It has now been 2 years since I got my car front PPF, and I am so grateful that I made this decision. I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. They recommended trying a light wet sand and polish first and said they would evaluate it carefully before proceeding. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything and made decisions based on what was safest for the vehicle rather than just trying to sell a service. In the end, they determined that the bird droppings had etched too deeply into the clear coat and that it would be difficult to fully remove. I recently took my new Mercedes GLC to this shop for full front PPF and ceramic coating and this shop did an amazing job from start to finish! They kept my car for 4 days which was right on target with the estimate they gave me. They had me come back after a week to wash my car and to check up on the PPF which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my car was hit and run while it was parked in a parking lot that same day which caused the PPF to rip in two places on the edge of my hood. I texted Leo when I noticed the tears in the wrap and he replied immediately even though it was past their business hours on a Saturday night. He pointed out that my car was probably hit and offered to fix the PPF as soon as possible. When he saw my car in person Leo was honest and said there was no need to replace the PPF. They ended up trimming the PPF perfectly to where it looks just as flawless when it was applied and it took them just 10 minutes while I waited in the lobby. The PPF application really did its job in protecting my car because my paint wasn't damaged at all, AND they somehow managed to fix the PPF to where you can't even tell that it was ripped in the first place. My hood is still somehow fully protected with PPF despite the two rips because of their excellent work. It looks just like it did when I picked it up from them initially a week ago and I'm so impressed with their service and communication. They stand by their work and as a customer I really appreciate that they even offered to help me fix it rather than sending me away. They've earned a customer and I'll be returning to have all of my windows and moonroof tinted by them too.
