As usual, OC Tint Solutions is the absolute best! We've had both of our cars tinted by them--one is going on year three and the other was earlier this year. For our older car, we chose the 3M Ceramic, and it has made driving in it a huge improvement. We no longer feel the sun sensitivity we normally experience while driving (rashes even with sunscreen), which is such a game-changer. For our new car, we chose the 3M Crystalline, and it is incredible. I can't say for sure that this is what saved our windshield from webbing when a giant rock caught us by surprise, but it sure seemed like it. Jason was even kind enough to help facilitate a repair for us through a third-party their shop trusts, instead of going for a complete window replacement and having to re-tint our front. Booking through Yelp was easy, and they were super responsive. I got a quote quickly, and the pricing was competitive with other shops. The front desk guy was really kind and helpful. There's a small waiting area with a couple desks, a couch, an outlet, and AC. They also provided Wi-Fi while I waited. After dropping off my car, everything was done in about an hour. My main concern was UV protection and heat rejection because I have an all-black car and our summers here in O.C are scorching. Joey explained the difference levels and shades, guiding me to picking nano ceramic film. The application took a little less han 2 hours. He explained that there will be bubbles in the first week or so but they will go away. Time will tell but overall my experience has been great. read more

After getting the windows tinted at OC Tint Solutions, I made an appointment to have paint protection film put on the car...and once again they did an awesome job! Plus, I'm am now 100% convinced that getting PPF applied is one of the best things you can do for your vehicle because I barely had it for a month and the PPF saved me from costly damage. I was driving on the freeway and a pickup truck in front of me changed lanes and ran over a tie-down strap laying on the road. I saw sparks from the metal ratchet of the strap while it was bouncing off the pavement as it was heading towards me...and next thing I heard/felt was a thump when it hit my car. I brought it back to OCTS to take a look at the damage...Jason the owner said the tie-down strap ripped a tiny portion of the PPF off but it saved anything from happening to the original paint/body. And to my relief...they said they could cut a seam and then patch the exposed area. I'm super thankful Jason and the team were able to fix the PPF and make the scratches look barely noticeable unless you get up real close. It truly could've been a lot worse if I didn't have the PPF. It's because of this experience I HIGHLY recommend getting PPF for your vehicle and to get it done at OC Tint Solutions. read more

The PPF came right off and there was no damage to my vehicle. I contacted Bryan and Jose. They took me in right away, gave me a very good price to remove and attach a new protective film for my front end. It is high quality and very hydrophobic; making my car way easier to wash. 11/10 would recommend. They are fast, friendly, and great to work with. When I was looking for a shop to PPF + tint + ceramic coat my wife's new toy - a red Model Y Juniper with white interior, I started by looking into the recommendations from YouTubers focused on Teslas. I got the name of two shops + one in my neighborhood. The next step was to do a web search including Yelp and others to learn from others experience. The final step is visiting these shops and talk to the owner/manager. I settled on OC Tinting Solutions. The price is inline with the other two. I actually watched the technician for a few minutes PPF'ing another car. He was super-careful and meticulous. I like that! They use 3M products. I like that too. Anthony, the manager, is great. I don't know anything about PPF and tinting. He spent the time to explain to me options. He is not pushy - just giving out information. Couple days after I put in an order, I called Anthony to take out the crystalline tint on the roof from the package. He just did it, adjusted the price and made no attempt to change my mind. I like that too. The entire process was painless. Now, the result. Man, it is incredible. The job is beautiful. When we went back a week later for the check-up, we did find couple imperfections.
