His shop also offered me the shortest wait time and he had availability the same day he replied to me. Paul was super chill and friendly and this shop was only about 10 minutes from my work making it super convenient. This review is long overdue but I have to say how amazing Paul and his staff were with tinting the front driver's and passenger windows on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and my husband's GMC Sierra. They were fast, reasonably priced (they quoted the price after messaging them through Yelp and actually stuck to that price when we arrived for installation), and the cars were done before the estimated time. We were so impressed that we purchased front and rear cameras on both vehicles for them to be installed. The camera's were well priced and included installation. They had to be ordered and they came in fast. We scheduled our installation for the next day very easily as they are very flexible when scheduling. They also take walk ins. My driver-side window got smashed, so I needed new tint. My usual mechanic quoted around $100, and other shops I called said it starts at $100, or $50 for just one window. Since I drop my daughter off at college in this area every morning, I called a tint shop near the campus. Over the phone, this place said $30 for one window, and $10 if removal was needed -- no extra fees. They said it would take about 30 minutes per window. I showed up about an hour early for my appointment, but probably because it was Presidents' Day and they weren't busy, they took me right away. The Korean owner and his staff made the shop feel very welcoming and comfortable. Most importantly, the work was very professional. They finished the first window perfectly in about 30 minutes. Since I had time and they weren't busy, I asked them to tint the other side window as well, so they would match. Normally, there would be a removal fee, but they discounted it this time. The total came out to exactly $60, including tax, and both windows were done in about an hour. They were very friendly, did a perfect job, and the receipt also works as a warranty if anything happens to the tint. No wonder all the other Yelpers give them 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Paul and his team did such a great job with my tint. I first reached out to Paul to get a quote on ceramic and carbon tint options. Unlike other shops I contacted, Paul went in depth with all the tint brand options and price points, and he provided information about the different UV percentages and what not. That's all to say that he was super thorough in explaining my options. I ended up going with a carbon tint on my side windows and rear windshield, and Paul was able to squeeze me in that same week. On the day of, the Ace team got my tint done in maybe 35 minutes. When Paul noticed there was some water left on my floor mat, he personally wiped it up and apologized. He also taped my side door so I wouldn't try to open the windows while the tint cured lol. Service overall was great, and it's evident Paul and his team take great care of each car they service. Paul is great and actually recommended I get a much cheaper (carbon) tint over the ceramic tint I told him I was looking to get. After weighing the options, I decided to go with the 3M Ceramic IR tint I was initially planning on getting after all, and Paul gave me an excellent price and they installed it perfectly with no air bubbles or anything. No more riding around in a fishbowl, baking like a lobster in the sun through untinted windows. It also really added to the look of my car and didn't cause any weird color hues like some tints cause. It's not the heat of summer yet, but we've had some sunny days, and I've never noticed any heat accumulating in the cabin whatsoever. I had Llumar CTX installed on one of my old cars by a tint place in Newport Beach, and not only did it have air bubbles in it, but the interior of the car would accumulate heat like a sauna and was really uncomfortable to get into on sunny days and caused immediate sweating. I was so pleased with my 3M tint done here that I took my car back to get my dash camera system installed. They installed it perfectly, hardwiring it to the battery so it works even when the car is off, capturing anyone trying to vandalize your car, and has no cords dangling around or visible at all. read more
