Nice guys, but I wouldn't say dependable. They did not answer my call but texted instead, which is understandably preferred by some. I sent over photos of my car and of course whoever I was texting said it was no problem to tint and chrome delete. I had to double text to confirm my appointment, which already seemed unprofessional. When dropping off my car, the person who was there was again, nice, but didn't seem to know what was going on. I know, I should have seen the red flags. Got a text later in the day stating that my car was ready. The tint was great, the chrome delete... not so much. There was peeling, bubbles, and chrome peaking through in various spots. After pointing them out, they said no problem, 10 more minutes. I didn't want to rush them but they tried anyway. "Actually, the person who did it isn't here anymore and it's better if they re-did it." Luckily I had some time the next day to bring it by and they said it'd take about 20 min. They tried again. Still saw some trouble spots. "The way your car is made, it's difficult to get into certain spots without messing up the car. But we'll try again." "We're not making excuses." To make up for it, they gave me an "extended warranty," which is worthless because the business owner literally told me they can keep trying but it would make it worse. I asked if they needed more time, but he said it wasn't an issue of time. They blame the car, the same car that I sent them a photo of in the beginning. I chose this place due to the initial convenience, however it looks like sometimes it's better to go out of your way for a good experience. read more

I used Yelp's Projects tool to get quotes for brake caliper painting, as well as calling around to different shops. Yelp's Projects tool makes it so much easier. Dependable Guys' quote was less than half of most of the other quotes I got (some quotes were even 4 figures), so I went with them. I couldn't be happier as even now, a couple months later, the paint's still holding up perfectly, even after repeatedly washing and scrubbing the calipers. Brake calipers are exposed to extreme heat, so paint cracking or chipping is a common problem with custom painted brakes. Luckily Dependable Guys knows what they're doing and this isn't an issue here. They offer a very reasonable price on their ceramic coating too which I might take them up on. I'm experimenting with different spray-on ceramic coatings as I don't mind doing the work myself, but if these don't hold up, I'll get it professionally done here. read more

Arson and the guys are awesome. I reached out to get a bid for wrapping my Raptor. I wanted WRAP-tor lol. They replied quickly with a competitive bid. There were several six figure cars halfway through the Rapp process, and I could see that they took off trim, removed what needed to be removed and that they were doing it correctly.
