You can even place your order on your phone right there in the store, and click to pick up your item right where you're at, and they'll have the order ready in 1/2 hour. They carry popular brands like Brooks, Sauchony, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Steve Madden, UGG, Converse, Vans, Skechers, and Dr. Martens, so there are plenty of options whether you want athletic shoes, casual sneakers, heels, or boots. My current goal is to collect all colors of Brooks and Sauchony shoes in every style and color. They are a great fit and especially important and comfortable as a stability shoe. They tend to be on the pricier end but at DSW you can collect rewards and there are even sales going on. The staff was friendly and helpful when looking for sizes and even offered to order online so that I can pick them up at the store. I always start with the large clearance section first to look at stylish and fun shoes to wear because there were a lot of good deals on name-brand shoes.

It seemed as though everyone claimed to be a manager, yet no one handled the situation appropriately or professionally. What was even more concerning was the decision to close off an exit due to staff incompetence, creating what appeared to be a serious fire and safety hazard. Situations like this should never be taken lightly, as customer safety should always come first. I hope corporate and code enforcement take these concerns seriously and ensure proper standards, leadership, and safety regulations are being followed moving forward.
