I found Alex by word of mouth. I asked him to reupholster my 50 year old Porsche. He spent so much time reviewing the small interior and options with me it felt like it was his car! Beware of this company, he'll take your money hold your vehicle hostage for 5 months.. park it in at a random home depot and use your money for his other projects .. Brought my Party bus here back in September 2022 Worst company i ever had to deal with.. Alex the owner was a pleasant person before he took our money.. Came here cause he promised the moon and the stars for our party bus build.. he assured us he knew what he was doing but proved otherwise.. I came here with a large project showed exact pictures and explained in detail what we wanted.. alex told us it would take 1-2 months to complete.. we gladly took his estimate and put our down payment .. $5000 The process: we didn't get any updates at all throughout the 2 months he had my bus.. i reached out on the dealine day (2months later) and alex hadn't even touched our bus, blamed it on everything under the moon besides him being negligent .. he told us our deposit was non-refundable after the fact .. so we had no choice we gave him another 2 months and again he promised to have it finished... came in and again on the 2nd deadline to our project just sitting incomplete.. he didn't return our $5,000 deposit... to make things worse this guy blamed us and told us he couldn't return our money cause he spent it on finishing his other projects .. what a clown to say the vary least.. we'll see you in court.. i have attached pictures of how the bus looked before he touched it and AFTER!!! Had a dash and arm rest done here and when I picked it up it had residue stains, broken pieces, and missing pieces. Owner has completely ignored all my messages and no longer followed up. Dash vinyl began to lift soon after pick up. Took about 3 months to do this hack job too. read more

Where to even begin? Things started on a good note but as time progressed, there were numerous red flags that should've been taken much more seriously. From the severe lack of communication, excuses, dishonesty, leaving vehicles outside as others have mentioned, broken pieces/mechanisms (not disclosed of course!), extremely obvious stains, almost laughably low-quality work (Pictures would be too shocking & likely unbelievable to most.) & service which they refused to take accountability for until the very bitter end, etc. It was the absolute worst experience working with these unserious people who still had the audacity to have a bad attitude & want attack verbally/physically. If the positive reviews are even real, they were extremely lucky. However, the negative ones closely align with the experience had from my end. MST Upholstery, do better & stop playing practice while not fixing your errors on paying customer's vehicles who only want the promised quality of work in return. Nothing more & nothing less. Surely, after the experience, you had to have quickly learned to not bite more than you could chew because it was painfully obvious that, that was the case. P.S. Kudos on the photography skills! Alex is the best!!!! So detailed, his work turned out incredible on our X5 front seats. He was able to remove and replace with brand new matching interior 4 panels of each seat. I have a BMW X5 with an "Individual" interior - it's this super soft, beautiful smoke white interior with brown leather trim. I went someplace else to have the two side panels cleaned, they had just picked up dirt and denim dye from normal wear. The company I went to destroyed the leather and the surrounding seat by using the wrong kind of paint and color. MST was recommended to me and going there was one of the best decision I've ever made regarding a car. Not only did they replace the leather and match it perfectly to the rest of my interior, but they were able to repair all of the other damage. My seats look brand new.
