I found these awesome Reebok's at Marshall's but sadly I got a size too big and couldn't find my actual size. So i looked up the name of it and found it on the WSS website. It actually said they had them available but when I physically went to the store i couldn't find them. I asked the employee and he was so patient and very courteous. He checked the back first but came back with a white version instead of black which is what I wanted. i tried on the white and ended up wanting it too!! But I told him that it said on the website the black was available. He couldn't find it so he offered to call other locations. The one in Santa Ana had it so he told them to hold it for me. I ended up getting the white one at this location and the black one in the other and even got a cheaper deal for doing that. Most people are such in a rush or they don't want to help so I was pleasantly surprised that he helped me and took his time to help me. read more

Alexander P, was very unprofessional with me, and my 3 year daughter. He Spoke to me as if I was lying about shoes that the company sold in the past and questioned everything as if I was lying. As a supervisor he was very rude and harsh. I would not recommend going there. Alexander P shirt was wrinkled and the rest of his attire was unprofessional. To top it all off, he had a fresh bite mark on his neck, super unprofessional. Don't shop there if he's at the register. read more

Manager Tom is my hero!! I spent the day placing orders at other locations for soccer balls for my sons bday party and their stock for store pickup wasn't accurate. So I placed one at this location right before closing and called the store. The team was great and transferred me to Tom their manager and I can't tell you how amazing he was and how he saved my day! Terrible experience. And i never. ever. complain. In fact i hate doing it. but we had been waiting in line several hours for a pair of shoes. After being cut in line several times, we were able to have the last pair of shoes at check out. Now this is the B.S. part. The register states they take apple pay. So when we went to pay, we attempted this (we didn't have our card on us). The girl at the register immediately had an attitude and said "we can't take apple pay." so my boyfriend stated either his friend with us could pay or he could go to the car really fast to get our card. She told us "no. sorry. get out of line". so we had to walk away empty handed after fairly waiting in line since the early early morning. keep in mind i'm also extremely pregnant and waited in the car for hours. The people are super cool,I bought one pair of shoes, the next day the eyelet broke,so I was told to go back in to grab another pair for exchange, in which they said if this happens again, "we won't be able to exchange them again, got the same pair of shoes, hoping that the first pair were not made correctly so I was hoping it didn't happen again,and now here we are two days later and the soul is falling off the bottom of the new Pare of shoes ,That is a $60 pair of shoes and this should not be happening, so I consider WSS having imitation shoes yes they look nice but they're only gonna last a couple days. read more

The place is crap. Drove 10 miles to do a simple return and the so called "supervisor" was a joke. He couldn't navigate his way through the return so he turned his incompetence to rudeness towards the customer (me), handed me a nylon bag and told me to ship it to corporate. I never received the email with the return label. I then called in to "customer service"...another joke. Same experience...different person. Don't be fooled. Although it looks like this store carries high end brands, every item it sells is actually the low end version made especially for discount stores. The sneakers are uncomfortable without the quality you pay for when you buy Nike, Adidas, or Vans, and the prices are not much less than the higher quality. What a rip off! read more

Terrible experience/customer service. Called in and put shoes on hold, after driving 1 hr+ to get there, first they said didn't have them- then after I insisted they pls look for them, took nearly 30 mins to finally find them. Then when I bought a pair of shoes online that did not fit, I went to return them in store and was told I was not allowed to return until I called customer service(?!) - which was closed on Sunday. The stores assistant manager Adolfa gave me great service by helping me with an an exchange. I didn't expect this store to honor my situation (board shorts ripped after 1st time wearing them) but I was very happy that she was able to understand my situation and immediately offered a solution to exchange the item. I didn't have my receipt but still had tags and the transaction was recorded on my rewards card. I am very happy with this location and I will definitely continue coming here for athletic apparel and sneakers! read more

I bought two pairs of work shoes brand named SAS at this store and the first pair ripped on the third day. The second pair only lasted about 2 weeks before they ripped from the bottom. I am pretty disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I regret purchasing them as they did not lasted at all. read more

I had a wonderful experience here . I'm not from the area and passed this place coming through town . (Most of the malls here are closed)They had a pretty extensive collection of shoes . I see the bad reviews and maybe they came in on an off day but everyone treated me kindly . Everyone's experience is different so I understand . I was able to find some air max 270 for myself and a pair of air Jordan's for my son .
