I visited the Coach store today on 10/16/26. My boyfriend and I were looking around the store getting help trying on shoes. The staff was amazing, kind, and Patient would love to shop here again. read more

Elie/Elizabeth gave us a warm welcome, & helped us finding great options without being pushy or overbearing. The overall experience was so wonderful, my boyfriend converted to a Coachie from his previous favorite brand read more

Like other reviews here, terrible customer service. I attended a coach event where I was given a leather coach bookmark. They advised we could have it embossed at any coach store. Other friends did at the Alhambra location without a problem. At this store the girl in the front asked someone who appeared to be a manager and she said no. We only do the hang tags. This may be true, but a good customer service representative would have said let me check if other locations could assist you. Maybe it's because I walked in with my little Trader Joe's tote and not my $750 Kisslock that I recently purchased that made this representative be so unhelpful. I will definitely never shop at this location. I advise you don't either. read more

The customer service was atrocious was followed around the store like I was a thief. I still purchased a bag for my wife for are wedding anniversary when arriving home, we noticed the wrong color was given to us very disappointed at this coach location there was only one associate. I wish I remembered her name was helpful. Will be going to other coach locations. We'll never go back to this one again. read more

Just came In to replace a tag on a bag already purchased and was told I need to make a purchase another bag to replace the 15 dollar tag I already purchased on top of a already expensive bag plus the new bag ??? Why I've already spent money at the store and now need to spend 200 +just to replace a bag tag I'd give half a star and return my bags if that was possible read more

I understand it was 10 mins to close, however, store hours are intended to be open until the time indicated it is closed. Which means service should still be provided up until the door closes. I came all the way from Riverside hoping to get my Coach bag tag embossed. From previous experience this only takes a few minutes. Clearly the staff were prioritizing closing procedures over customer experience as I was turned away with "no sorry we just turned the machine off". But you were not closed? read more

Went in today and was helped by Aaron he was amazing He was in the process of checking me out and had to go on his break He was very helpful and walked my through all the different types of leather and new styles If they work on commission I hope he got his for my sale! I went in to get some of my Coach hangtags monogrammed. I had the pleasure in meeting Jailyne from Coach! The entire process she was attentive and gave amazing suggestions on how to design my layout! Very disrespectful people& poor customer service !!! I tried to get assistance and they just respond to me that they don't speak Spanish when I was speaking English ,they judge to me for my colour skin and just because I'm looking Mexican. I wouldn't recommend this place to any Mexican or brown skin colour people if I was running this place I will make a review of every single employee and make sure making a sample of it. I'm a follow these and escalate to the Corp of a coach !! BROWN LIFE MATTERS!! read more

I'm not rich, so it took me lots of savings to finally be able to gift my mom a coach bag. Ordered online and forgot the gift option so I came here to ask for a gift box, I said I'll pay for it. And the female employee rudely said "no we don't just give boxes". As I was starting to explain, she completely ignored me and walked to help another rich customer. You're a customer service store clerk, please be little nicer to the customers, and respectfully come down from your cloud 9 read more

Fantastic customer service at this location! I was helped by Joodi and Allysa, who made the shopping experience fun! They were able to reserve a rare bag for me to pick up, as well as help me decide on accessories and a bag for my mom. If you ever need help with anything, they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The team at this location is extremely organized and enthusiastic about the brand, I will definitely be back! read more

This review is strictly based on the customer service I received during my recent visit. Bought my daughter a coach bag before Christmas and the purse is already peeling off the handles. So took in to see about repair. The lady at the front desk provided me with great service and explained everything in detail to me so I would know exactly what will happen and how long it will take. For that reason I would support going to coach, pricing is a different story. read more

Allysa provided me with the best service. I drove pretty far to take advantage of the "Coach Creates" customization that they do for their bags. She was really friendly, and patient while I chose my selections on pins. They have quite a few different options to choose from such as pins and letters. The prices for customization are also priced pretty fairly. Overall it took under an hour for them to do everything for me including a complimentary bag care. Come and see Allysa, she'll take care of your shopping needs at Coach. read more

I was shocked at how many items were out of stock! They will order anything you want, but it takes 7 days for it to ship to the store. If there is a specific item you want, I suggest calling ahead to make sure it's in stock. If not, it's easier and quicker to just order online. I ended up having to buy a display bag because it was the last one in the store. And no, there are no discounts for display items. The lady that assisted me was very very helpful and nice. And patient! I agonized over which color to buy for at least 30 minutes, and she never rushed me or lost her patience. Instead, she helped me choose! She also suggested the chain without even knowing I wanted it! I had planned to buy it later, but after seeing it on the bag I was sold. Monogramming is free and done within 5 minutes there on the spot. Along with letters, there are lots of cute emojis to choose from too! It's high quality monogramming, of course. Coach is great - they have bags ranging from affordable to high end. I had a GREAT experience here and will definitely be back to buy more! read more

Horrible service. A lady was extremely racist and rude toward one of my family members. She was small, brown skin, and long black hair.

Went in on Monday January 5th and I was helped by Ingrid and Jimena. They were soooo incredibly nice and patient. I hope I don't mix up the girls but I believe I was initially helped by Ingrid before she had to go home and as soon as I walked in she knew it was me who called as she remembered what I called for and saw me walk right towards the bag I had asked about. I thought that was very nice of her to be kind and very helpful! She showed me some purses. When I couldn't decide and it was time for her to go home Jimena took over and also was very helpful. She kept showing me all the purses I asked about and she showed me how to style the charms my husband bought me. Both girls gave me their honest opinion which I value more than someone trying to upsell you. They were both genuine and kind. I will definitely return to this location or at least my husband will to get me my future purses. There was some items I was able to get that were on a 40% off. I left with 200 more than what I was there to do. Thank you and see you again read more

Wow, this is a fancy Coach store! I walked in & was just BLOWN AWAY! IN-STORE MONOGRAMMING This store allows you to customize name tags, & also select bags & wallets. You can pick the "foil" color, from metallics to solids to iridescent/Zenon Girl of 21st Century sparkly colors. You also get to pick from a number of different letters, numbers, symbols & emojis! My fave is the Chinese double happiness character. Makes a great wedding gift for a Chinese bride. SPECIAL EVENTS I was in here a few weeks ago & they had an artist in-store PAINTING BAGS...Is this Goyard? DTLA Custom? LV?! Wow, Coach is not messing around these days. They fancy now. Sometimes, there is even a live DJ here spinning tracks...! Coach knows how to give its customers a good time! REFRESHMENTS & SNACKS I have been offered cookies, macarons, candy, still/sparkling waters, & champagne! OMG yes. CUSTOMER SERVICE I saw a nice Sales Associate MAKE A BALLOON ANIMAL for a young boy who was fussy & cranky. WHAT!!! I have no idea what it takes to be hired as an SA here, but apparently you have to even have child-calming skillz. The SAs are very attentive, polite & professional. I had a bag tag done & the service was amazing! PRODUCTS There is usually a wide range of bags here, and if you're looking for a newly released style, this is the store to find it! This is COACH heaven. read more

I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to for Alyssa! She is amazing. She spent well over an hour with me on two separate occasions while I figured out how I wanted to design a Coach Rouge bag. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy. She was extremely helpful with picking out colors because there are so many possibilities. So excited to see the final product when it comes in, in a few months. If you are designing your own bag you have to go in, trust me. read more

Not trying to flex but I came to this Coach location several times over the Christmas holidays. Browsing and shopping. Each time I was treated well by staff. No pressure and very helpful. Often I was offered water, etc.... Even though stuff I bought was sale items, they still wrapped and monogrammed whatever I bought. LIFE HACK: Park on the 2nd? level of the North Parking structure and you can walk from the pedestrian bridge to the store. Very short distance compared to parking lots. read more

Very upsetting. I bought a money clip wallet for my boyfriend for Christmas, had the nice lady gift wrap it, just to have my boyfriend open his gift and only the clip was inside??? Paid full price and all, still have the receipt and now need to go back to deal with this. Horrible read more

Allison was AMAZING with my recent purchase. Bag, charms, heat stamping hang tag etc. Went to our dinner reservation & she had everything packed & ready to go an hour or so later. 10/10 would highly recommend! read more

5 star customer service, 4 stars for the merchandise. We went into buy some gifts and received great help from Vanessa, who showed us what we wanted to see: wristlets. We let her know the wristlets were gifts and she had them gift wrapped free of charge. She printed out gift receipts, too. She also informed us that they do free monogramming in-store. She was definitely very helpful and saved us time. I think what they are offering is better than what I had seen in my previous review of 2008. The men's shoes (sneakers) looked good. I didn't really look around too much as it was towards closing, but I'm sure if I had looked around more, I would have seen things I wanted to buy for myself. I had a great visit and would come back. read more

Went to the Coach store around 7:25pm. There was no one else in the store except three employees. They were all huddling around a table, on their phones, and talking. Totally understand it's late and they weren't busy, but I wasn't greeted at all. Again, no big deal. My problem is that I genuinely had questions and wanted to know more info about the tabby bag that I've been wanting to buy. No one approached me as I was holding the different bags and I kept eyeing them hoping one of them would get the hint. No one did. I ended up just walking out. Three employees working and not one of them would even look up from their phone to give me any help?? EDIT: 1 star to 3 stars. I called Coach this morning just to let them know about the experience. I talked to the assistant manager, Alyssa. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation. read more

The best Coach store in LA! I came here to check out their Dark Fairytale collection since I recall that this place getting all the good stuff, compared to the locations back home in Sacramento. I was shocked at the large amount of goodies found here. They even had stuff like the Spooky eyes accessories and guitar straps and even the stickers that have been sold out online! So if you find something that you want from Dark Fairytale that appears to be sold out online, give this store a call and see if they carry it. I remembered ordering a "Happy" sticker in Roseville and guess what? It was shipped from THIS VERY STORE. I even saw a jar full of stickers too! How cool was that! Oh and they also had all the keychains too. Oh so cool!! All the sales associates were super sweet, cheerful and helpful. I can tell they were very excited for the collection as I am. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and are a fan of Disney! Oh! They also have a really cool Dark Fairytale "castle" display in front of Macy's on the first floor. Just follow the Spooky Eyes stickers on the floor and it will take you there. So Awesome! I love this store, and I wish I could live in LA so I can go here all the time! Can't wait to go back. read more

I bought a Coach Tabby Bag online and it shipped out from this store. It arrived today and the dust bag had smudges on it. The bag was thankfully okay, but I just feel like more packaging should of been put in the box. Only a bit of tissue paper was in there. I called the store for a replacement bag, but they said they had none and didn't know why the dust bag was dirty. It is what is, but just wanted to share my experience. read more

Great service but was given the wrong watch when purchasing. They have someone in the back grab a new unopened one and when they gave it to me it was packaged up and ready to go. I went to buy a purse for my mom and left with extra things for myself. Nick was incredibly friendly and helpful! He was so patient with me and made sure I was aware of any of the limited edition Disney x Coach items I might have missed before they were gone based on my purse. I was so grateful he suggested the wider matching straps. They make the purse feel feather light compared to the thin one that comes with the purse. I loved how Nick also took the time to explain the features on the Bandit Hobo 39 bag. I was only going to buy one for my mom but ended up buying one for myself also. I was also not aware that Coach provides care for all their bags. I never thought I would say it, but I have become such a fan. I'm very happy with the purse quality and their customer service is beyond my expectations!! I absolutely love the attention to detail in their service, product and presentation. read more

They do not stand by their products and the staff is unbelievably rude. Strap on a backpack broke in less than two weeks and they want me to drive 50 miles to get it taken care of. Vanessa (Store manager) is fantastic and completely confirmed why I continue to buy the Coach brand. I had purchased a tote from their outlet stores and the material started to wear on it. She explained that she would contact the manager at the outlet and (san clemente) and have a brand new bag sent to me as a replacement. She gave me her personal cell phone and continued to give me updates until the bag arrived. Can't speak highly enough about this location and this manager. Thank you Vanessa--what an exceptional customer service experience! read more
