I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. I own a Toyota 2023 RAV4 Hybird my only complaint about the car was how noisy the cabin is. Found Sorena Audio thru Grok looking for someone that could help with sound deadening. Arian from Sorena recommended the sound proofing of the door panels, trunk area and floor. Wow! What a difference it made on noise. The RAV4 sounds amazingly quieter and the doors close with the sound you would expect from a premium model car. Quick follow up. A day after my review, the radio died. No power, no nothing. Texted Sam and in his calm way asked if I could drop by that afternoon and they'd take care of it. Long story short, short I discovered that my car had not one, but two fuse boxes! Chris figured it out ("they're like old Porsche set ups") and in less than half an hour (and swapping out a cruddy, rusty old fuse) everything was working perfectly. Sam at Sorena Car Audio (SCA) did such a good job installing a dashcam in my Porsche 911 Carrera S, that I returned for sound deadening service two weeks later. I researched the top dashcam installers in my area on Yelp, and SCA stood out from the others due to the quality of reviews. Sam and his team installed a BlackVue dashcam with external battery in my 911 and the installation was perfect. The wires were hidden and you don't even know the dashcam is there, which is exactly what I wanted. Sam walked me through how to use the dashcam and answered all of my questions. When I started researching sound deadening services a couple weeks later and saw that SCA offered it, I reached out to Sam and made an appointment. For my car, Sam recommended adding sound deadening material to the doors and the rear wheel and carpet areas. Installation took one day and the addition of the sound deadening material was immediately noticeable. Road and wheel noise were reduced dramatically at both local and freeway driving speeds. I no longer hear rattles or small rocks and sand hitting the wheel wells. Tire noise against the road is significantly reduced, yet, I still get to enjoy the sound of the 911's engine, due to where Sam and his team strategically placed the material. The music from my Bose system also sounds better (and louder), which I attribute to lesser cabin noise overall, and the filling-in of empty spaces in the doors. It's truly transformed my 911 into a more comfortable daily driver and it feels like a different car for the better. Was having problems with my car battery I suspected might be the magic box drawing too much power to allow 24 hrs recording. The lead technician looked over the wiring installation and metered the power as being correct, then suggesting i bring the car into the dealer who found the hybrid lithium battery defective. $2800 parts and labor for a new one. Paid zero under 10/100,000 warranty and zero for a 4 day loaner car. BlackVue camera's work perfect. I went Monday to get ambient lighting installed on my car, sadly they couldn't help me because it was cutting it close. We made a time and I took my car today and I was very shocked and in love with the results. I was going to take a trip to Upland from Orange County to another dashcam installation place because the reviews were very good. However, the owner of that business never answered my email. After a couple of days I decided to email Sam because his reviews looked quite good as well. He answered my email about a quote that same day and we were able to set up an appointment pretty quickly. I went in today to get my dashcam hardwired. I had my own dashcam already and brought in the hardwiring kit as well. The service was done impressively fast and I was out of there within an hour. The installation is well done with perfect placement for my front and back camera. No cables in sight. They do have a waiting area, which is very nice. I appreciated that greatly because the other place in Upland didn't seem to have a waiting room, and I was worried about where I'd go during the service time. All in all, things worked out the way they did for a reason. I highly recommend this place and I'm happy with my experience. If anything should go wrong I'd report back but I don't think that will be an issue :) read more

Back in March 2024, I had a dash cam that I purchased that I wanted to have Sam and his amazing crew install for me. I had previously been a customer of Sam's from a couple years prior, and his team did amazing work. With my newly purchased 2023 Ford F350, I wanted a good camera system, so Sam talked me into getting the BlackVue camera system he sells. His team did amazing work! Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck and had the camera Malfunction. Eight months after installation, I brought it back to Sam, his team got me quickly into the shop and they determined that the camera was dead. Tells me he knows what hes talking about that he has to remove bumper, wiring, etc. cause he claims he did it on a 7 series. When my car is a M2 complete different chassis. Sorena Car Audio does not do quality work nor do they bother to take care of your car. Do not let all their good reviews with high end cars fool you. I took my Porsche 911 here for dash cam and ambient lighting install. Ambient lighting is falling off, crooked, and poorly installed. Not to mention the numerous rattles and squeaks from improper removal and replacement of the factory trim. Also, they don't use masking tape and therefore left some indentations on my leather trim. When questioning their work, the owner Sam replied with "you're tripping." Extremely disappointed with them considering that I basically paid a premium for subpar work. In response to Sorena Car Audio: From past interactions with you and your company, it is no surprise that you would respond this way. Regarding the rattles, they happen to only be in areas where Sorena worked around. Additionally, they only appeared AFTER Sorena worked on my car. What a strange coincidence right? I came back TWICE for rattles in the car that both the technicians and yourself admitted fault from Sorena not securing things properly (screws, clips, etc.) When sticking the dashcam to the glass, it is important that you hold it there for a couple seconds for the adhesive to actually adhere. This way, the camera won't fall off two days later. I would assume this to be common knowledge, apparently not. As for the ambient lighting strip being crooked, even you admitted that my placement choice was the best option. Nonetheless, there is no excuse for placing the strip crooked. The footwell light was only still attached because I connected the wires myself after noticing your mistake. I wouldn't consider the bottom of a seat in a 911 to be a high contact area. Anyway, I did not instruct anybody on footwell light placement so that is just blatantly false. I would like to think that no electrical damages occurred but that would only be wishful thinking considering Sorena's quality of work. As for physical damage, there most certainly is where your tools left indentations and scuffs in my leather. After this unfortunate experience, I am surprised that you believe I would ever entrust my car to Sorena Car Audio again. read more
