I had to get my front window tint removed for a fix-it ticket and knew I would be back to get it put back on. After they removed my tint, I lasted 2 days before scheduling the tint to be put back on. They can get busy, so I would recommend calling for a appointment. They provide good service and I would recommend them to anyone. My only complaint is, it can be hard to find if you are driving up and down the street, there are no oblivious signs that stand out when driving by and it can be missed. read more

I don't even know where to begin with my review about Lance and his crew at Classic Window Tinting. A few weeks before I decided to give myself the green light to tint my WRX, I did my homework on various window tinting facilities around my neighborhood. I stumbled upon Classic Window Tinting through their outstanding yelp review and thought, why not give it a shot. A week prior to my visit, I called Lance (owner) scheduling an appointment. It's nearly impossible with my work schedule to do anything, so for them to be able to work around my schedule and squeezing me into their busy work flow meant a lot to me. I was running a little early and called to confirm my appointment to see if there's a problem if I came in early, they mention it wasn't a problem so I did. I got to meet Lance and his crew, wow, customer service at it's finest! All great guys with great humor! He went over the types of tint and longevity as well as what the main difference in why each tint cost more than others. The process takes a few hours and unfortunately I did not have someone that can give me a ride home. Lance actually offered to shuttle me home so i didn't have to wait, but I had nothing better to do so I stuck around. From my understanding most tinting shops won't let you watch them work, but Lance and his crew took the time to show me how everything works. It's amazing, I didn't think there was so much to window tinting but it's definitely takes a lot of knowledge and skill for them to do what they do! I went with 3M Color Stable tint around my entire WRX. They offer an even cheaper 3M brand tint but after seeing them side by side, the Color Stable Tint is noticeably better in every way. I had my heart set on 50/35 around my car, but after carefully considering lance's recommendation, I went with 3M Color stable 35% all around. After 18 months of rocking the 3M tint on the Bimmer (2011 328i sedan) it still looks brand new and is really easy to clean. My car stays much cooler now (unfortunately, the owners of my firm do not value covered parking [even the guy with the Maserati!] and I have to park outside at my office). I found Classic Window on Yelp. I liked how close they were to my home and they had great reviews Who was this "Lance" guy? Well, he picked the phone right up when I called and got me in the same day. Lance & Co. did a terrific job - real artists. They took great care with my car. Everything was put back gently and correctly. There is no gap between the edge of the window and the tint - no visible seam at all anywhere. I didn't have to wait long. If you wait they have water, coffee and tea, and if you get hungry there is a great Mexican place a couple doors down (See my review for the venerable El Taco). You can watch them work on your car from the lobby if you're a real Type A+. Classic even took care to work around the rear window brake light instead of tinting over it like other joints will - some won't even give you an option. The 3M product is well worth the extra dough - like almost twice as much as the heap stuff. I also bought the blue tint for the windshield. In hindsight, I would have replaced the three-year-old windshield first before doing that again. Lance spent a lot of time with me explaining the array of products they offer for all vehicles and all budgets. I didn't feel pressured - just a thorough explanation. Lance also helped me realize that limo was just too damn dark. Total for the 3M tint for four side windows, rear window, and windshield was about $500 - well worth it especially if you are keeping your car for a long time, and if you park outside, and drive a lot during the day in your work life. My two previous cars, a 1981 Mercedes-Benz 300 SD sedan and a 2003 BMW 325i sedan were tinted (not the windshield) by a shop in Tustin for about $200, and while the workmanship was comparable, the product was much cheaper and very prone to scratching. read more

Just got my IS350 tinted today and it looks great! 3M 35% front/rear tint. A great medium color. Was going to mikes tint shop as I went there before but had a faster and better experience here then MTS (4 hour wait too was hard to deal with) CLASSIC WINDOW TINT WAS DONE IN 1.5 hrs. Def. recommend the heat shield. Will be coming back for the front window heat shield as I have a place at the desert to block all the heat from my black car. I WILL BE REFERRING MY FRIENDS HERE. I've been wanting to get my windows tinted for my car for awhile now but kept putting it off. Since summer is fast approaching, I decided it was time to start researching places. I found Classic Window Tinting on Yelp and picked them for their price, selection of tints and great reviews! I messaged them through Yelp and Lance send a quote for all the tints they offer. I knew that I wanted ceramic this time around so I decided on the SunTek CXP (35% front, 18% back) When I arrived for my appointment (1PM), they were already working on other cars and gave me an estimated finish time at 3:30PM but since I was going to wait for my car, Lance and two of his workers all worked on my car to get all the windows tinted in 1 hour! Awesome consumer service! Lance also offered to give me a ride so I wouldn't have to wait and checked on me often to see if I wanted water or the password to the wifi, etc. I did have to come back to get one of the windows redone since the tint was cut a little short but got it fixed and it looks perfect!
