The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full accountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues. read more

I find it funny how business owners are so apologetic in a review but on the phone it was quite the opposite. I spoke with Hector and his only concern was his reputation. I completely understand that, however he was not sorry about the mistreatment of my personal property. Not once did he say that. He actually said that these things happen. If I came by he would see what can be done. No protective measures were taken, they wet the whole interior of my new car. They left three big pieces of blue lint in my rear window. All of my windows have bubbles still to this day. If anyone wants to see them in person I would be happy to do that to save you from having the same problem. No I don't want them touching my car. I definitely wouldn't recommend them for a blackout package. I purchased a brand new pickup from a local dealership and they outsourced a Blackout package to OC Autostyle. After about 6 months of driving the vehicle I reached out to them because all the chrome was starting to show where the black had come off. They refused to address the issue and claimed it is solely caused by road debris. Not a fan. Look for some place else to get your Blackout package. read more

Had my trucks hood wrapped for about a year & a half. Notice it starting to fade really bad. It was a matte black wrap. Took the wrap to a different wrap shop to remove the wrap & they were telling me cheap wrap was used. So i went back to oc auto to get it removed. & told me i was using cheap soap to wash my truck & that's the reason why it started peeling. They charged me 300 to remove it. They stained my hood black. Put the torch on the corner of the hood & made the paint bubble. Now my clear coat is peeling off. I don't recommend this place at all anymore. read more

I met a gentleman name Hector at OC auto style. I took my car in Monday morning April 8, 2023 Ford Explorer and I explained to Hector that I wanted burgundy red leather seats also told him that I want perforated seats. He did it absolutely amazing stellar job on my explore and also did the job in one day. As I first time Jeep owner I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I did know I wanted to change A LOT on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. The dealership had some initial changes made at this shop (leather seats, black roof, black stock fenders, tinted windows) but after a few months I knew I wanted to do some major upgrades. Cut to two years later and they have installed new bumpers, winch, electronic running boards, new grill, front/rear fenders, 2" lift, 33" tires and new Rockstar wheels. Every experience has been really great, and George is available basically 24/7. My jeep looks amazing and I know that the work is top notch.
