I paid for premium ceramic tint but Henry, the owner, lied and used cheap window tint instead. He falsified my receipt, lied to my face, then stopped responding altogether when he was confronted about it. Here's the most ridiculous part: when I asked to see the box of tint before I left, he used a marker to color in the label to make it look like he used a more expensive tint. It was obvious he was trying to scam me so I took a photo and contacted the manufacturer - they said they've never made the tint he claims to have used. He also installed it so poorly that it's distorted and makes you feel nauseous when driving. This guy is a scammer. He is currently under investigation by the California Bureau of Automotive Affairs. I will update with the outcome of the investigation at a later date. There are dozens, if not, hundreds, of other window tint places in the area. I made an appointment because I noticed lines and bubbles in the tint, and I was initially told they could address the issue. However, when I arrived, I was told nothing could be done until the owner came to inspect it personally. Before he even looked at the car, I was told that customers often scratch their own tint. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the line on my window the same day I picked up my car, when I was originally told it would disappear. When the owner inspected the car, he repeatedly insisted that there is no such thing as a "perfect" tint job. According to him, every tinted vehicle has imperfections and small bubbles. He also told me that because my car has many electrical components, reapplying the tint could be risky. He said he could redo the tint if I wanted, but he could not guarantee it would look any better and repeatedly suggested that the best option was simply to remove the tint altogether. Throughout the conversation, he made several statements, including: * Every tinted car has bubbles and imperfections. * If I brought him any tinted vehicle, he could point out flaws in it. * His many years of experience meant I should trust his opinion. * The warranty only covers bubbles that are larger than the ones on my car. * If the bubbles grow larger over time, then the warranty would apply. The problem is that their written warranty does not specify any minimum bubble size or quantity required for coverage. What disappointed me most was not just the outcome, but the way I was treated. Instead of acknowledging the visible lines and bubbles, I felt like the owner was trying to convince me that my concerns were unreasonable. He implied that because I was bothered by the lines, I would never be satisfied with any tint job. Rather than standing behind the warranty, it seemed like he was looking for reasons to avoid honoring it. Personally, I felt dismissed and spoken down to. As a woman, I couldn't help but feel that I wasn't taken seriously and that my concerns were minimized. Instead of listening to my experience, I was repeatedly told why I should simply accept the imperfections. I left extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the beginning, I felt the focus was on avoiding the warranty rather than resolving a legitimate concern. after about a week of having the tint installed, i noticed some tiny, pinhole-sized bubbles on my rear windshield. took some pics and sent them to henry to see if he could fix it. scheduled another appt and he told me that those small bubbles were due to particles of dust being trapped between the glass and tint during application. because of this, it is difficult to get a 100% perfect install without any defects. he offered to reapply the tint and assured me that he would try his very best to apply it without any defects. fast forward to today, it looks much better now. there are still some minor spots here and there, but it's a lot better than before and not as obvious. if you have any issues, henry will do his best to make it right. read more

The tint job was fine. I was extremely disappointed in the way they handled the problem with my car afterwards. During the tint process, they disconnected the my top rear brake lights, and forgot to reconnect it after the job was done, which caused all sorts of problems with my car - rendering it undrivable on the side of the road. Instead of trying to figure out the problem they systematically denied everything.
