I went in like Jon Snow knowing nothing but they are honest and provide good recommendations. I didn't know the difference between tints (and I still don't, so sorry that I can't tell you what's in the picture), but I explained to them what I wanted and they delivered! Decided to give this shop a try because I wanted ceramic tints and wanted to get my tint completed locally. The shop was quick to give me a quote for just my two front windows and was able to squeeze me in right before the holidays (which was impressive in terms of availability). I basically scheduled my appointment within one day, and had my front windows completed in about an hour. I initially had concerns because I saw bubbles and thought it might be an issue. However, I reached out to the shop through Yelp and they reassured me that due to the cold weather may take a while for the tints to dry, but that I could definitely bring the car back to their shop to be checked. I previously utilized this establishment's services due to their exceptional work on my prior vehicle. However, upon bringing my current car to them with an intact, undamaged window, I discovered a crack after they applied the tint. Following a mere three-block drive, I promptly contacted them and they presented a video, though the crack was not distinctly visible. Given the circumstances, it's improbable the damage occurred otherwise. and then they tried to offer me some type of paper for my insurance told me to send this paper in for $400 and I only paid $280 made me think even more that this happened on their watch. I took my brand new Tesla Model Y Performance here in February. The customer service I received from Kevin is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond what I would expect. We ended up getting the 4 side windows and the front window tinted w ceramic tint. Unfortunately during the process, one of the exterior trim pieces got scratched. Kevin owned up to it promptly and made it whole. Another issue popped up after a month, the rear passenger side window started to make a nasty crunching sound at the bottom of the door when lowering or raising the window. Kevin corrected the issue promptly by replacing the tint when I brought it to his attention. Now the window is perfect. Stuff happens, no big deal. I've used Tint Zone to tint all of my cars, and I can't see myself going anywhere else. If you own a Tesla, I can assure you, they will do an amazing job! They've tinted my 2019 Model 3 Performance, 2020 Model X Performance, and now 2022 Model S Plaid. Each one was tinted with 3M Crystalline for the car, including the front windshield. They now run cooler and get less cabin overheat protection notifications. First and foremost, I enjoy working with Kevin and Tint Zone because they are really great people. Kevin is friendly, approachable, and makes sure you are taken care of. I had two minor issues that were promptly taken care of for my cars. My Model X had a bubble that would not go away on my right falcon wing door after a week. I called in and I was able to get that taken care of in a follow up appointment. The second issue was a film noise on the car whenever I opened my Model S. Again, Kevin was great in scheduling me in the followup appointment to make it right. Once these minor adjustments were made, I've had zero issues since and I've been on my way enjoying my car. Secondly, the quality of the work. The tinting of the actual vehicle is top notch. The alignment of the film around the window, front windshield was even and consistent. The bubbles and the wrinkles are worrisome when you see them the first day. But they all go away after a few days. So you have to trust the process of the film drying. I will be returning to Tint Zone for my future car tint needs. read more

I just purchased my new Audi Q8 and desperately wanted to get my windows tinted ASAP! My previous car has limo tinted windows all around so having no tint on the windows on my new car made me feel super exposed! I begin my Yelp search and after contacting over 10 shops, it was between Tint Zone and another shop, so I called and spoke with Eric. I told him what I was looking for he gave me the range or prices from the entry level film to the ceramic film and gave a brief tutorial of their differences. This experience combined with the quality and number of their reviews, gave me the confidence to move forward. I was able to make a next day appointment (many of the other shops told me I would have to wait for 1 - 2 weeks and some even required deposits). When I arrived at my appointment time, I was greeted by Eric introduced himself and request that we walk out to my car to discuss the job. Once at my car he offered the most in-depth range of options based on what I told him I wanted. He was patient, transparent and did not attempt at any point to up-sell me on ANYTHING! Fortunately for me, there were several cars that had their tint jobs recently completed that I could look at and compare to get the exact look that I wanted. If this wasn't enough to make you run here for ANY of your tinting needs, let me add that my entire car including the windshield (every window was touched) was completed within an hour to hour and a half. Literally the next best estimate of time that I received when I was searching around was in excess of 4 hours, about half asked for the car for the entire day!! When the job was completed, he escorted me to the parking lot and made sure I was absolutely happy (which I was ecstatic), and went over all of the after tint care for the next few days. This is on me for forgetting to write a review, but a year and 4 months later, the tint is holding up extremely well! I got 3M Crystalline for my windows and Edge Clear for my windshield. 3M Crystalline was about $300 and the Edge Clear was ~$100. I got all this done for a bit over $400 for ceramic tint, which is the cheapest I could find at the time and it's still the highest quality! In terms of the experience, I messaged a bunch of places for ceramic tint and this place got back to me with the best quote and answered every single question I had. I scheduled a time and dropped off my car in the morning and came back a few hours later. Absolutely zero issues afterwards and I haven't had any issues since.
