Looks nice with so much variety. Got some nice socks for my cousin. Welcoming and helped a lot on service for certain size of slides. I would come again on nice deals even for casual shoes. read more

WSS - Shoe Stores Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Probably the biggest selection of athletic and lifestyle shoe brands in one store. Whether you're into Nike, Adidas, Jordans, Puma, Timberland, ASICS, New Balance, Sketchers, Vans, Crocs, or Converse, they've got it all. They even carry some clothing, hats, and bags. The staff is very helpful too. They will make sure to ask if you need any assistance while you browse. For Memorial Day, they have two different sales in-store and online. Through Monday they have a tent outside with all of the 50% off clearance items, and online, you can order anything and add the Memorial Day code to get 30% off. You can even place your order on your phone right there in the store, and click to pick up your item right where you're at, and they'll have the order ready in 1/2 hour. But if you find that your size only has a few left, you can give it to the worker behind the counter so they can save it for you until the order goes through on their end. That's how I did it:P read more

Great location! They had a great variety of shoes and customer service was awesome! the assistant manager working today (8-20-25 at like around 1:00pm) was super helpful! I purchased 2 new balances that seemed to be higher in price in store and cheaper on their website and he honored the price!! I totally appreciate that! read more

I found these awesome Reebok's at Marshall's but sadly I got a size too big and couldn't find my actual size. So i looked up the name of it and found it on the WSS website. It actually said they had them available but when I physically went to the store i couldn't find them. I asked the employee and he was so patient and very courteous. He checked the back first but came back with a white version instead of black which is what I wanted. i tried on the white and ended up wanting it too!! But I told him that it said on the website the black was available. He couldn't find it so he offered to call other locations. The one in Santa Ana had it so he told them to hold it for me. I ended up getting the white one at this location and the black one in the other and even got a cheaper deal for doing that. Most people are such in a rush or they don't want to help so I was pleasantly surprised that he helped me and took his time to help me. read more

Alexander P, was very unprofessional with me, and my 3 year daughter. He Spoke to me as if I was lying about shoes that the company sold in the past and questioned everything as if I was lying. As a supervisor he was very rude and harsh. I would not recommend going there. Alexander P shirt was wrinkled and the rest of his attire was unprofessional. To top it all off, he had a fresh bite mark on his neck, super unprofessional. Don't shop there if he's at the register. read more

Jennifer was so sweet and super helpful with my online orders for myself and my sister ! She definitely deserves a raise. I will always come back to this location. Thank you again Jennifer ! read more

Found cute Disney shoes for my kid and new balances for myself. Customer service was great the staff today were so friendly and helpful!

Store and good inventory, nice and clean. Veronica went above and beyond being kind and helpful to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you

Horrible service! I bought some shoes for both my sons. One pair didn't fit, so I went back the next day to exchange them. I was told I wasn't allowed. What the heck is that? I paid over $200 for shoes that I'm now stuck with! read more

Manager Tom is my hero!! I spent the day placing orders at other locations for soccer balls for my sons bday party and their stock for store pickup wasn't accurate. So I placed one at this location right before closing and called the store. The team was great and transferred me to Tom their manager and I can't tell you how amazing he was and how he saved my day! He made sure to get my order got filled right away and ready for pick up in the morning. Thank you!!! read more

Terrible experience. And i never. ever. complain. In fact i hate doing it. but we had been waiting in line several hours for a pair of shoes. After being cut in line several times, we were able to have the last pair of shoes at check out. Now this is the B.S. part. The register states they take apple pay. So when we went to pay, we attempted this (we didn't have our card on us). The girl at the register immediately had an attitude and said "we can't take apple pay." so my boyfriend stated either his friend with us could pay or he could go to the car really fast to get our card. She told us "no. sorry. get out of line". so we had to walk away empty handed after fairly waiting in line since the early early morning. keep in mind i'm also extremely pregnant and waited in the car for hours. Never got her name but she was working on June 13,2021 at 10AM at the register. Never coming back again. read more

Great customer service. The people are super cool,I bought one pair of shoes, the next day the eyelet broke,so I was told to go back in to grab another pair for exchange, in which they said if this happens again, "we won't be able to exchange them again, got the same pair of shoes, hoping that the first pair were not made correctly so I was hoping it didn't happen again, and now here we are two days later and the soul is falling off the bottom of the new Pare of shoes ,That is a $60 pair of shoes and this should not be happening, so I consider WSS having imitation shoes yes they look nice but they're only gonna last a couple days. read more

The place is crap. Drove 10 miles to do a simple return and the so called "supervisor" was a joke. He couldn't navigate his way through the return so he turned his incompetence to rudeness towards the customer (me), handed me a nylon bag and told me to ship it to corporate. I never received the email with the return label. I then called in to "customer service"...another joke. Same experience...different person. I guess I'm stuck with the shoes I really do t want because I don't trust these people with a mail in return due to the fact that they can't even handle it in person. BUYER BEWARE!!! I WOULD NOT SHIO HERE IF I WERE YOU. ITS LIKE A BRICK N MORTAR SWAP MEET. YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

Don't be fooled. Although it looks like this store carries high end brands, every item it sells is actually the low end version made especially for discount stores. The sneakers are uncomfortable without the quality you pay for when you buy Nike, Adidas, or Vans, and the prices are not much less than the higher quality. What a rip off! read more

Not the one to be a Karen but I called prior to leaving my house if they got Jordan 1 Court Purples in and I was informed "small sizes are available still but not the big sizes" so I rushed to the store and when I got there they told me they NEVER got them. Purely waste of my time misinforming me and having me drive all the way to the store to just be told that they NEVER GOT THEM IN. read more

Juan very graciously helped me when I had an issue, called another store to find the shoes I wanted and got them to this store to pick up without any troubles. I generally expect people will be indifferent and unhelpful in customer service. However, Juan not only solved the issue, but that he did so in a way that made my husband and I feel seen, appreciated, and respected. read more

Terrible experience/customer service. Called in and put shoes on hold, after driving 1 hr+ to get there, first they said didn't have them- then after I insisted they pls look for them, took nearly 30 mins to finally find them. Then when I bought a pair of shoes online that did not fit, I went to return them in store and was told I was not allowed to return until I called customer service(?!) - which was closed on Sunday. Managers attitudes completely indifferent. Will never shop here again and will make sure my friends do not shop here either. Buyer beware! read more

The manager is a mean butt-hole who backdoors all the heat shoes for his friends. The incident I was talking about is today the 15th. The manager was taking the money and let his friend get in line first above all other people who were waiting there since the beginning. You guys need to fire the manager and find someone thats fair and know how to manage the store read more

The stores assistant manager Adolfa gave me great service by helping me with an an exchange. I didn't expect this store to honor my situation (board shorts ripped after 1st time wearing them) but I was very happy that she was able to understand my situation and immediately offered a solution to exchange the item. I didn't have my receipt but still had tags and the transaction was recorded on my rewards card. I am very happy with this location and I will definitely continue coming here for athletic apparel and sneakers! read more

Juan era muy sangrón..oh wait Juan doesn't understand Juan is very rude. Man, you're in Santa Ana and you have every feature of a Mexican or Latino. Please, Don't act like that -.- Not only that..we asked for another sneakers card because we spent about $ 150. Luckily, the lady who was on that shift was more than happy to give it to us..no thanks to Juan. We missed her name, but keep up the great work sweetie maybe you should teach Juan some great customer service. read more

I bought two pairs of work shoes brand named SAS at this store and the first pair ripped on the third day. The second pair only lasted about 2 weeks before they ripped from the bottom. I am pretty disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I regret purchasing them as they did not lasted at all. read more

Great service, the people working here were super flexible in helping me find my shoes!

Came here today and was verry disappointed. It was chaotic because people were buying shoes for back to school which is understandable. But Kimberly the cashier who helped me out was very rude and disrespectful. She gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. read more

Great Customer Experience from Joseph. Even called to another store for my shoes and let me know I could prepay and pick up shoes at another store so they would be waiting and I didn't need to rush for my size. Friendly and professional. read more

I had a wonderful experience here . I'm not from the area and passed this place coming through town . (Most of the malls here are closed)They had a pretty extensive collection of shoes . I see the bad reviews and maybe they came in on an off day but everyone treated me kindly . Everyone's experience is different so I understand . I was able to find some air max 270 for myself and a pair of air Jordan's for my son . Big thanks to Joan for being patient with me while I asked him his opinion on a "million" different shoes lol. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had. Only two people working the registers and one of them was a manager. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to make my exchange, the manager called me over while talking to a friend of her. Then saw she was getting a call and answered her personal phone instead of paying attention to the guest in front of her. Nothing but attitude. read more

Great friendly customer service finding my shoes, from Maria Montero. Will be returning

Negative Stars to management for customer service!!! Came for an event and PAID for VIP ticket. 2 people ahead of me, and they no longer allowed autographs on personal pictures when it was allowed for everyone else! Spoke with management and still wasn't allowed. Will NEVER shop here again!!! That's not how you treat paying customers!!! read more

Roger is amazing. There was an issue getting my shoes shipped to the store. I received an email they were ready for pick up. Came to the store and they weren't here yet. Roger went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on and remains cool, calm and collected as we all were frustrated with the online order department. 10 thumbs up for Roger. read more
