First off, reading through some of these negative reviews, they are just laughable. There are always 2 sides to a story, and unfortunately you only get one of them from Yelp. Anyways, I took my wifes Ford Edge here about a year ago to get a full JL Audio system installed. They did an incredibly good job on the car, and it blew me away how nice everything sounded. The customer service here was top notch, and I knew with my next car, I would bring it back to them. Fast forward to last weekend. I recently purchased my '14 Mustang GT and decided to do another full JL Audio system in the car. I dropped the car off to them, and when I picked it up, I was stoked on how nice everything was done. I say that to say this. To the people who are saying these guys have the worst customer service, I would have to strongly disagree. I dropped my car off Sunday night to them right before they closed. They were going to hold the car overnight due to my scheduling and were going to start first thing Monday morning. Between dropping the car off Sunday night, and Monday morning, I decided I wanted to upgrade the 4 channel amp and the front speakers. I shot Rami a text and let him know. He gave me the price difference and told me no problem at all. I picked up the car and everything was great. Then, after I had already taken delivery of the car, I decided I wanted to upgrade the front speakers even further to the JL 3-way C5 components. I spoke with Rami again and explained to him what I would like to do. He told me he would take care of me. And take care of me he did. I got the price difference yet again, and I will be taking my car back down there tonight to have them swap out the speakers again. I guarantee you that you will never find another shop that will do that for you. I say that because I know. I have been into car audio for 2 decades, and never once have I had a shop do for me what these guys have done for me. I fully understand that me constantly changing my mind was a huge pain in the ass, and they took it in stride and went way above and beyond to make me happy. So for that, I can't say thank you enough. As for pricing, yes, their prices are higher than what you will find online. That being said, just talk to them, they are willing to work with you. Keep in mind when shopping online a lot of those products carry no warranty. Some of them are also refurbished, and not labeled as such. When you spend a little more money by going to a shop, you are not only getting a warranty with your products, but you are also helping support a local business and in turn helping them keep their doors open. The full price tag on my whole setup in my Mustang was around $3k, and that is an absolutely fair price. Shopping other sites (Sonic Electronix, Crutchfield, etc), these guys were right on that price point, instaled and out the door. If you order online, you have to factor in shipping, and installation (obviously unless you plan to install yourself.) I can assure you, if their prices end up being higher than what you found online, it isn't by much, or the product you are looking at online isn't something you would want to purchase anyways. These guys spent a lot of time with me, locked in a price that was insanely good considering that baked in almost no money for the install, and because of that, they will be getting my business from now on. As well as all of my friends who are looking to have the work done. So to Rami, Tony, and all the other dudes over there, thanks for taking great care of me! read more

A few weeks ago, I bought a Kia that still had the original factory radio in it. Normally that wouldn't have been a huge issue, except the buttons on the radio barely worked anymore, which made using it beyond frustrating. To make things worse, I found out the original radio for my car had been discontinued, so replacing it with the same one wasn't even really an option. After doing a lot of research, searching around, and reading reviews, I came across Car Stereo Warehouse , and honestly, I'm really glad I did. The first thing I'd recommend is calling ahead before showing up. I spoke with Fred on the phone first, and he checked to make sure they actually had the installation kit for my specific car. Apparently my Kia used one of the last kits they had available, so that call definitely saved me time and stress. When I arrived, I immediately noticed how different the place felt compared to a lot of car audio shops. It's definitely a warehouse-style setup, but in the best way possible. The environment was super welcoming, organized, and honestly kind of impressive. Everywhere you looked there were stereos, speakers, subwoofers, amps, and audio equipment floor to ceiling. If you're into car audio at all, it's actually really cool to look around because they pretty much have every brand, speaker, stereo, and setup you could think of. What really stood out though was the customer service. The second I walked in, I was greeted right away and made to feel comfortable instead of ignored or pressured. Fred and Tony were both amazing throughout the entire process. Super friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and genuinely helpful. When I dropped my car off, Tony took the time to walk me through the different CarPlay options and explain which system would work best specifically for my car and what I was looking for. I appreciated that they weren't trying to upsell me into the most expensive thing possible. They actually listened and helped me choose something that made sense. Another thing that honestly impressed me was how fast everything was done. I dropped my car off around noon, and it was completely ready by 2 PM. That included the installation and making sure everything was working properly. Super quick turnaround without feeling rushed. And when I finally saw the finished result, it honestly looked like it belonged in the car all along. The system fit perfectly, looked super clean, and blended in with the interior like it came from the factory that way. Nothing looked cheap, awkward, or out of place. Then when I picked the car up, Fred walked me through the entire setup, showed me how everything worked, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable using it before I left. Overall, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. It's hard to find places nowadays where you feel like people actually care about helping you instead of just getting you in and out as quickly as possible, but that's honestly how this place felt. If you're looking to upgrade your stereo, add Apple CarPlay, improve your sound system, or do any kind of car audio work, I absolutely recommend checking out Car Stereo Warehouse. Fred and Tony were incredible and made the whole process easy. read more

I am not sure how Anyone could be anything but HAPPY after visiting this Truly Awesome Install Shop. This week I had the Pleasure of having my Mercedes GPS/Sound System upgraded, completely replaced, by the Great People at Car Stereo Warehouse. I say "Pleasure" because I finally found a company, with Real Integrity, in whose hands I could feel Very Comfortable trusting my Mercedes S55. I thought I had found such a place 2 years ago when I first upgraded my GPS/Sound System; however, after this system failed me for The Last Time, I found Car Stereo Warehouse on the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org) with an A+ Rating!!! I Always do a Lot of research before allowing anyone to do customization work on my special car. To say the least, finding these guys on the BBB website - with their Highest Rating - got my attention!! After spending some time with Fred and Tony, the Unbelievably Approachable Owners, as well as with the sales and installation staff, I knew I had Finally Found the people I had been looking for. I had wanted to upgrade my Head Unit with the new Alpine INE-Z928HD which has an Amazing 8 inch touch screen. However, I had been told by my Mercedes dealer, as well as other install shops, that this unit would not fit properly in my dashboard. Well, after spending some time with the guys at Car Stereo Warehouse, I could tell that they have Never met a challenge they didn't like!! Not only did they assure me that they could install the Alpine unit, they put my mind at ease by showing me step by step how they would customize the dash to make it look like it was originally made that way. Please look for the photos on Car Stereo Warehouse's Facebook Website, as well as on Alpine's Facebook site, that's right, Alpine's own rep. posted the pics!!! Another important thing you should know is that these guys have an Enormous Inventory of both high end and more affordable components which should satisfy the needs of Anybody looking to upgrade their cars/trucks. They had, in stock, the 4 channel Mosconi amp that Nobody else in Orange County had - maybe even all of L. A.!!! They also carry the full line of Focal high end speakers. Together, these components sound better than ANY System I have ever owned, both at home or any car I have had customized over the years. I am 52 yrs old and I have been searching for this kind of sound for a Very Long Time!!!!! Now, I realize that I am very fortunate to be able to have this level of quality system, but, I want everybody who reads this review to know that These Guys are the Real Deal!!! I watched them provide Everyone who came into their store the exact same level of service that I received - Very, Very Impressive!!!! They also do Perfect Window Tinting!!!! In fact, I Truly Believe they would not hesitate to do Any "After Market" installation you could possibly present to them!!! I am now a Lifetime Customer and I Highly Recommend that if you are still reading this rather Long Review, you owe it to yourself to visit with these Well Trained Professionals. I Promise you will be VERY GLAD YOU DID!!!!! read more

I have owned at least 9 cars in my lifetime and have had my car stereos installed at just as many intstallation facilities. this place is by far the best I have ever experienced. They are extremely friendly ,the prices are right and the staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory. They offer name brand equipment at very affordable pricing no refurbished items here. when they quote you a price that' s what you pay there is no upselling or hard sells going on here. I wanted to add some speakers to my package and was told my current speakers will work fine now how many companies you know will turn down a chance to make more money off a customer? they saved me money and i can appreciate the honesty ,they installed my car stereo,HID lights and tint in timely manner with professional results. I only wish i had heard of these guys years ago it would have saved me time and money. I am a customer for life going forward as a matter of fact I;m buying my son a car next month and we are going straight to Car Stereo Warehouse to install his stereo, tint and alarm system. I've recommended friends and family and so far 3 of them have gone and they are still thanking me to this day. I am truly a satisfied customer way to go Car Stereo Warehouse. read more

I first discovered this place when I got a window tint, I came back a couple months later to get a pioneer radio installed in my Audi A4. The employees were very nice, they greeted me and made me feel comfortable at the shop, helping me out for what best fits my car. Tony the boss gave me a good deal and took care of me. He gave me a good price on what I wanted, the radio that I chose gave my interior a very nice look to it with a apple car-play touch screen display that made my car feel more luxury. The radio that i got is a Pioneer AVH-1330NEX that included Bluetooth, apple car-play, touch screen, app radio mode spotify that included Pandora, the lights of the radio could be changed to match your interior light color way as well. Since I've had the radio I only experinced one problem with it and that problem was when my car battery died my radio never turned on again but I took it back to the shop and they fixed it for with no cost. I think some weaknesses are that they need more employees at the shop because when I went many employees were busy. I think a couple more space in the parking lot will be helpful too due to the fact that their parking structure is small making it sometimes hard to park. read more

I'm giving them two stars since at least the alarm system worked. They are so nice, I didn't expect them to be dishonest. I bought a stereo and an alarm system. I took it to a family friend that has a shop in Temecula. He said that the alarm system was fine, but the stereo system didn't work. He said that that stereo system can be temperamental, but he thinks it was a manufacture problem. I tried to return it with my full receipt, but he said that I had tampered with it. I tried to explain to him what and he told me "nothing like that happened." It's too bad. I wish I had just gone to Main Sound in Santa Ana Like my sister told me to. Serves me right for going to this place because I was short on time. I should have just waited for a good quality, honest service and products. I'm stuck with an expensive stereo system that doesn't work. Apparently my fault. Dishonesty never turns out well, so I feel sorry for them. read more

Car Stereo Warehouse is hands-down one of my favorite places to bring my cars. From killer tint work to flawless stereo installs, they've got everything dialed in. But what really makes this place special is the crew, especially Rami. That guy is a gem. He treats you like a long-lost friend, remembers the little details, and makes sure you drive off smiling every time. The whole vibe here is just easygoing and welcoming. No upselling, no pressure, just honest, top-notch service with a smile. They walk you through options, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. Plus, the results? My car looks sleek, sounds amazing, and turns heads every time I pull up somewhere. If you want to feel like your car's in good hands and be treated like VIP, this is the place. Friendly people, clean work, fair pricing, and customer service that honestly deserves a standing ovation. Can't recommend them enough! read more

had some subwoofer and amp and including door speaker installed at this location. everything turned out pretty good. There was just some issue but as long as your cool about it, i'm pretty sure they'll find a way to fix the problem for you. I came in with a budget, but end up spending way more than what i wanted...but in the end, you pay for what you get. budget over was on my behalf. All in all, Rami was a pretty cool guy and along with his installers. This is probably one of the nicest car audio i've seen in orange county for awhile. As for pricing goes, im not sure if its one of the cheapest place to shop but i can tell you that they have all the high end audio equipment already stock at their location so there's no waiting or items like other places i've been to. Overall it was a great experience. thanks guys. read more

Finally!!! I found a place that knows how to treat a customer. The previous place i went to had the absolute worst service and no knowledge of the radio they were selling me, so i looked to best buy to help me out, I felt the price was high but I figured they atleast are not rude, but then the sales man told me I had to wait 4 hours!!! I walked right out of there. Looked up Yelp on my phone and found Car Stereo Warehouse, I was impressed from the moment I walked in, they have many selections of the stereos to choose from which i first was confused which one to go for. The gentleman that helped me out was professional and helped me find a radio that now i am in love with. Not only did I save $45.00 I was out in 45 minutes!! I'm very happy, thank you Yelp. read more

I was having trouble with my Bluetooth in my car. The sound was breaking up and staticky. I came here for help and both Santiago and Tony were AMAZING!!! I bought a new touch radio/stereo which updated my car to 2020. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new stereo. They also guaranteed that if I had any issue with my unit to come back and they would take good care of me. They are all friendly, helpful, and professional. They showed me and my nephew all the options they have and, then they stepped back and allowed me time to decide without pressure. Tony hooked me up with a great deal. Love my new pioneer touch screen radio. The sound is clear and crisp. Go see them if you have stereo problems or need a better radio!!! read more

I came in and got my system hooked up. I needed an amp for my door speaker and a new woofer cuz my stock system was not cutting it at all. 600 watt amp and a new R-Type sub woofer the thin one sound bad ass no lie. Anthony hooked it up on the price. Fred was cool he helped out on the amp thanks guys. Adrian and Jose installed it theses guy are some of the best installer in O.C. What I like the most is that I'm very picky about the sound of my system and they gave me what I need with no pressure and made me happy. That's service,,, they didn't just throw me out like some other places I've been to. CAR STEREO WAREHOUSE treats me like a friend and that's why I'll be back there fort sure and I will recommend my friends to them. read more

Some people want to complain about everything. Don't listen to the complainers - (you know them) they don't appreciate anything... everything is bad. I walked into this store and was looking for the installation of a AC to DC converter I wanted hooked directly to my battery. Car Stereo Warehouse did all the work for 50 dollars and I was happy. Everything work for a fair price! Be nice and say nice things.. read all the other reviews and you will hear the words of people who really don't like life at all and are always angry about something - don't be that person! read more

Witch did not happend, then he tells me that will be an extra charge for the part and labor! Worst experience! Then stupid me find out every thing that í bought was cheaper at bestbuy! read more

My fully-loaded 2019 Honda Accord lacked a CD player, and required supplemental security via a dash cam. Tony and his crew were recommended by a local shop, and I have been extremely pleased with my first custom job ever--on my last, forever vehicle. They are highly professional, efficient, skilled, swift and eager to please. And, in my case, when an item I needed wasn't available, they did their research and expedited the completion of my job. Another shop had only offered completely replacing the entire sound system. read more
