I've been coming here for a few years now to do upgrades on my 1996 Mustang GT. They replaced my instrument cluster, headlights, stereo (Now w/ Apple CarPlay) and fixed a water temperature sensor problem I've had for years. They also replaced all my speakers and installed an alarm system that allows me to view the location of my car at all times. Plus a backup camera! I'm going to do some custom work soon, their prices are reasonable and customer service is great. I'll keep coming back here for all my car needs. You came to me in the showroom and said "good news" "the dash speakers had already been modified and the brackets for 5 inch speakers were already in place" and that "I could come back the following week and have an additional set of speakers put in within 15 minutes or so" I'm not sure what you're talking about saying that "it's not that easy to fit them in the dash" when you had already told me that 5 inch brackets were in the dash. After receiving my speakers back from you it took me a Phillips screwdriver and a nut driver to remove the cover and install the speakers. I did it myself within five minutes with zero stereo installation experience. And, they worked just fine. So let's go beyond the fact that you're saying it took you four hours to take out an amp and rewire a stereo in a vehicle that is 20 years old and has zero electronics in it. Perhaps you need more skilled technicians? Let's also address the fact that there was nothing wrong with my equipment. Even if you are correct saying that the head unit was bad (which it wasn't) how does that equate to you saying that all four speakers were bad? That is blatant dishonesty. As far as the $90 diagnostic, any reputable auto repair or auto stereo store puts their diagnostic charge towards any repairs completed. I discussed that with you and when you said that's not how you guys operate I just let it go because I had already been waiting over two hours. The 3.5 to 4 hours of labor time is not necessarily accurate because you were working on a McLaren at the same time which was obviously bringing in more money than my lowly little Jeep. If my review was a one off I would say that my assertions are inaccurate but the majority of your non-5 star reviews of your business lend to the same discussion and assertions that I have made. read more

Fantastic employees and amazing products. My husband found this place because we need to update the sound in our 2014 MB Sprinter. It came with front speakers (that were awful) and the guy we bought it from had back speakers installed but we couldn't get them to work so our sound system sounded like someone had an old 1978 radio with no bass, only treble. I knew adding CarPlay would make traveling easier but WHOA, that sound! I am the girl who drives with the windows down and the music up and now I can do this in my Sprinter! I have taken multiple vehicles here for a full conversion to Android Auto (my wife and I) and Apple Car play (my kids). The vehicles had radio's replaced (2005 Jeep, 1999 Mitsubishi that I had completely restored), stereo systems upgrades, and I just had my 2018 AMG GTS modified to use Android Auto but still integrate with the existing display and controls. I bought a Stinger 10" Touchscreen Radio directly from the manufacturer, Stinger Off-Road. I got it in a package which included the complete plug-and-play installation kit for my Jeep Wrangler. When I was younger, I would have wanted to install this myself. But no longer. It requires removing part of the dash and running a fused line to the battery. There is also a backup camera that has to be wired, and the SiriusXM Tuner. Not what I want to do with my time at this point in my life. Stinger Off-Road had a list of a few places that install these units and CSW in Anaheim was the closest to me. It is not that close either. But getting this installed correctly was a important to me. I also already had one set of vehicle specific Infinity Speakers to replace the front set. I knew I needed an amp and new speakers for the sound bar. I dropped by when I was in the area after a doctor's appointment. I eventually spoke to Rami, who is the owner. He is very knowledgeable and is definitely a salesman. I bought an amplifier and the second set of speakers from CSW. The amp and speakers were more than I wanted to spend, but they are both really excellent. I also bought a reverse camera, which has been great. I liked this place and they did good work. Just like a lot of places, they want to upswell you. But that's par for the game. First of all, the store smells really bad. It was hard to breathe. I felt ill after and the couch that I sat on to wait was sticky. It's pricey at Best Buy for an alarm system and installation. Shipped, I would have to wait a while. I really wanted to get my kids alarm since she was going somewhere. I called Romey and he assured me that he was better and cheaper than Best Buy. I made an appointment with Romey and showed up to it. It took him about a half an hour to look at my car. He called me and took me back and said that YES I do need a new alarm system because it was garbage and that I need to fix my door because the lock was broken. He said he could fix the door if I wanted, but the part would cost up to $1000 plus instal. I asked him if he could install the alarm system with a broken door. He said yes. Realizing I couldn't afford it I said I needed to just buy the alarm now and have a friend look at the door to perhaps find a cheaper way. He brought the box with the alarm system from the garage to the counter with the box open. He closed it and refunded the money for labor. My friend fixed it with a $70 part in 20 min. I called, asked the owner if I could return the alarm without the receipt he was very kind and said YES. Fast forward to today... I took the car to Best Buy to get some bulbs installed in the dash since they had broken them installing something else unrelated. The tech asked me about my alarm. I told him that I had bought the alarm system and I was putting off installation. He asked for 15 minutes. He programmed, connected and fiddled and the alarm started working. So, Romey lied and said that it was trash, he lied and said it would cost up to $1000 for the "factory" door part and then when I tried to take the car alarm back. He told me he changed his mind, that it had been tampered with. He was the last to handled it when he took it into his garage to install it.
