The staff is very helpful too. They will make sure to ask if you need any assistance while you browse. For Memorial Day, they have two different sales in-store and online. Through Monday they have a tent outside with all of the 50% off clearance items, and online, you can order anything and add the Memorial Day code to get 30% off. You can even place your order on your phone right there in the store, and click to pick up your item right where you're at, and they'll have the order ready in 1/2 hour. But if you find that your size only has a few left, you can give it to the worker behind the counter so they can save it for you until the order goes through on their end. That's how I did it:P

They arrived a few days later, from DSW Return Center. The shoes were dirty at the bottom and looked like the have been worn and returned. Perhaps, they just came from the Return Center? Called DSW to notify them. Was told to drop those two pairs at the nearest store and they ordered (supposedly two fresh pairs) from the warehouse. Well, few days later, the replacement shoes came. Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.

The selection was better and I actually found some really good deals, which is the main reason I'd come back to this location. The employees did help me, but everything moved strangely slow. I'd ask one person for help, they'd pass me to someone else, and then that person would pass it along again. At one point one girl was helping me while other employees didn't seem to be doing much, but instead of helping, they'd tell me to wait for her to come back. Then when she was finished helping me, she had to go find someone else to ring me up. Everyone seemed to be working but somehow not working at the same time lol. Still, I found what I wanted, got a good deal, and the selection was noticeably better than the Orange location. Customer service: meh. Selection and prices: much better. I'd choose this location between the two.

Fine. I asked if I could use the gift card online and basically got, "I don't know. No guarantees." That pretty much summed up the customer service here. Nobody really helped when I came in, and anytime I asked a question, the answer seemed to be "I don't know." It wasn't even particularly busy. Even one of the doors was locked, which just added to the whole weird experience. The selection wasn't great for what I was looking for, and the prices weren't anything special either. I've been to the MainPlace location and found a much better selection and better deals there. The employees here just didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in helping. I'd skip this location and go to MainPlace instead.
