Had my new VW Passat tinted back in 2012 right after purchase. Fast forward to 2025 ... 13 years later! Rear tint started bubbling slightly to the point where it was hard to see through the rear view mirror. Leo took care of the issue honoring the Lifetime Warranty that came with the original ceramic tint installation. Quality of the replacement is as good as the original back in 2012. Leo is truly amazing. I went to TW Tinting to tint my current car when I bought it back in 2018. Earlier this year, the rear windshield tint started to bubble/come off a bit along the defrost lines and by December, I see several glare lines along the defrost lines. This made is difficult to see through the rear windshield while driving at night with cars shining their headlights towards me. Leo offers lifetime warranty on his work and I wasn't sure how much or what the warranty covers. Upon reaching out to him through email late in the evening, he responded quickly and told me just bring the car in and he will take care of it. I brought my car in the next day and sure enough, Leo removed the old tint, put the new one on, and had it all done in less than 90 minutes. No Charge! He tried to help me out since I was waiting in the shop rather than dropping off the car and picking it up later. He had a big smile on the entire time I was there, ready to help me out the best he could. I have front and rear dash cams installed on my car so they had to remove the camera from the rear windshield. After the tint job was done, he even helped me put on new double-sided tape on the camera and reminded me to not install it for 3 days while the new tint is drying. You cannot get better service than this. This is the 3rd vehicle I tinted at TW Tinting but the first time I had to use the warranty since I sold the other 2 vehicles before any bubbling developed. I am so happy I trusted TW TINTING!! Leo the owner is so amazing he took a look at my car and explained everything to me very thoroughly. My back windshield's tinting had become bubbly with these weird air bubbles all throughout the windshield which made it really hard and difficult to see through. Leo explained to me how my windshield had the heat warmers on it and the old tint was stuck good, which might damage the warmers making them useless if not removed carefully and correctly and that was the risk I was willing to take. Of course I entrusted my car and the job to remove the old tint and replace it with a new one here, and I am glad I did! The new tint looks perfect, and the warmers are in perfect working condition!! TW Tinting's work on my Audi Q8 eTron was awesome. He gave a good recommendation on the film to go with, and I was pleased with the result. The price was fair. Now the car looks great with a uniform look all around with Black Pearl Ceramic film. There is no bubble and dust, hair, etc inside the film. I especially like the cleanliness of the windows after the work is done, and no extra installation fluid on my car to be seen. The shop is clean, well lit, and organized. Just got my 2024 Tacoma ceramic tinted for the top front windshield and both front and rear windows. The tint turned out amazing. I got the ceramic because it definitely helps blocks out the sun heat up to 35% more than the standard tint. I had my 2012 TSX tinted by Leo at TW Tinting when it was new and it did not fade, bubble, or peeled from when it was done until when I sold it recently, looks as good as the day I had it done! My gf had her tint done somewhere else on her 2014 Avalon. Her rear windshield was faded, bubbling, and beginning to peel. We took it to Leo at TW Tinting and got a quote to remove the old tint. Leo explained to us that when removing the rear tint that it might damage the rear windshield defroster and the rear windshield would need to be replace if we wanted for the defroster to work. Leo said he would do his best to try and save the defroster. We were already aware of the repercussion. Another reason to get a good shop to tint it right the first time. We opted to have the rear windshield tint removed and replaced so that we can easily see through the rear windshield again. When we arrived to pickup my gf car when they let us know it was ready, Leo gave us the good news that the rear windshield defroster still works! My experience with Leo / TWT was outstanding. My Tiguan sunshade was fouled up (common problem for VW Tiguan's and Audi Q5's) and it would have cost $1,500 or more to replace it. I selected the 10% transparent ceramic tint for the panorama roof and the result was far superior than having a new sunshade.
