My first love for Coach began last year in Fall 2025, when I purchased 2 Empire Carryall in Loved Leather from Amazon for a trip to South Africa with my boyfriend. While I was at the airport, someone stopped us and asked if our bags were the "Empire Carryall." It was the very first compliment I had ever received on a handbag, and it felt incredibly special. In that moment, we knew we had made the right choice. She said, "It's nice to see this bag in the wild." Now, this bag not only carries things, but it also carries a story beyond its structure. I had a similar bad experience with trying to get something monogrammed here. Came in with my husband, let an associate that was currently monogramming something know I wanted to get my tag done, and she said okay. She went off to assist that customer and my husband and I stood there. Another lady comes up to the monogram station and a different associate (who saw me and my husband standing there first) quickly comes over and helps the other lady first with monogramming. I will try to give a benefit of the doubt that the other lady was carrying a Coach bag while I was carrying a Prada bag, but I had my Coach tag with me and the first associate said I didn't need to bring the actual bag with me (its a big bag). She said as long as I had my tag and my receipt, they would monogram it for me. The 2nd associate should have still assisted me first. read more

I purchased a bumbag at this store. The employee's were just wonderfuld. No problem there at all. I had a monogram for free which is a little tag with chain added for free. They told me you can't return once this is done. Now the item itself was NOT monogramed.....just that little hanging tag. Well it turns out the bumbag is unisex as the strap around the waist was so long it went around me almost twice so I asked if I can return and I will pay for the monogram tag. They would not accept the return so my fault I guess. Just a note....make sure you like and have in intention on returning your item before you get the little free key chain momogram that hangs on the item. I should have pulled the waist wrap around out in full on the bag and then tried it on and I didn't. Had no idea it was unisex. I'm stuck with it now. Went in looking for a new wallet found one that I wanted but they didn't have the smooth leather like I wanted, Laith went above and beyond to find this piece for me. Laith seriously did everything called several stores out of state for me and wait in hold, along with calling numerous outlet store to try and find my wallet. Even though I was discontinued Laith helped me find something comparable that I would enjoy just as much. I am writing this review and providing a five-star rating at the Coach in Brea for a few reasons: I have a strong preference for online shopping in the comfort of my own home/space, and evaluating my purchases at my own time without any pressure from a sales associate. What this means is I tend to order and return a lot of items. I keep most of my purchases but there are times when I have to make a return. While other Coach locations in LA are much closer to me, I've had exceptional return experiences at this particular location. My items were no longer available and outside of the return window, which means I was unable to get a refund or even a merchandise credit, and in most cases, this situation would be frustrating. However, the girls offered me a solution that worked for both me, the buyer, and Coach, the supplier. Alicia (sp) the store manager, Roslyn the store associate, and another woman who helped with the return process made my customer experience seamlessly pain-free, quick, and driven by solution. Not only was I able to make a return (exchange rather), I also walked out with a purchase that I'm eager to wear and use. I am thankful for their assistance today and appreciative of their support. In person I wasn't welcomed into the store and nobody offered to help me or even talk to me until I was at the register asking for the bag I set aside. As I walked toward the store I can see a short haired middle aged Asian sales lady straightening things in the store and wasn't wearing a mask. When she saw me in the store she ran and put it on. My back was faced her. I can sense the snobbery right when I entered the store. There was another sales associate that saw me and I could tell she didn't think I worth a dam so she just barely smiled at me and continued what she was doing. The Asian lady ran over to me, looked me dead in the face and I could feel her disappointment. I didn't look like I had money. She didn't say anything to me and walked away. i've been a customer for years and i've never had a bad experience with Coach until this location. The manager with glasses and blonde hair with brown roots was extremely rude to me. She seemed very full of herself and made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. She wasn't helpful at all and made me feel rushed to do my shopping. Whenever i would ask a question she would answer quickly and roll her eyes and go back to what she was doing. I've never met someone in retail that was this unprofessional. I hope whoever is in charge of the staff deal with her attitude and hopefully no one else has to deal with her. read more

Then he hands the bag to a female behind the desk she then tells me to take a seat because they're going to wrap it. They come out with this awesome wrapped box. I then wrap the box even further for a surprise and then come to find out they put a male version briefcase in the box. Holy hell was I livid. What are you going to do about it Coach? We were shopping for gifts for my husband's relatives in Japan. We were looking for quality gifts with a recognizable brand. We came into the store and were greeted and assistance was offered. Both men and women's goods were available. Our saleswoman was knowledgeable about trends for men in Asia and was helpful in advising us what to buy. She told us there is a one year warranty so if there is a problem, the item can be taken to any Coach retail store. She said her relatives have used the warranty for leather care. The goods we bought were nicely wrapped. We were offered water. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star rating was because some of the purses featured were not my style. Service was the absolute worst, it was unbelievable. Walking in I didn't get greeted literally; didn't even get acknowledged they probably didn't even know I was in the store. I didn't even get asked if I needed help! But anyways I only came here in the first place since I was in the area and I had a question on a item I bought but since I felt so uncomfortable walking in I took a while to even bring it up to their attention, my gut feeling told me to just literally go to another coach but since this one was the closest to me I went. I love all of Coach's handbags and accessories. Their handbags, wallets, wristlets, and even their cute little key rings are wonderful. I used to really love this store too. Everyone was so nice here. I always got calls from my "personal shopper" when new items came in. I can't say I shopped here all the time though (because it's a bit expensive), but I definitely tried to come in when it was close to a special occasion or holiday. My husband would sometimes ask me to put an item I really wanted on hold, and then he would come back later and purchase it for my birthday (sweet man!). Then I got my 25% off coupon in the mail and ran into the Coach Store as quickly as possible. I wanted to buy a lot of accessories for Christmas presents for friends and family. I was suddenly invisible to my "personal shopper", and she wouldn't help me with these smaller items (cute little wristlets, wallets, and key chains). I'm not sure if it was the coupon or the accessories that made her so unhelpful, but I found her behavior quite unprofessional. I haven't felt compelled to go back to this Coach store again. There are plenty Coach Stores (and outlet locations) that have really great customer service. I think I will stick to those for a while. read more

This is a nice location, with some very friendly staff. The store isn't particularly big, but they have a good selection of merchandise. I've had a Coach gift card for several years now, and I stop by here periodically to see if there's anything I want to use it on. Every time I've come in, the staffers have all been helpful and patient. Last time I came in, one particularly nice staffer offered me some water - so sweet! She went into the back and brought me a cold bottle of water with the Coach logo on it. A very nice touch :-) read more
