GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE! I PAID $800 for a tint job and they BROKE my Break Light. They took no responsibility even though they agreed to pay me back. Inexperienced Tinter (Sandro) Broke my rear break light on my Porsche Taycan. His excuse was he had never worked on that kind of car before, so he just pulled down the break light to tint the rear window, and he stated it was just a wire that came un plugged and he didn't know how to plug it back in, but there was no major issue. I ended up taking it to Porshe and they charged me $1200 to fix the issue, they said it looks like someone didn't know what they were doing and forcefully pulled off the break light, which broke the clips, and ripped the wires out of the break light. The company agreed to compensate me for the bill, but of course I never got anything. I tried calling them and always got the run around. This was an expensive lesson, but in my opinion that's the problem with mobile tinters, they take no responsibility and can run away without any repercussion. I've had one car tinted through this shop before. That experience went fine and well. Today, however, I had an appointment at 1:00 PM. No one showed up or answered our call after it had been THREE HRS since our appt time. Finally, we got a call where she gaslit us by saying the tech couldn't find our unit. Then she changed the reason to "he couldn't access the system to pull your phone number from". Where was the apology? Where was the taking ownership of their mistake? A few months later I made an appointment and when the guy showed up I confirmed the price with him, and said no sorry that quote has expired and tried charging me a few hundred dollars more! I showed him the text message of his company confirming the price, and just smirked and said sorry, I can't do that anymore. Company was responsive but disorganized. You get different pricing depending on who you talked to but the biggest problem is quality of work. Installer did not thoroughly clean windows prior to install, and claimed tiny debris cannot be handled. That's unacceptable. We agreed to have the tint removed, and he cut some seals during glue cleanup... Net waste of time for both parties. I had car taken to a different shop with cover, and it's tinted with much better quality workmanship. If you're looking for cheap quality, quick job, lower price, come to mobile tint. Mobile one was easy to work with. Set up the appointment. They show up and give you examples of what your window would look like with different shades. Sergio help me find the perfect shade for my wife's BMW X5. Held them up to the window and made sure I was comfortable with the tint shade. The car had a clear ceramic tint on the front two windows from the dealership and it looked like absolute trash of a job. Sergio explained the errors with the job. How there was sticker residue under the clear tint from not properly cleaning the window and the best option was the remove it due to imperfections in the cut of the tint and bubbling it could cause. He handled the car with care and made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. The work on the windows itself was flawless. Thank you Mobile One. "WARNING" whoever wants to take a chance with this guy better pay attention to every little detail. I ask this guy to tint the front two window to match the factory in the two rear passenger and said okay and went straight to work. After he was finish I paid he and took a look and the front looked darker than the back. He went on saying that it need to be settle or and some bs excuse. He told me to wait around 6 days after it settle and if not he would fix it for free. 7 days has pass and I called him again because it still looked the same. He came by the next day and was not happy at all. This guy is shade blind and keep telling me they match perfect and refuse to replace it for me. 30 min of arguing back and forth I just told jim to remove that shitty work of his and keep my money since he really wanted that bad.
