Terrible, i brought my Ferrari 458 seats to Stich by Stich based on all these 5 star reviews. To find out later on that all the reviews were from the owners friends. Everyone be careful with this small upholstery company. Over promising and under delivering. Told me it would take 5 days to get the work done, yeah right. It took almost 3 weeks!! If you just told me it would take 3 weeks from day 1. I wouldn't be as upset. However, the best part is when he finally delivered the seats... Seats were falling apart on the side, the material he promised would be alcantara was not even a real alcantara. Both seats had to be reupholstered by another company after he charged me $3500. I wouldn't have gave this bad yelp review if the owner apologized and wanted to work with me on the terrible job he did. Unfortunately he was giving me attitude and that he ll come out to my place to fix it. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. If your looking at this place, please RUN. this place does not know how to treat customers, and their quality totally SUCKS. read more
