I paid for premium ceramic tint but Henry, the owner, lied and used cheap window tint instead. He falsified my receipt, lied to my face, then stopped responding altogether when he was confronted about it. Here's the most ridiculous part: when I asked to see the box of tint before I left, he used a marker to color in the label to make it look like he used a more expensive tint. It was obvious he was trying to scam me so I took a photo and contacted the manufacturer - they said they've never made the tint he claims to have used. He also installed it so poorly that it's distorted and makes you feel nauseous when driving. This guy is a scammer. He is currently under investigation by the California Bureau of Automotive Affairs. I will update with the outcome of the investigation at a later date. There are dozens, if not, hundreds, of other window tint places in the area. Go to any other shop besides this place or else you're going to get scammed. read more

after about a week of having the tint installed, i noticed some tiny, pinhole-sized bubbles on my rear windshield. took some pics and sent them to henry to see if he could fix it. scheduled another appt and he told me that those small bubbles were due to particles of dust being trapped between the glass and tint during application. because of this, it is difficult to get a 100% perfect install without any defects. he offered to reapply the tint and assured me that he would try his very best to apply it without any defects. fast forward to today, it looks much better now. there are still some minor spots here and there, but it's a lot better than before and not as obvious. if you have any issues, henry will do his best to make it right. read more

During the tint process, they disconnected the my top rear brake lights, and forgot to reconnect it after the job was done, which caused all sorts of problems with my car - rendering it undrivable on the side of the road. Instead of trying to figure out the problem they systematically denied everything.
