Interested in a wrap or tint job for your car??? Then look no further..cuz Arson & his crew at Dependable Guys are HANDS DOWN the kings of car glow up! I know because not only have I had my Tesla X wrapped matte black, but my dad loved the quality work sooo much that he came back to have Arson hook him up with his custom matte purple wrap on his Tesla S. I even commissioned the guys to paint my brake calipers red to give me the added oomph, sporty completed look for my ride and to say I love the results is an understatement, because I'm OBSESSED with my car. I get compliments on it all the time and for the competitive and fairly price of everything, the value and quality was worth it..100%!!! Turn around time was about 3-4 days, which was on point. I highly recommend this shop for your car customizing needs and definitely will come back for work on my future cars. Thank me laters!

Arsen did my 2026 GR Supra final edition in full matte ppf Inozetek. My car came in a special color burn out (matte white) and I wanted to keep it OEM looking like if there wasn't any ppf on it. Arsen and his team delivered and did an excellent job. Arsen is super friendly, knowledgeable, has competitive prices, and a friendly dog at the shop. I had a small issue with the sensors giving an error but Arsen was a quick text away and told me to stop by the shop to fix it immediately. Overall I would definitely recommend Dependable guys.

I was referred to these guys by a friend and shopped around quite a bit before choosing them. They were easily the most responsive and professional out of everyone I contacted. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They were honest, upfront, and clearly take pride in their work. They estimated the job would take about three hours but finished in closer to two, and the quality was top-notch. What really stood out was their integrity. I originally wanted PPF just on the front of my car, but instead of pushing the sale, they explained it might not look right due to possible color variation. They even brought out a sample and tested it on my car to show me why. They could have taken my money and moved on--but they didn't. That level of honesty is rare. I'll absolutely be back for my other cars and will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

Nice guys, but I wouldn't say dependable. They did not answer my call but texted instead, which is understandably preferred by some. I sent over photos of my car and of course whoever I was texting said it was no problem to tint and chrome delete. I had to double text to confirm my appointment, which already seemed unprofessional. When dropping off my car, the person who was there was again, nice, but didn't seem to know what was going on. I know, I should have seen the red flags. Got a text later in the day stating that my car was ready. The tint was great, the chrome delete... not so much. There was peeling, bubbles, and chrome peaking through in various spots. After pointing them out, they said no problem, 10 more minutes. I didn't want to rush them but they tried anyway. "Actually, the person who did it isn't here anymore and it's better if they re-did it." Luckily I had some time the next day to bring it by and they said it'd take about 20 min. They tried again. Still saw some trouble spots. "The way your car is made, it's difficult to get into certain spots without messing up the car. But we'll try again." "We're not making excuses." To make up for it, they gave me an "extended warranty," which is worthless because the business owner literally told me they can keep trying but it would make it worse. I asked if they needed more time, but he said it wasn't an issue of time. They blame the car, the same car that I sent them a photo of in the beginning. I chose this place due to the initial convenience, however it looks like sometimes it's better to go out of your way for a good experience.

I've been going to Dependable Guys and working with Arson for years now, and honestly I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. Over 15+ vehicles done between tint, wheels, and wrap work every single time the quality is on point. I've referred 100+ friends over the years and everyone has always been happy, no exceptions. Put full stealth PPF and ceramic on my new M3. This is the third car they've done for me over the past 4 years, and, as always, the job is impeccable. No seams or edges showing. Beautiful work. Arson at DG's went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect shade for powder coating my dad's Tesla Y rims. He was gracious with his time, kept his word on pricing, and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the final product and service. I've had five of my vehicles wrapped by them. Three done in vinyl and two in PPF. All five turned out great! The job quality was top notch and they finished all the jobs in less time than I expected. The price was also much better than other shops that gave me quotes. One of the cars had a bumper replaced a few months after I got it wrapped. I took it in and the guys rewrapped it on the spot.

I got a ceramic tint, ppf wrap, and rims powder coated and I could not be happier with all of it. Really cool team, they have a specialist for every area, and they explained the process and provided updates without asking. This was a high quality investment. If you're not sure if they do what you're looking for just ask, chances are they will at least have a reference.

Took in my rolls Royce wraith, got a chrome delete (most shops don't take apart grille but sometimes things have to be done a certain way he will go to any extent to make it perfect) no one touches my exotics besides arson sometimes I just give him the keys and tell him to do what he thinks looks best and surprise me he knows me well enough for my style after all the cars he's done. He's honest, not money, hungry and will do anything to keep you happy. You won't find that anywhere. as well as the chrome delete I got PPF paint protection film all the way around my car, tint on the windows, and lastly he was able to powder coat my rims by the next day, including the transformation of the vehicle Highly highly highly recommend. This is a one year later follow-up post. I am telling you, if you are in the market to get your car wrapped, this is your spot. Believe me, I did a lot of research beforehand. I am telling you with 1000% confidence and certainty that there is not a better shop out there for the quality and money. It's all in the details. I really loved my new family Honda Pilot but wanted to black out the chrome and even the grey plastic parts. I contacted Dipendable Guys after searching high and low for a shop that was capable and offering a fair pricing for the work that I wanted done to black out my car. When I contacted Dipendable Guys I spoke to Arson over text and he was super responsive and fair on his rough estimate to black out/chrome delete my car. The pictures don't do it justice but I couldn't be happier with the work Arson, Louis, Damien, and the rest of the team at Dipendable Guys put into my car. I will definitely be a customer for life and if you're looking for a shop that can do the impossible these guys can make it possible. They work magic. They were even willing to install my OEM Honda door rain visors which was nearly impossible to find a shop to do and not something I was willing to trust myself with after watching tutorials on YouTube. I recently had my 2025 Tesla Model 3 wrapped in a super unique blue-black color-shifting wrap (Blackish Blue MM010), and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Wanna thank Arson, Andy and Luis for their help with getting my Tesla Model Y re wrapped (car was white). I did shop around and did get multiple offers at a lower price, but ended up going with Dipendableguys. Their price is higher but the big difference was they had 400-500 more reviews than the other competitors while maintaining a near 5 stars on yelp. I sent the car on a Monday, got it back on a Friday. When I picked up the car, Arson took his time to explain how to take care of the wrap and what things to avoid doing without me having to ask. By the time he was done explaining, he covered all the questions I had without having to ask. I came back about a week later for a follow-up check on the wrap and Andy & Luis checked over the whole car to ensure the quality of their work. All in all, the Dipendableguys guys cost a little more than the other shops, but you can trust them to get the job done properly. I will be definitely coming back and referring my friends to come here. read more

Arson and the squad knocked it out the park again. Took in my cyberBEAST and Arson recommended Gloss Black. This Gloss black is clearer than my wife model x black paint. They took off every part that needed to be removed so they can get inside and wrap everything from the inside. They do it the right way! I get so much compliments everywhere I go. I am a repeat customer at Dipendable Guys. They did a full wrap for us a couple of years ago, and the work was flawless. At the end of two years, the wrap was still perfect. We just bought a new car, and decided to do PPF to protect it without changing the color. Given our past experience with Dipendable, we gave them the order, and I'm glad we did. Once again Arsen and his crew came through, this time with my new CyberTruck. I'm a repeat customer who has previously did stealth PPF on my Model X along with tint and caliper painting. Arsen's dedication to customer service is his specialty: he texted me videos of different shades of blue ahead of time and even recommended raised decals on my fenders before I came in. I can also tell how well he treats his crew, which shows in their work culture. In just 3 days I got a full awesome blue vinyl wrap, tint all around, and ceramic coating (not every shop would be able to do such a beast of a tint job on the front windshield since it's so big). His shop also rolls their edges and if there's any issues, Arsen has no hesitation to fix it. I also got a free DG shirt, which I would gladly recommend this shop to anybody! I'll continue to use Dipendable Guys for all my wrap, tint, or caliper paint work. read more

I needed to have my Alfa Romeo calipers powder-coated, changing them from red with white script to yellow with black script. Arson took care of me and offered a very reasonable price. He completed the work the same day I dropped off the car, and the results are flawless--my car truly stands out even more now. Highly recommend I took my Audi SQ8 here and the guys absolutely killed it! Dependable Guys are my new one-stop shop for everything automotive! I got fair + competitive pricing from them and ended up doing a nardo gray wrap + ceramic coating on my '23 Model X. Total time took 4 business days (they recommended an extra night to let the ceramic coating cure), just to note they are not open on the weekends. The color came out better than I expected and they already had the color in stock. These guys work on a ton of different cars and the communication + customer service from Arsalan is top notch. I purchased a used wrapped Tesla model S from a couple that recommended the Dependable guys for a re-wrap that I wanted. After checking a few other services, I chose Dependable Guys. They were not the least expensive, but they were a long way from being the most expensive. I dropped it off on a Monday and expected it back Friday afternoon. They unwrapped the car, prepped it and finally rewrapped it. On Friday, however, I got the news that the car was not ready. They needed another day or so to complete the task. They offered to have the guys wrapping it stay late Friday come in Saturday to complete the job, but I didn't want them to rush, so I said Monday would be fine. I was, admittedly, disappointed, but I prefer the candor and a job well done. Monday afternoon, as I entered the shop floor, one thing was instantly recognizable, they team at Dependable Guys enjoyed their craft and took pride in their craftsmanship. The two guys that had wrapped my car were excited and all smiles as they showed my wife and I all the things they did, the special effort they took to do the little things right. I have to say I was beaming a bit myself as the car looked amazing. After taking it home, we did find a couple issues. We took the car back and they fixed them right away. Thanks, Dependable Guys! First off - amazing price for calipers, tint, and full vinyl wrap. Recently had my Mercedes wrapped and these guys did an amazing job. Arson, owner, was responsive from the start. Kept me updated with lead times, ongoing pics progress and got it back to me at the end of the week as promised. Not the business owner but yes they'll need to buff it out before powder coating. I had dropped off my 19 inch Model Y wheels with a ton of scratches from the hub caps. They completely buffed it out when they powder coated it.

Yes they did. Got my lucid back yesterday and couldn't be happier. I did whole tinting. Tinting without sunroof is $750 and if sunroof included, the price will be $1400 because of the one big concave glass which is harder to work than Tesla.

I inquired on pricing on installing an exhaust piece and an oil change through Yelp and the business replied very quickly. Not long after I received my quote for the service and was pleased with the pricing. I made the appointment and I happened to drop it off a day prior since I ended up having free time. Later in the evening I received a text notification that the car was ready! I was surprised at how fast everything was completed. An awesome thing about the shop is they even have after hours pickup. There's a lock box outside where your keys will be kept in and you'll receive a combination for the specified box. The inside of the building is super clean and the waiting area is spacious, with couches and a bar style sitting area. Service was excellent. Josh was my point of contact in the beginning and Nick was the person who collected payment and provided me with the keys. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!

The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full…read moreaccountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

I spent hours and days calling my local shops to see what they could do for the large area of damage to the left rear of my car, and few of them responded or answered my messages. There are many body shops in the area surrounding RAC, but RAC is a diamond in the rough, and my time was completely wasted until I dealt with RAC. When I arrived at the shop, I had arranged a time where I would work with Sean to repair my car, and Sean told me he could repair the damage seamlessly within 3 to 4 days. Given the far more expensive cars being worked on at RAC, they assured me and left me with the feeling that I would receive the same level of care and attention to detail the more expensive cars would receive on my car. I have heard horror stories about body shops damaging cars and rushing through jobs, but RAC is incredible. The communication throughout the entire process was superb. The price for the work was fair, and given the level of attention to detail and work I received, I do not regret one penny or ever taking my car to RAC. I will not hesitate to recommend or take my car to this shop for any body shop needs. The repair to my car is seamless, and I can't tell any damage had happened to my car.

Initially I exchanged text messages with Arson but requested a call which he immediately complied with. Two days later met him in person - he patiently listened to my questions and provided honest answers and gave wise suggestions. These guys know what they're doing! They don't BS you or give you any headache in the sales process. Arson personally handled my appointment, got me all setup with drop-off times even outside their normal hours and offered a ride to my work even so I didn't need to Uber. I had an amazing experience with Dependable Guys Wrap Shop. Arson was fantastic from start to finish--he really took the time to walk me through the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. They wrapped my red 911 in Inozetek Chalk Grey and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The finish looks incredible. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the level of care they put into the job. They removed bumpers, mirrors, and all the necessary parts to do it the right way--no shortcuts. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole team clearly takes pride in their work. You can tell they focus on quality, not just speed. VERY, VERY happy on the work that Arson did. I was a bit nervous at first, being nobody but the dealers touch my cars. Though, very impressed on his detail. He asked repeatedly if I was happy or if there was something I wanted to change...To me that is customer service..He was very clean and professional even being mobil...My H2 came out "SICK"!!!! This has been the best experience I have had in a long time. These guys are honest, professional and very likable. They too such good care of my Tesla that I ended up bringing my son's car also to plastic deep his tires. I also came back for additional work on my Tesla. They took really good care of my wife and I and kept me informed through the day on the progress of the car. The price quoted is always the price charged and they will go the extra step to keep you happy. They even plastic dip extra parts at no cost while I was there since he felt I did not like certain aspect of my car. That is true customer service. I originally wanted to paint my car. I heard about this dipping process and wanted to learn more. I saw some cars and trucks that had been done by Dipendable Guys. I waited for about 6 months before I decided to go see Arson and his crew. After talking with him and looking close at his work I decided to have my whole truck done. I was really impressed by the communication and the way my truck turned out! If you are interested in dipping your vehicle or just parts, do yourself a favor and talk with Arson. yessss yess yesss ! i am absolutely stoked on my grill that was plasti dipped by dipendable guys. they did an amazing job and provided me with plenty of insight as to how to take care of my dipped grill to preserve it. i am bringing them a lot more work because of their low prices and great service, quality and kindness like that is rare to find in businesses these days !! the helpfull man who i spoke with was Arson and he told me if i ever need a touch up or if any blemish appears on my grill to just call him and set up an appointment to respray it for free ! wow. these guys deserve 20 stars. very very satisfied customer. read more

Got some new wheels and tires for my Lexus NX300 and swung by to see if I could get some help with some tire rubbing issues. Met Arson and his team and they were awesome! I was expecting that the fix was going to be complicated, but it turned out that is was just a little wheel-well mud guard issue. A quick trim with a trim tool and my problem was solved. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused. These guys are a class act and clearly love what they do. Would highly recommend them for any of your car customization needs. read more

Amazing work! Was checking out the reviews on yelp before I came to get my rims done, and I didn't see one single bad review so I decided to give it a shot and see if his work was up to par. I got my brand new Subaru Outback ceramic coated here. Miguel did an amazing job and the car looks great. The dealer tried to sell me their ceramic coating with the stipulation that it would not protect the black plastic bumpers. Miguel used a much higher quality product and applied it to the entire vehicle. It looks amazing and was definitely worth the money to keep my car looking fresh. They are amazing, they even came to my work to do the job!! I live in Orange County but work in van nuys. I wanted my grill, rims, and logos blacked out and red on my breaks and it came out amazing! They couldn't finish that night due to how late it got, but first thing in the morning they drove to my work to finish the job!!! Honestly for the price and quality of work you'll get it's amazing... The owner, Arson, is probably the most conscientious person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Very easygoing, yet meticulous in his work. Plumbing, light fixture change outs, fan hung, electrical outlets all updated, installed countertops and tricky backsplash, build beautiful frame around an existing huge bathroom mirror, changed out all door looks, fix a door that was improperly hung, installed new storm windows, whew!
