After a while, it became more noticeable and it was more apparent there was a hair under the tint causing it to bubble. After that, I started inspecting all of my windows and noticed several windows had contaminants or creases under the tint. Including other hair and dirt. And along my rear window, there seemed to be a large cut in the tint. I went back for a follow up and they only offered to replace 1 of the 3 windows they installed poorly. They also told me that the cut on the rear window was actually a cut on the glass that they blamed on a factory defect instead of taking ownership. I went back to the dealership I had bought the car from, and they showed me inspection videos that they make before selling cars. The cut was not there. I didn't even bother going back for the repair appointment, because why would I want them touching my car ever again. I barely had my car for 3 weeks before they messed it up. 0/10 would not recommend. Definitely not worth the $850 spent. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but after a recent experience I had with a different tinter for my new car, it made me reflect on how good my experience was at this shop. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. If I could give this establishment a hundred stars, I would. I originally reached out to Dynamic Auto Custom to get information about a full color change wrap for my 2025 Acura Integra. They made it easy to get a quote; they just asked a few questions about my car and what color/material I wanted. The quote was incredibly reasonable, so I decided to go ahead with getting the wrap through them. All I can say is: WOW! When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, I couldn't even believe that it was MY car. The attention to detail is outstanding, and all of the edges are so clean that my friends and family couldn't even tell that the color is a wrap. I had to make a follow-up appointment for about a week later so that they could touch up any imperfections; I honestly didn't see any, but I appreciate the high level of service provided and their commitment to making sure their work is top notch. - I dealt directly with the owner by calls and texts. Their attempt to discredit my firsthand experience shows how they do business. - I requested LUMAR CTX in text, in person, and at pickup, I was lied to about what was installed during pickup. Customers shouldn't have to double-check invoices after drop-off to avoid being misled. - Dynamic threatened to remove the tint when we refused to sign an NDA. If I'm "not a customer," why pressure us to sign? I normally don't write long reviews, but my experience with Dynamic was so frustrating and unprofessional that I feel obligated to share it in detail. What started as a simple return visit for a tint job turned into a drawn-out, disrespectful ordeal where I was accused of trying to scam them, pressured into signing an NDA, and ultimately left with yet another botched installation. To begin with, I spoke with Edgar and was quoted (as shown in texts) for LLUMAR CTX on the windshield and LLUMAR ATC for the sides and back ($475 total, discounted to $450). I first brought my car to Dynamic trusting them. A few months later, after replacing a cracked windshield, I contacted Edgar again and specifically requested the same tint again, emphasizing "LLUMAR CTX 35%." When I returned, the employee rushed through the forms, scrolling through it and saying, "this signature is to authorize us to work." I trusted them again, clearly stating that I wanted LLUMAR CTX and the same tint as before. On both visits I explicitly mentioned "LLUMAR CTX," which I've also had installed at other shops like BP Auto/Sound (a shop I highly recommend, and should've gone back to). When it came time to pick up the vehicle, we discovered they had installed their "in-house film" which is where the issue began. When I brought up this issue to the front desk girls, they were rude about my concern. Ronny, the owner, came out asking us to step outside to talk. Unfortunately, rather than talking, his female employees were instigating an argumentative exchange. They began to argue, "you signed the approval and it shows what film" (which she scrolled past a lot of information and handed us the iPad asking to sign to "authorize the work"). They further claimed it's in the invoice (which they send after you leave the car). I should not have to triple check a business after making it very clear what I wanted. I didn't appreciate being told they didn't want to "get played," as if I was trying to scam them. They made comments about how if this was "about money" and how they had given me a "very generous discount," none of is relevant when the product installed was not what I paid for or had been quoted for. As Ronny and I tried to talk, his employees escalated, and left to pull records stating my first tint had also been their in-house film. We were livid at first, but ironically, this only exposed them for giving us in-house tint when we paid for CTX!! This time, I had text messages to prove I was quoted and paid for LLUMAR CTX on our 1st visit. The next day, instead of a constructive solution, I was put on a three-way call with Ronny and Edgar, where Edgar defensively insisted he had explained both CTX and their in-house film to me. Rather than feed into this silly game, I requested to speak 1:1 with Ronny and have Edgar hop off the call. It's extremely unprofessional to encourage a back and forth with an employee and entertain a direct confrontation of, "I said, he said." Ronny finally admitted a mistake had been made but said the only solution was for me to come back, pay $150, and have CTX installed. This was disappointing and insulting, since we had already paid for CTX but never received it, a fact clearly backed by our original written quote. Rather than own up to the honest mistake made by his staff, Ronny deflected by focusing on how, "the past is the past," and how if I would've, "caught it before," he would've re-done it for free (what kind of business puts it on the customer to "catch" their mistakes?) After not agreeing to his solution, I was insulted by the fact that Ronny directly asked me if my solution was getting it for "free." After reading other reviews, I now realize this is a pattern: customers are ganged up on, their words twisted, and mistakes made are blamed on them. If you don't agree with them or they make a mistake, you're accused of being and treated like a cheap rat, looking to "play" them. Their replies to reviews online are just as unprofessional as how they act in person. It's important that dynamic learns to provide fair solutions rather than disrespecting, not taking responsibility, and belittling their customers. After extensive back and forth, the owner reluctantly agreed to replace the tint BUT sprung an NDA on us, to block us from sharing our experience. FOR CONTEXT: I went here to get my Tesla Model 3 tinted where they did an amazing job with the tint but fell short with their attention to detail when cleaning up after the job (water marks on the dash board, tint trimmings in the back). REDEMPTION: My parents recently picked up a Tesla Model Y and settled with this place due to their affordable and competitive pricing along with the known history with their tint job. When my parents and I picked up the car, we were beyond satisfied with the work on the car (windows, sunroof, back). Though, I was even more surprised where they left the interior spotless and applied a tire shine leaving it look brand new. I wanted to give my utmost respect and appreciation to Dynamic Auto Custom where I voiced a mishap and situation that happened by accident where I'll admit I could have handled it differently. Disappointing experience. Took my new car here for a tint, I've had the car for 4 days and thought I could trust Dynamic Auto Custom to be careful and cautious with it. First, I was informed it would take 2-3 hours for the tinting process. I arrived for my appointment at 11am and was told it would be approximately ready at 3pm. This is 4 hours. I had not allotted 4 hours of my day for this because I was initially told it would be 2-3 hours. My partner had to stay and wait for the car while I went to work. 5 HOURS is what my partner had to wait for. The worst part, my car comes out and there are bubbles on the tint and white chips all over my back rear window. When questioned regarding this, they stated "it must have already been there". The car is four days old. Photos and videos were taken beforehand to show that this was not the case, yet they refused to take accountability for it. When the concern was escalated they then changed the story to "maybe it's paint overspray from the factory" and provided other excuses. Disappointing that the car was in new condition brought in and now they won't recognize their lack of service quality. They brought the car back to "detail" it to fix the white spots (after much back and forth and having an employee walk away, leaving someone else to tend to the matter), yet after closer inspection at home, there are also water stains both inside and outside the car. Extremely disappointed and frustrated that my partner was even made to pay the full price despite their deficiency and refusal to take accountability. Only plus side was the customer service of the front desk lady who took the time to listen to our concerns and attempt to resolve the problem.
