I don't remember the man the helped me, but he was very kind and knowledge because I didn't know what type of tint to get on my car. I'm very impressed in how the tint still looks so good. After 4 years, the tint on my car has bubbled up to the point where I would have to roll my windows down to see. I brought my car back to get it re-tinted under the lifetime warranty. To my surprise, he quoted me $70 to have it done even when I had my warranty papers and everything. When I asked why there is a charge, he said that it's cause the price of the film went up since when I had the initial tint done. He tried reassuring me that he's not even charging me for labor fees... To top it off, no covid prevention measures either. I decided to check at another Solar Gard installer and they accepted the warranty, no fees, no bs. They had masks and gloves on while handling customer's cars and talking to customers. Topline might do a decent job with their tint, but I rather take my business somewhere that can not only do a good job, but an HONEST job. I thought I only needed the two front windows since the rears were factory dyed but after asking questions about protection with the owner and his son, they were very informative providing every details of each type of film and they were honest to tell me which one would work best for what I was asking for and in pricing.
