Hands down the best customer service ever! Lance was amazing, so helpful and got the job done right. I brought in my girlfriend's 2010 VW GTI and it was done in 2 hours, perfect. These guys are very professional and did a top notch tinting job on my Civic. When I walked in they cut right to it, guiding me through which shades were legal and which brands would suit my needs. I finally decided on the LLumar Air 80 (ceramic) and paid extra for the windshield (trust me, worth it). They quoted me about 200 dollars cheaper and most other locations I've been to. I ended up getting 80% visibility on the front doors and windshield, and 25% on the back doors. I got the car about 2-3 hours after I dropped it off and the job was perfect. Just wanted to give these guys some recognition for the high quality service they're providing. I originally purchased a nice ceramic tint from them all the way back in 2013, for which they did a very nice job at a fair price. I was told to keep my invoice as I have a lifetime warranty on it. Well, two of my windows were not looking so hot, so I called and spoke to Jesse, he gave me an appointment same day, dealt with Lance when I got there, they pulled my car right in and finished in half the time they estimated. I wasn't charged a dime, even though it's been six years! I had my car tinted a few weeks ago. Lance and his team did a great job! I actually found this shop by chance. After receiving horrible customer service at Mike's Tint in Anaheim, I was adamant on finding another tint place that would do an awesome job. Lance and his team fit the bill! Unlike the horrible, and lazy, receptionist at Mike's; Lance was happy to give me a demo to help me choose which tint I should go with. He explained the different things that I should consider and left me to make my own decision. Once the decision was made, he had the job done in about 3 hours. The only down side to the job was that they left my car pretty dirty. There were water drip stains all over the car, and even some on my seats. It looked like they had attempted to wipe this away, but since my car is black, you could see it the next day once the dirt started to settle on it (black cars are so sensitive). Lucky, I have leather seats and was able to easily wipe away, and it wasn't something that a quick car wash wouldn't fix. But, if it wasn't for that, they would have 5 stars! read more

The more and more I talked to this loquacious fellow, the safer and more confident I felt in doing business with him. It's safe to believe other reviewers because they are more or less spot on about this place. One of the very few authorized dealers that offers 3M Crystalline series window film. I'm not all about the overly dark windows, but I need as much heat rejection as I can get. Finished my car in about 4 hours. I had to be one of the harder customers to please- as a female I really know nothing about cars nor tint, i just want my car to look beautiful. I was in there for an hour before picking the tint- I went back and forth for an hour over the tint (as I wanted dark windows, yet not hip hop dark, yet superstar dark, okay superstar in my mind )- if it were me- I would have been rolling my eyes at the customer- and thinking to myself "lady just pick the damn tint already". However lance just smiled and schooled me on all the different tints. After the hour, I picked my tint- yet before picking the tint I wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any water dripping while the tint was placed on my windows (see what I mean' I know nothing about the tinting profession) Lance was kind enough to cover my doors with paper so there would be absolutely no sign of any water with a smile, (see again, I would have been rolling my eyes) - honestly it was just to make me comfortable and nothing more- and he really didn't have to do this, as it's not part of their practice being they know clearly what they are doing and their products don't harm the exterior of the car(s). Pricing was good and more importantly he didn't say it would take 3 hours and then have it take 5 hours. Make sure to book your appointments as I saw a ton of clients come in and what I particularly liked is that he didn't overbook himself and his team. It can be hard to turn away clients but when you do as good a job as Lance, Jesse and team you don't have to worry much about not getting the next client. There will always be a line for great work! I didn't have anyone available to give me a ride so I hung out in his lobby - comfortable enough, especially since I didn't have to stay there for 5 hours. I did a yelp check to find a local tinter for my new car. I loved the fact that Classic was so close and had a special. I called Lance and made an appointment. I will say the place is in the strip mall near the Chevy dealer, on Tustin. The signage is small and so is the location, so keep your eyes open. Other than that, my experience was excellent. Lance, the owner, is very personable and helped me to decide on which tint would suit my needs. I mentioned I was concerned about UV rays, but did not want a heavy tint, especially on the back window. Lance showed me a tint that was perfect and even suggested tinting the windshield, which I had never thought of. I was prepared to wait for a couple of hours, but Lance said he would be happy to drop me off at home. Later, when he called to say the car was ready, he asked if I needed a ride to pick up the car. When my DH and I picked up the car, DH was impressed with how good it looked. I opted for a more expensive film, and glad I did. I got the yelp deal...but didn't need to buy it through yelp, he just let me say it & I got it! He was super nice. Got my Dodge Caliber done super quick. Although I am a little bummed, he told me the higher end 3M tint was 50 dollars more, so I agreed to purchase it cause I plan on having this car forever. I got the limo tint in the back & it just doesn't seem like it at all. I can still see through it quite easily. Its not that big of a deal, but I just find it a little weird. read more

Went in couple of weeks ago to tint my G37... Lance is a cool dude. He gave me the complete run down of the various films he carries, differences between each (cost and functionality), etc. He didn't push any brand or shade, just gave me the facts and left it up to me to decide. Ended up going with 3M Color Stable, 35% all the way around. I live down the street so left the car and came back next to pick up... he even gave me cold bottle of water! Tint looks and works beautifully. However, noticed that at night, there is a glare along the rear defroster lines when driving at night. Mentioned it to Lance... he listened, checked it out but could not find a solution for it. He said although not common, some cars with flat rear windshield angles can have this glare issue. He said he'll research more and get back to me with a solution when found. Thus, 4-stars for now since its a great shop, quality is good, and he listened to my "complaint" patiently but the defroster glare is quite bothersome and wasn't mentioned before the work... will upgrade to 5-stars if a solution is found. read more

Got my car tinted this week and I could not be happier. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Lance is probably a cooler guy than all the reviews make him out to be. Jesse is not to be outdone; funny guy in his own right. Initially the price might scare some people off, as well as the time, but once you see the care and detail that goes into tinting a car right, you will understand. I got the Suntek CXP 25% all around and 55% on the windshield. The new 25% is a perfect shade between 35 and 18. 35% looks too light in the day and 18% is too dark at night. 25% allows for privacy in the day, and no difficulties at night. I thought the windshield sounded too dark, but checking out Lance's truck with the same thing, it's barely noticeable. It was waaaaaaay worth it. One can hardly tell by looking at the windshield it is tinted, but after a hot/sunny day my car's temp is significantly lower. The windshield is the largest window on a car. Do yourself a favor and don't be scared or skimp on getting the windshield tinted. read more

Just an update - I posted my last review in 2012. I had my windows tinted in 2008. It is now 2016... 8 years later and the only thing that's happened to my tint over the years is I made a few tiny dings in the driver's side window with my keys upon entering/exiting the vehicle. There is not a single bubble or discoloration issue AT ALL. I sincerely couldn't be more stoked on this investment. Superb job, I can't wait to get my new car later this year and take it straight to Classic even though I no longer live in Orange County. They truly have me as a customer for life. read more
