I had a pleasure of meeting Arian at Sorena Car Audio. He installed a dashcam on my vehicle both front and rear windows. Service was great and finished in less than two hours. Thanks, Ari. read more

Sorena Car Audio and Video is top shelf on Audio and accessory installations. I spoke with Sam the owner and he was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. If you are looking for the best in the business relative to car Audio, Video and accessories you must call Sorena Car Audio and speak with Sam or Arian. This is my second review which I am labeling Phase II completion, as I did review them previously after initial contact simply due to the professionalism, knowledge, customer service and other posted industry reviews. Sorena is simply the best and I highly recommend this amazing team of professionals. read more

Really great customer service! I don't know much about cars, so I had quite a few questions. The staff was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. They were also very friendly and kind throughout the whole conversation. I really appreciate how helpful and patient they were. It made me feel very comfortable asking questions. I had an issue with my dashcam, which was installed by another shop a few years ago. Sorena was kind enough to send it in for repair and didn't charge me anything for their time or help. These guys are great! read more

Brought 3 cars here for dashcam install and each one was done professionally. Very clean install.

Perfection! They really know what they are doing and how to handle super high end cars. If you have a high end car or just really care about your car, there is no better place to go. The pics on their website are not the one off high end cars that they get every blue moon. I've stopped in twice and both times there were several $200,000+ cars in there for work. That is what really gave me confidence in them for their dash cam install. I used a different brand even though I do believe that blackvue is the best (their preferred brand). This is the place to go, stop looking at other yelp shops and book your appoinement here. read more

Soreno is top tier. If you have an expensive car then this is where you need to take it. Sam will get you in and out faster than anyone else in the business. I have taken my artura coupe, lucid air, huracan Evo, and now Artura Spider for a radar and dash cam. I never had any issues. For my Artura Sam had to get creative to figure out the exact mount we needed to make it work and he did a phenomenal job. Couldn't be happier. I'm a customer for life or as he said we're family. read more

I am so happy with the Service I got from the very friendly guys at Sorena Audio today. They installed a Grom VL2 Apple Car Play module on my 06 Lexus, professionally, and In less than two hours, while I waited in their beautiful customer lounge. System is working exactly as I expected. They answered all my concerns before and after the installation. They even polished and cleaned up few scratches on my bumpers. I strongly do recommend Sorena Audio. read more

Thanks to others and their awesome Yelp reviews we brought our vehicles here to get dash cams installed! They were so easy to schedule over the phone and helped to make sure I had everything that was needed to complete the installs as I had purchased my own dash cams. They installed them quickly and more importantly, so cleanly! They look great and they explained how they would work which was much appreciated. They had a great little lounge area with coffee, water, and tv which was so great as I had my kids with me. They showed my kiddos the other cars they had in the shop and were so sweet to them! They offer a variety of services and we will definitely be back with our future vehicle needs! Thanks again Sorena for your great service! read more

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a dash cam installed and it looks amazing! The staff walks you through step by step on the work that is to be done. Camera placement is optimized and the wires are hidden. I am interested in their other services such as getting my car wrapped and would not hesitate to come back. They do amazing work here, very highly recommended! read more

Ari at Sorena car audio is amazing! I initially brought my car in to have a new dash cam put in because I wasn't happy with my old one. Only after that, did I realize what a terrible installation job that was actually done from the previous company. Ari is very detailed oriented and such a perfectionist. I have since brought my mother's car and referred my brother who came in today. We are all looking into the many other services they offer here. I highly recommend this team for all your car, audiovisual, luxury and protection needs! read more

From beginning to end, a completely professional experience. I brought in my 1964 Corvair for upgraded audio and ambient lighting. Not everyone can/will work on vintage cars, but Sam and the crew at Sorena knew exactly what to do. Super easy to work with, knowledgeable... and something very important to me... they ran ON TIME with everything they told me. Initial consultation, drop off and pickup were all exactly as scheduled. They had a no pressure/no hustle atmosphere. Totally recommend to anyone, and especially those of us with vintage cars. read more

a little pricier for dashcam install than the competition but you also get assurance they do the job they tell you they will. in and out in an hour and they have a very clean professional waiting area near JWA. forgot to buy one thing for the dashcam to monitor when parked and that's on me so i ordered it and will make another appointment to install it. sam is super nice and professional. will be back to get the windows tinted. happy to pay their pricing. read more

I own a Toyota 2023 RAV4 Hybird my only complaint about the car was how noisy the cabin is. Found Sorena Audio thru Grok looking for someone that could help with sound deadening. Arian from Sorena recommended the sound proofing of the door panels, trunk area and floor. Wow! What a difference it made on noise. The RAV4 sounds amazingly quieter and the doors close with the sound you would expect from a premium model car. Not cheap but well worth the cost if you are looking for driving comfort when in the car. Their facility is extremely clean and they did a great job. 100% would recommend. Thanks for job well done. read more

Quick follow up. A day after my review, the radio died. No power, no nothing. Texted Sam and in his calm way asked if I could drop by that afternoon and they'd take care of it. Long story short, short I discovered that my car had not one, but two fuse boxes! Chris figured it out ("they're like old Porsche set ups") and in less than half an hour (and swapping out a cruddy, rusty old fuse) everything was working perfectly. These guys are awesome and stand by their work. Can't recommend them enough!! read more

Sam at Sorena Car Audio (SCA) did such a good job installing a dashcam in my Porsche 911 Carrera S, that I returned for sound deadening service two weeks later. I researched the top dashcam installers in my area on Yelp, and SCA stood out from the others due to the quality of reviews. Sam and his team installed a BlackVue dashcam with external battery in my 911 and the installation was perfect. The wires were hidden and you don't even know the dashcam is there, which is exactly what I wanted. Sam walked me through how to use the dashcam and answered all of my questions. When I started researching sound deadening services a couple weeks later and saw that SCA offered it, I reached out to Sam and made an appointment. For my car, Sam recommended adding sound deadening material to the doors and the rear wheel and carpet areas. Installation took one day and the addition of the sound deadening material was immediately noticeable. Road and wheel noise were reduced dramatically at both local and freeway driving speeds. I no longer hear rattles or small rocks and sand hitting the wheel wells. Tire noise against the road is significantly reduced, yet, I still get to enjoy the sound of the 911's engine, due to where Sam and his team strategically placed the material. The music from my Bose system also sounds better (and louder), which I attribute to lesser cabin noise overall, and the filling-in of empty spaces in the doors. It's truly transformed my 911 into a more comfortable daily driver and it feels like a different car for the better. If you're in the market for a dashcam or adding sound deadening material to your car, please check out Sorena Car Audio. The facility is top-notch and clean, and Sam and his team seem to be genuinely good people (they even helped me fix a seatbelt issue I had that was totally unrelated to the work they were doing for me). Excellent results with even better people - it doesn't get much better than that. read more

Sam and his team did an amazing job with upgrading my 2008 c350 with CarPlay, ambient lightening and reverse camera and installation of front and back dash cams and tint. Sam was super responsive and answered all of my questions (there were many) and also provided sound recommendations and did not over sell of anything I didn't need. He was able to get me scheduled within a week and the car was ready within a day. The team also took the time to walk me through all the settings and I was very impressed with the end result. They have a great setup and definitely recommend using them for any car upgrades. read more

The entire team at Sorena Audio did such a fantastic job on my car. I just bought a new car and initially wanted some window tint and a subwoofer. The guys took the time to show me what was possible with my car and how many cool things I could do to it! We ended up with a front and rear dash cam, stars in the roof, additional LED lights, tint, and an incredible new sub woofer that makes my sound system feel concert level. Oh and also wrapped my roof with gloss back and carbon fiber! Customer service, hospitality, and professionalism all 10/10. These guys love cars. read more

I went Monday to get ambient lighting installed on my car, sadly they couldn't help me because it was cutting it close. We made a time and I took my car today and I was very shocked and in love with the results. I gave a vision on what I wanted for my car, Sam gave his personal input and I told him any changes needed, just go for it and surprise me. The workers spent about 4 hours and they took good care of my car making sure it was perfect. I even appreciated the military discount that Sam gave me. If you want mods to get done to your car, with care, honesty and fair prices, I strongly recommend this place. Thank you to everyone at Sorena Car Audio! read more

The best for car audio. Great guys with a great attitude & style. Very patient & accommodating. Thanks Sam!!!

I took my 2004 Lexus SC430 to Sorena because I wanted a rear camera and Apple Car Play unit that would be perfectly aligned with the car's dashboard and entertainment console. Sam quickly assured me how it would go and what it would cost, and soon the technicians had done the work. The results are amazing; the car maintains its classic Lexus-Japanese fit and finish, but now I have all the updates that we expect on the road today. You look at the interior of the car and you have no idea that the infotainment components are brand new - the install was done with an eye on aesthetics that I know all of Sam's customers appreciate. Go back as many times as you want with questions or adjustments - Sam and his team will take care of you. It's one of the best customer service models that I've seen anywhere in Orange County. Highly recommended. read more

Arian and Sam are great. Fast, efficient, friendly. They installed a dash-cam for me and I am super pleased.

I can't thank the team at Sorena Car Audio enough. They did a fantastic job installing the dash cam in my car. I had a last minute add on for window tinting and they were able to do it the same day. I chose to wait at the shop for them to complete the work so I was there for a while. They checked on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and had something to drink. I was still there during the lunch hour and they brought me lunch. They really didn't have to do that but they went above and beyond my expectations which means so much. You don't see that in many businesses any more. I have no issue recommending their services to my family and friends. They deserve the referrals. read more

Was having problems with my car battery I suspected might be the magic box drawing too much power to allow 24 hrs recording. The lead technician looked over the wiring installation and metered the power as being correct, then suggesting i bring the car into the dealer who found the hybrid lithium battery defective. $2800 parts and labor for a new one. I was going to take a trip to Upland from Orange County to another dashcam installation place because the reviews were very good. However, the owner of that business never answered my email. After a couple of days I decided to email Sam because his reviews looked quite good as well. He answered my email about a quote that same day and we were able to set up an appointment pretty quickly. I went in today to get my dashcam hardwired. I had my own dashcam already and brought in the hardwiring kit as well. The service was done impressively fast and I was out of there within an hour. The installation is well done with perfect placement for my front and back camera. No cables in sight. They do have a waiting area, which is very nice. I appreciated that greatly because the other place in Upland didn't seem to have a waiting room, and I was worried about where I'd go during the service time. All in all, things worked out the way they did for a reason. I highly recommend this place and I'm happy with my experience. If anything should go wrong I'd report back but I don't think that will be an issue :) read more
