Steve got back to me pretty quickly, got me a nice deal on tint, install looks spot on 10/10

They did a wonderful job on tinting my windows and within 1 hour. They were all very nice too.

I had an exceptional experience at Elevance getting both window tint and paint protection film (PPF) done. If you are looking for top-tier quality and flawless execution, this is the place to go. The owner, Steve, provides top-notch customer service from start to finish. He explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. On top of his incredible professionalism, his pricing is highly competitive--you truly get premium workmanship without the unfair markups you find at other shops. The attention to detail on the PPF and tint is absolutely perfect. You can tell Steve and his team take immense pride in their craft. I am recommending Elevance to everyone I know, and I will absolutely be bringing all of my future vehicles here. Do your car a favor and support this fantastic business. Steve completely deserves it! read more

I want to start off by thanking Steve and his team for their efforts. Steve immediately reached out to me to resolve my issue regarding the defects in my wrap. We went over the problems together in detail and in the end he rectified my concerns, but also went above and beyond. He had my entire hood rewrapped and it gave my car a completely fresh look, which wasn't necessary (along with patching some scratches I've made myself, as a favor); even more so, Steve's extra efforts made this entire situation not only go smoothly but it made me feel like he truly wanted to address my concern. He truly herd me out and did what most business owners rarely do these days and that's go above and beyond to ensure their work and customer satisfaction is meet to high standards. Steve, I'd like to commend you for your customer-centric values you've instilled in your business and its operations. I can tell that you have great honor and pride in your work, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in every project you and your team take on. I've never experienced such grace from a business owner regarding any issues I've had (small or large), as I did with Steve. I'm grateful for your kindness and integrity. I look forward to doing business with Elevance in the future, and recommending others as well. Thank you! (I'll be adding photos shortly) five+ stars read more

I had a great experience with Steve at Elevance and highly recommend him. I brought in my Subaru Forester for ceramic window tinting, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I would definitely recommend Elevance and will return in the future. read more

Just a quick update. I brought my BMW back to Elevance for its second annual detail and PPF and ceramic coating inspection. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance! read more

What a cool shop in Cypress! Steve is an absolute professional. He's a consultative knowledgeable craftsman who understands the ins and outs of all things PPF, Ceramic coating, and Tint. After my first consultation call with Steve, I knew he was the guy for the job. Not just that, he didn't attempt to upsell on anythjng I didn't need. One more light detail- Steve had me driven home from the shop in his personal car after I dropped my car off as I also live nearby. Just another small detail that speaks to their professionalism and admiration for their customers. Pretty cool to find a shop this authentic and sincere. I would recommend this to anybody interested in taking their vehicle to the next level cosmetically. Can't wait to work with them more the future! read more

This is a late review, but my husband and I have been returning customers to Elevance for a while now because of the excellent workmanship, fair prices, and great service. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them. read more

Took my brand new raptor after a week of purchase to Steve for full PPF matte and windows tint and I have to say this is the best decision that I have made. Steve and his team are respectful and professional. It took one week for the service. Steve and his team went above and beyond my expectation. There was a slight scratch on the right side of my truck from factory and Steve took care of it. His price is very competitive and his craftsmanship is top notch. I will definitely all my vehicles here in the future without hesitation. read more

Sam was super cool. Took care of my curb rash hella quick. Gonna come back to get more work done for sure. Wish I found it sooner.

The service here is top quality. You can often tell a lot about a business just by its cleanliness, and this place was exactly that: clean and organized. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the prices were fair. I'll definitely be bringing my next vehicle here. I'll need to remember to budget for the ceramic coating for the next job. read more

I came across Elevance while searching for a professional shop to install American flag details on both back windows of my Jeep, and I'm so glad I did. Steve responded right away, the pricing was extremely reasonable (honestly the best I found around), and his customer service was top-tier from the start. I wanted the work done ASAP, and he was able to get me in immediately. When I arrived, they welcomed me by name and got straight to work, which made the whole experience feel personal and professional. In under an hour, both American flag vinyl decals were perfectly installed on my rear windows. They even made sure my Jeep sat in the sun so everything could properly dry before I left which was such a thoughtful extra step. The placement is flawless, with zero air bubbles, and it truly took my Jeep's aesthetic to the next level. I was already looking for a shop to start doing mods on my Jeep, and I'm so happy Elevance is that place. I'm actually going back tomorrow for more work because the experience was that good! I will absolutely be recommending Steve and his crew at Elevance to everyone I know. If you're looking for quality work, great pricing, and honest people, this is the spot! read more

Top notch place. Great service, friendly staff, fair prices, and excellent results. Did 2 vehicle tints within a week, and also poked around at all the other cars because 1) They have lots of cool cars and trucks there, how often do you have a GT3 and AEV Prospector XL at the same place to check out? 2) Wanted to see up close how they do PPF and vinyl. No shortcuts here. Will be back next time I need tint. Thanks Team Elevance read more

Steve and his crew did an amazing job on my car. They put on a full-front XPEL PPF and tinted the windows with Llumar IRX. He even added fins on the rear doors to protect them from rocks and didn't even charge extra for it! I shopped around quite a bit in the LA area, and his prices were super reasonable for the quality of work. I originally had my windshield tinted with Air70, but a few months later a rock cracked it. Steve actually offered to replace the windshield himself, but I ended up going through Tesla (big mistake). When it came time to redo the tint, he swapped it out for Llumar IRX at 50%, which turned out way better for the LA sun anyway. More recently, I had to replace one of the fins, and Steve took care of it right away -- even polished the area for me. Seriously above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the quality, honesty, and professionalism of Steve and his team. He's responsive, transparent about what's worth doing (and what isn't), and truly takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for tint or PPF. As soon as one of my other cars dies, the next one's going straight to him! read more

Great experience. Great work would definitely recommend this shop. Knocked out the job in a timely manner and my truck looks great.

I've been in the tire and automotive business since the early 1980s. I've worked in every capacity--from oil and tire changer, to mechanic's helper, to service counter, store management, and, more recently over the past 20 years, district management for a variety of national and independent companies. Steve and his team at this shop in Cypress, California, exemplify the level of customer service, quality of work, and overall experience that I've been pushing for decades. Informative, communicative, and hard-working, they even showed genuine positivity and strong teamwork while I was waiting for my ride. This creates a functional, happy team, which always leads to better service for the customer--as well as better profits. My brother-in-law has used them in the past and enjoyed the service with Steve. Steve is a testament to what's possible in the United States with hard work, grit, and a commitment to providing exceptional service and quality repairs. While visiting my daughter here, from Virginia, she mentioned that she wanted her windows tinted to block out some of the UV rays and gain a little anti-gawker privacy at stop lights. My options for window tinting were explained professionally and thoroughly by Steve. The pricing was very fair, and Steve and his team even threw in a couple of extra touches--like re-adhering parts of the fender--that had nothing to do with what I originally requested. I highly recommend that folks patronize businesses like this so that less-than-stellar shops can see the "it" factor these folks have. read more

Go there if you want quality. Owner operated, Steve has high standards. Have gotten work done on 3 cars there

TL;DR: Stop searching--just go here. Great price, top-quality work, and excellent customer service. We got a 2026 Model Y and needed tint. I found Elevance on Yelp, and Steve was quick to reply and get me booked within 2 weeks (on a busy Saturday, no less). From the start, service stood out--Steve greeted me at my car, reviewed options, and recommended the best tint levels for a uniform look. We went with XPEL Prime XR Plus for max heat rejection. Drop-off was quick and easy. A few hours later, the car was ready. The tint looked flawless--no air bubbles, just some normal water spots that cleared in days. The work was precise, professional, and priced very fairly. Only hiccup: my Tesla's FSD camera gave an error since they temporarily remove it during install. Steve explained immediately when I texted, and the issue resolved itself within hours. Would've been nice to know at pickup, but his quick response made up for it. Now, 3 days later, the tint looks perfect and the car is noticeably cooler. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Steve and Elevance! read more

Great service, fast and responsive. My car looks amazing with the tint they even fixed a scratch on my rims. Super affordable!

I can't believe I'm only now leaving a review for Steve and the team at Elevance. I've been bringing my cars to Steve since 2021, back when his shop was still in Hawaiian Gardens. Every vehicle I've owned has been tinted by him using Llumar IRX ceramic tint, and the quality has always been outstanding. The installation is consistently flawless, and his pricing is hard to beat. I've had previous vehicles tinted at other well-known shops like Signature Glass tinting in Costa Mesa, and Steve has always offered better value without sacrificing quality. On top of that, everything is backed by a lifetime warranty, which gives me complete peace of mind. Even though I now live about an hour away, I still make the drive because Steve is honest, easy to work with, and genuinely values his returning customers. That kind of customer service is hard to find. This time I decided to take it to the next level with a full colored PPF wrap and ceramic coating, and all I can say is that Steve and his team exceeded every expectation. The fit and finish are incredible, the attention to detail is second to none, and my car looks even better than I imagined. If you're looking for a shop that delivers exceptional workmanship, fair pricing, and truly stands behind its work, I can't recommend Elevance enough. Thanks again, Steve--I already know I'll be back when it's time for my next car! read more

I had an excellent experience with Elevance and the owner Steve. I bought a new Honda and wanted to make sure that I protected the exterior right away since I park outside. I reached out to Steve and he immediately contacted me and within the same week, I dropped off my car and it was ready in two days! I got Nano Ceramic Window Tint and ceramic coating and it came out beautiful. The difference I can feel from the windshield in this CA heat is amazing! My car stays cool inside and the exterior paint feels like BUTTER! So happy with how Steve communicated promptly and clearly, that makes all the difference. I've since washed my car and it's just amazing how much the ceramic coating really protects the exterior and it feels so smooth and is easy to wash! They have tons of fancy, luxury cars they work on compared to my basic Honda but that didn't matter to them at all - I was treated professionally and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend! And my car looked real fancy in the pictures they took in their showroom! read more

Super late on my review! I brought my 2026 Lexus IS 350 to Elevance for front end POF, ceramic tint all-around, and ceramic coat. i smashed my mirror into a parking lot pillar, as 80% of us have done before lol. i was panicking and i couldnt find a place that wasnt tesla themselves to fix it for me for a decent price. it was pretty hard to find a place that not only could do it, but wasn't quoting me an insane price. i had broken the glass and the backing holding it in place, and i bought replacement parts off amazon, and most places told me it would cost 80 bucks just to pop it back on. i called elevate in advance, texted to make an appointment, and they asked me to wait for a bit and they popped it back on just like that. they recommended that i go to facebook marketplace and get the parts i needed and they can replace it for me. i would recommend elevate to anyone looking to get their car fixed or to add decorations. the shop was also super clean and stylish! read more

The Elevance crew did a wonderful job on tinting my car windows. Steve was also great and helpful answering my questions.

Shoutout to Elevance and the owner Steve, dropped off my GX550 and he called me within 10minutes when he noticed a scratch on my window after having the brand new car for only 2 days, after I corrected that issue, I brought it back and they got it done in 3 days. During the process, one of the wrap lines in the back did not turn out the way I imagined (curved) and Steve instantly corrected it with no negative pushback. I got black gloss PPF wrap of the roof, pillars and running board ($1950), painted side mirrors ($200), tint on front windows ($100), and black gloss powder coated wheels ($800). Turned out exactly how I wanted. They returned the car clean inside and out. Thanks guys, I will definitely be coming back to get the front ppf read more
