prices for their cards. On top of that, the bulk was extremely overpriced. I ended up paying about over 5x more than what those cards go for on TCGPlayer. The selection of Pokémon is also very limited, mostly Japanese "chase cards" with hardly any English singles. Overall, the shop gave off bad vibes and I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for fair prices or a welcoming atmosphere. In response: Your response doesn't address the actual issue. A "free" $3 Japanese booster pack doesn't excuse selling bulk at over 5x market value or trying to haggle kids into giving up more of their cards. Calling inflated bulk prices "subjective" is just misleading. bulk has a clear, established market rate and it's nowhere near what you charge. As for the trade-in, whether the cards were Korean or English, offering 60% and trying to press a kid into trading more is not a good look. The problem isn't just the percentage. The point of leaving reviews is literally to share one's experience at a store so others can decide if it's worth visiting. A passive aggressive "sorry you feel that way" response just proves the bad vibes and predatory vibes this shop gives. read more

This is my second pokemon card shop I've ever gone to. Though it may be small, it had a lot of hidden gems to look through. I was able to leave with a good amount of singles and some Japanese cards I have been looking for! The person was able to price cards for my friend and I on the spot and even gave my friend a free card. They even had the Japanese battle partners set in store already. They have a lot of booster packs available for purchase too. Even hard to find packs like surging sparks. I will be coming back to support a small business. read more

Was in the area and decided to check out a local card shop. Looked through their single cards for some trades, they had some okay things. Ended up trading some very valuable hyper rares for 2 cards and a mystery pack that they'd made themselves. They had no English packs available... no boosters no singles nothing. The mystery pack advertised 6 different series on the front all Japanese and it came with 6 packs. The box did not contain a single one of the packs advertised. Seemed like this was a good way for the shop to get rid of their overstock but I feel cheated! Def won't be back here. read more

I waited in this shop for maybe 10 minutes before anyone came to help. They were selling prismatic packs on a whatnot stream in the back and could see 151 solo packs as well. It seemed super hype. Unfortunately none of that was inside the normal buying area. Was quoted a terrestrial festival box for 140. If you rolling with big pockets go nuts but the prices are very high. This guys stream was caught ripping resealed cards too just the other day. read more

Super nice and informative but just seriously overpriced product. I went in looking for one piece booster boxes and was very excited to see they had a few op o9 but they were selling to $200 which is just insanely high. Not sure their distro did a fast one on them but I wasn't about to buy it for that much. They also unfortunately followed the trend for the prismatic evolutions and sold them for over $100. If I were you and wanted to save money and can shop else where I would. But I'd money isn't a problem and you're okay with spending however much then go for it! read more
