(This place is very unprofessional and they do not take care of their customers) My husband and I have had very bad experience the past two times at this location in Bellflower. My husband paid to get my vehicle tinted front windows and front windshield. However, I had to return to have them replace it due to debris/bubbles in the tint. After the fix there is still bubbles and scratches on my windshield. The scratches are hard to see unless it's in the correct lighting at the right angle, but I was able to get a good picture. The scratches are from the installation squeegee tool. After they fixed it, I gave it some time to see if these bubbles would go away and they have not. I'm still dealing with them till this day. I am very hesitant to bring my vehicle back to have them fix it again as it seems to have gotten worse. My husband had his front window tinted for the second time along with a PPF protection film. And it has been nothing but a headache. He paid $748 to have the front windshield and PPF done. However, he had to return three times to have it fixed due to install installer error and bad cuts, just improperly being installed. And it is still not right please see attached photos. I will update if any issues are resolved. As for now, I would try to stay away from this place. They do not take care of customers how they say they will. read more

I wanted a tint fast and I came across this place while I was at my sister's. Skeptical because I have a place I usually go to at my place but there was an evacuation going on so I went here. I called the place and the girl said that I can come in and get it done. I was pretty shocked because I thought I had to get an appointment. So I went and she was able to take me in and told me how much it was and that I was able to come back and pick it up. The service was pretty fast because after leaving she called me 30-40 mins and said that my car was done. I was shocked and was like oh no I paid $600 and this is gonna be horrible. After 3 days, I was wrong because the tint was perfect. This place was pretty fast at responding at the service you requested. I would come her again. read more

(Do not trust this location with your vehicle) Don't be fooled by all the Instagram hype, and a big mural on the front of the building. I had my BMW done at this place. Along with my wife's vehicle. I've also had numerous friends that I recommended this place. However, my wife and I have now had terrible experiences the last two times we have been to this place. And I'm not sure if it's the specific branch in Bellflower or not. Let me explain. In the past, I had my front windshield tinted with them along with one window that was broken and needed to be replaced. The front window passenger side was fine. However, the front windshield had lots of bubbles and sloppy cuts along with debris between the windshield and tint. I noticed it right after the install however, the installer and the receptionist informed me that I would need to wait a week for it to clear up. So that is what I did however, it did not clear up. I brought the car back and they did replace it and they did a great job the second time around however it was a big inconvenience for me to have to return to have it redone because of their mistakes. I then had my wife's SUV front windshield done by them. Being that they fixed my car and took care of me after the mistake made, I figured they could do my wife's car. We had the same issue with my wife's vehicle and had to bring it back again. Now she has bubbles and spots and scratches on her windshield after the fix! And we are very hesitant to even bring it back to this establishment a 3rd time. So we have not yet. Fast forward and I had a rock hit my windshield and had to have it replaced. I should've known better than to come to this place, but I gave them another chance because they did take care of me in the past after their first mistake. This time I got the front windshield tinted or re-tinted I should say. And I also got a front windshield protection PPF installed. They did a horrible job on the install of the PPF had to take it off twice to redo it because of mistakes and made me wait over a week for them to order more product to install once they did install it for the third time it was poorly done and cut improperly, leaving a large gap between the top of the windshield and the end of the PPF protection. Along with a very sloppy cut that is very noticeable and a V shape cut above the driver side of the windshield along with bubbles. I will not be bringing my car back to this place ever again nor will I recommend this place to anybody the manager (Robert) stated "that is the best that they can do" without even looking at it as he was not even at the location at the time. Very poor Customer Service and for me to pay $748 for a front windshield tint and PPF protection and have it done so poorly with such poor Customer Service and have to come back multiple times is just very unprofessional. Do not trust these people with your vehicle and do not waste your money. Find a better establishment that is more reputable than this. The installers that they use are not very knowledgeable of this product and they teach people on the job. Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I am hoping that not all of the locations are like this. Very disappointed I wasted my money and my time. Forgot to mention that they scheduled my appointment for 10 AM to fix this the for the third time, and did not finish my car until 5:30PM for one piece of film. They had my car waiting outside all day because I was not a new customer is my assumption. At the end of the day they rushed to get it done and this was the outcome. Very poor leadership at this establishment. I did not mention that they leave tint scraps all over the inside of your vehicle. Water marks all over everything and footprints all over the skid plate of your vehicle as they stand on it to install, but apparently they do not clean up after themselves. I brought my car in fully detailed and was left very dirty afterwards. I have attached pictures of my vehicle. Please take a look and you tell me if that's worth $748. I will more than likely be returning to try to get this resolved. I will update if fixed. read more

Bad experience, got a Groupon and the way they described it on the site was tricky, they say 5 window tint but the five are the rear window, the two back windows and those two small little other connecting windows between the back seats and the rear. Once you're there they just try to get you to add-on so the Groupon deal is not really a deal at all in the end. Shady business practice, hope nobody else falls for it. read more

The front desk young lady Kim was extremely nice and professional. She took the time to go over the different types of tints and shades. She was very knowledgeable about how to match my factory tint on the back windows to the rest of the car. I ended up getting all my windows tinted including the panoramic glass roof and it came out perfect. Took my new truck for a window tinting. Was assisted by a gentleman. I was debating matching the two front door windows with the factory rear tint as well as windshield tint. I was open to both standard and ceramic tint. I also considered tinting ALL windows. The person helping me sold me on the ceramic tint. they helped me then decide between just the front window and windshield vs all windows. I decided to do ALL windows and the worker gave me a price for "everything". I got my truck back and i'm happy with the tinting BUT, a few days later I did noticed they did not tint the very small sunroof. now I assumed "give me the ceramic tint on all windows, everything" also means the sunroof. I went back to ask about it and they said sunroofs are not included in "everything" or "all" and it would be $100. I explained the gentleman had quoted me for "everything" not "everything minus the sunroof" I spent $580 plus fees and taxes $630 to get "everything" minus sunroof. i'm happy with the work, it is quality, speedy, and employees were friendly, but hoping this review stands out to folks in order to double check that "all" or "everything" includes their sunroof. I also understand that maybe he overlooked to mention "sunroof isn't included" that happens, but I was hoping to be better assisted other than "no sorry sunroofs are $100". I also understand some new cars have massive sunroofs, so material costs also makes sense in this situation. but my sunroof is small so disappointed to see not being worked with. i'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for that. read more

Very unprofessional! I dropped off my car to put Solar gard tint on my car. After 2 HRS I got a call that the employee can't find the film in the shop. He even told me to talk to owner to find where it is. That's unacceptable! As a customer I am not supposed to handle this. Anyway, I took my car back without tinting. What a hassle! This costed me uber money. In addition, the employee told me that they would give me a warranty card for Solar guard. However, later the owner said they don't give warranty card for any brands other than the one they use something called America film that I never heard about.
