Disappointed. I went here because I used to live literally across the street. Met Jordan and at the time had a CTS that I couldn't install my system from my old truck. Bought a new truck and had the system installed. The wiring for the subs was shady and could've burned my amps. I messed up by leaving my truck. Instead of the correct fuses they used circuit breakers that heated up and offered no protection for my amps. Even now my 300/4 is suspect. Also, my W7 was always in the house, but when I picked my truck up, the surround had mysteriously disintegrated. Had to drop $2k+ for anew one and to have it put in the box! Had my truck rewired at a reputable shop only to find out Universal had cut into my truck body where the factory amp was *dead face* Had the amp moved and every power and ground wiring redone. System can breathe now and actually bump. I trusted Jordan and his peeps and it was my mistake to leave my truck. I'd never do that again. NVR. I won't be going back there because I don't know who worked on and cut into my truck. It's sad because I was trying to help a small shop. read more

I came off of good reviews. I had to take the car back because the ac didn't work. Now my girlfriend has to take the car back while I'm at work because the volume is stuck and loud in her ears. I'm pissed because this is a birthday gift and she shouldn't have to go back. I would not recommend. Update we have returned and they are refusing a refund. One worker said fuck you to me which I have on film. Another worker starts leaning on my car and talking shit to me in either Ukraine or Russian. Horrible company. Scamming people and since the neighborhood is mainly old this is what they get away with. Very uncomfortable and even when you approach these cats with anger from valid frustration from crappy parts they treat you like it's irrational. This place was by far the most reasonable option for installing my Alpine ILX-W670 and backup camera in my 2011 Ford Transit Connect. I reached out for a quote through Yelp, and Jordan responded quickly. He gave me a fair price--and actually stuck to it. Other shops quoted me two to three times more, and I half-expected them to try upselling me once I got there. That never happened. While they worked on my van, I walked across the street to Jack in the Box for a couple of hours. When I came back, the install was close to being complete and done right. Everyone here was so nice. From the moment I pulled in, to leaving their driveway an hour later w new speakers, it was a great experience. The owners greeted me and were nothing but helpful and straightforward the whole time. The employees were friendly and conversational. While I was waiting, they showed me the job. The speakers I brought were too large so they offered me a smaller size speakers for $100 or the choice to cut the door panel for $150. I chose to use my own speakers. After watching the employee install the speakers he tested them for me and adjusted the stereo settings, showed me how to adjust the speakers and vacuumed my cab. Before paying, the owner jokingly asked me how much I owe him, he quoted me $150. I gave him $175, took them exactly 1.5 hrs but they could have done it quicker if I wasn't chatty. They installed a digital rear view mirror, rate was good, kind and punctual BUT they set the camera unbalanced and view on the monitor shows crooked and uneven. This is affecting the view as well as ADA & BSD settings and it detects the wrong angle of the vehicles that are coming or near my car. I don't think Jordan is physically capable of stopping himself from teaching you about audio; this guy is passionate about sound and is a knowledge gold mine of his trade. The install process took 2 days, followed by a break-in period, and then a re-tune. I am floored by the quality of sound coming from my notoriously horrible Subaru head unit. There were some things that went bad during the install like a loose 12v outlet and a broken glove box arm but as soon as I called, they made sure to fix EVERYTHING. Pricing was a complete match up with crutchfield .com since i already had in mind which components i wanted. I bought a van at an auction and while it had a cd player..it had no sirius xm or back up camera. I went to a different shop who quoted me over 800 just for a whole new stereo system. These guys did the whole shebang including back up camera and a new port for phone charging 700.00 out the door. No appointment, nothing! Got apple CarPlay installed for my girlfriend's 2011 Honda Accord. The guys here were friendly and patient. The unit works well and does what it needs to do. However, the installation is not perfect. The air condition knob is tough to turn, and a/c buttons get stuck. Maybe we did get a cheap unit, but the display is extremely bright at night. Also, the phone call audio is extremely staticky so she has to put it on speaker. Either way, the unit works for directions and Apple Music. These guys have the cheapest prices in town, the unit and installation was under $500. read more

I paid a thousand bucks for a stereo and back up camera. I chose the stereo with a CD player because I had a phone stand that used it. They asked if I wanted to be able to use my steering wheel volume controls for an extra 100 bucks. I said no, I can control the volume from the actual stereo. I didn't know that NONE of my steering wheel controls would work. So now I can't reset my maintenance required warning...ever again. They installed a stereo that has an internal mic that is so bad I can't use it to make calls anymore. The backup camera is crappy and is worn down after less than a year. Once a hot day rolled around, the cd tray melted with the pressure from my phone stand. I called them, they were soliton orientated. I brought it in, they replaced my stereo because of the melted cd area. But my mic still is unusable and they didn't have the part necessary to make my steering wheel controls work. They said they would call me when they got the part in but never received the call. I moved to Texas and now stuck with a "maintenance required" message, a microphone that is so bad I can't use the phone without plugging it in, and a cheap backup camera all for a grand.... read more
