I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. This review is long overdue. Kept telling myself I need to write these guys a slammin' review. We had them tint all four of our cars. Two of which we also had them do PPF. Each one turned out beautifully. The PPF has made life so much better for us. Cleaning is such a breeze and our cars look amazing. The tinting is life-changing. It's been a HOT minute since I've left a review on Yelp but I absolutely needed to get on here to give the guys at OC Tint Solutions some love. Bought a brand new Tesla and needed to get the windows tinted on the entire car (all side windows, rear and windshield) ASAP. I searched on Yelp for a few options but OC Tint Solutions was the quickest to respond and also the most attentive. Brian provided me with all the different options and packages and really they have options for all budgets. He also answered any specific questions I had (and I had a lot) regarding the different films and warranty etc. After a few messages I decided to move forward with OC Tint Solutions. Making and confirming an appointment was super easy!! Install day came around and I took my car in. The shop is easy to find. Right off of Harbor in the Harbor Center. I pulled up and Brian came out and greeted me and got me checked in. We went over the type of film and shade one last time before install and within 15 minutes of checking in he had taken my car to the back to get it worked on. I didn't have a ride so I worked out of their waiting area which was comfortable. They had WiFi so made it easy for me to work for a bit while waiting for my car. He had originally quoted me a 3-4 hour turnaround time but they got the install done within 2. Final product was I mean can't you tell by the review I'm leaving. OC Tint Solutions did a excellent job removing and tinting the front windshield on my BMW M2 F87. They installed the 3M Crystalline 60 which replaced the Johnson Ceramic 20. The different is night and day. I have much better visibility at night, which was the main issue with my previous tint. However, the heat rejection with the 3M is just unreal. While parked under the sun, with my sun heatshield shades on, I can still sit comfortably, and reasonably cool with a portable fan on. This was impossible with the Johnson Ceramic 20. read more

For the material I got 3M ceramic nano IR all around and 3M crystalline on my windshield. For the top quality film 3M crystalline (best quality tint grade), you get the 3M watermark too so you know this stuff is authentic since a lot of places like to use cheap brand. read more

Honestly, I'd give this place a 11/10 review if I can. I worked with Brian to have a full PPF and window tints done on my 2025 Toyota 4Runner. They have gone into great detail to making sure all the small things was done right and everything was up to perfection. Since the full PPF requires to take the door handles off which will need to remove the vapor barrier inside of the door. I was concerned with the plastic vapor barrier cannot be put back on the way it came off. But Brain took the extra time to take a bunch photos for me when it was apart to make sure it was done right before putting it back together. So can't recommend this place more.
