Went a couple of weeks ago, and the service I received at this store was amazing! The manager has a really good set of employees working at this location. Valerie specifically was so helpful and extremely patient as we tried to decide between so many different shoe options. She went back and forth between the stock room multiple times and helped us choose shoe styles all with the friendliest smile on her face. Give her a raise!! i went here earlier today to find some shoes in my size the young lady with heavy makeup who worked there quite possibly had the worst attitude towards me and many other customers! usually I never write yelp reviews at all. she was clearly annoyed with me i was just asking for my size on a shoe and her face beamed with hate. it was such a strange experience I was thinking maybe she had a bad day but I really do feel that she needs to work on her attitude and customer service I've never experienced an employee like this and definitely do not recommend it !! i love journeys but this young lady made the experience very uncomfortable! read more

Came here with my husband on a weekday evening. We had been in the store for a few minutes, I was looking at some shoes a few feet away from my husband. The employee named Alexa says hi & welcomes my husband and asked if he needed help and COMPLETELY ignores me. My husband came over to talk to me and she gave me a dirty look. (VERY immature btw) I was ready to leave but another employee walks to the register, greets me, and helps me get what I need and rings me up. She was very nice and polite. I appreciate when people are polite and willing to help rather than check out guys, play games, & give dirty looks while getting paid to work. read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Who ever runs this location really needs to train their employees on how to speak to customers ! If you have incompetent people who can not identify large bills you have the wrong people working for you. They refused to take an "old" $100 bill because it is against their policy. Yet there is nothing posted in the store nor on their website! These employees are costing your business money. They didn't even bother to look for the " markings" to ensure if it was a fraudulent bill. They just assumed they it was and refused to do the purchase. This is absolutely ridiculous! Invest in getting these people a machine to check for bills because if they are going to just decide based on their mood , you are going to piss off a lot of customers off. They basically said to go to the bank and get it changed! You have got to be kidding me! These little girls you employed need to instructed on how to properly handle situations and not say " well everyone else has been cool with it" I doubt, highly doubt I have been the only one who thinks this is ridiculous! They didn't bother to check properly if it was a fraudulent bill, just because it wasn't one of the newest "blue" ones! Never again will I come back to this location! I usually buy shoes from Nordstrom (because of return policy) or on Zappos.com. I came a across a deal from Journeys.com & bought a few pairs from them, all in the same size, but one pair was fitting too big (btw the shipping was $4.95 flat, didn't matter if you ordered 1 pair or 20 pairs, same price shipping - not bad). I went in to this location to see if they had a smaller size, they didn't so employee #117 (sorry forgot his name) placed an order for the correct size to be shipped to my home at no additional cost. This is reference to their online customer service only. Sent the wrong shoe. 4 times online chat...each time zero resolved. Asked for a reference order for the reship. Nada. Told me they would ship out the correct shoe asap and yes it was is stock. Now I finally get a prepaid return label, and they tell me IF it's in stock they will send the correct shoe. What! Well guess what ...no longer in stock. what a run around mess!!! Never have I experience such long wait times in chat OR incompetency. If I could give less than 1 star, sad to say I would. read more

This is the only store I buy shoes from. I've never had a bad experience with Journey's - and this one is no exception. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of Docs, Creeps, Converse, Vans, Adidas, Nike and other fun stuff, but the staff is extremely excellent. As noted by other yelpers, the associates lace up the shoes for you, and are willing to grab as many styles and sizes as you want to make sure you find the best fit! They are fun to talk to and overall great customer service. The Journey's brand socks are great - nice and thick to wear with boots and don't wear through at the heel. They have decent prices and often times have specials going on for certain brands. Overall coming to this store, no matter how busy, you always feel taken care of. read more
