I went in last Friday for regular 5% tint only on my passenger side window . When it was done inside the shop it looked fine no brown . But as I got home I noticed the tint was brown . I called the store the next day and they told me that it was normal and it's just the adhesive curing in to give it a few days . Now come today Wednesday and it's still brown I called in again and I asked them about it and they told me that's how the tint color is and I explained to the employee this should of been mentioned to me in the beginning because as you can see in the photo my other tints are not brown . Not only that the employee said it was ceramic tint , I never asked for ceramic I wanted regular . This was never mentioned to me when I first walked in to get my tint . When I asked if he can replace it he just denied to replace it and said it wasn't their fault . Now I've been back and forth calling with both Downey & bellflower location to see if they're able to replace and fix the tint but it just seems like they don't want to help . I have another car that I took here 3 yrs ago and it was ceramic tint and it was never a brown color for the tint on the inside . I understand they might have changed their tint or something but they should have let me know that the new tint was going to be a different color than my other tints I have already on my car. On top of that when I called the bellflower location they said " to pay for the other windows in my car to get tinted the same as my new one that I just put on there " read more

When we arrived, the gentleman told us to go to the Bellflower location instead, even though our appointment was clearly for the Downey Speedy Auto Tint. At the Bellflower location, they told us they could not accommodate due to not having an appointment there - as they were already fully booked. Speedy on woodruff has shitty ass work I'm embarrassed of I have a 2026 Chevrolet and they couldn't even tint my simple ass tail lights without them bubbling up 85 times this will be the second time. I'm bringing my shit back. Stay away from bad work it's not worth your money or stress. read more

She kindly explained the differences between the options like 20%, 5%, and others. Jonathan took care of me and explained to me the process and warranty. Gave me the quote and I went for it. It was a 3hr process along side his co worker. I just walked it to the Stonewood Mall and kill some time. Just a heads up, cash is king! Make sure to take cash to avoid paying taxes. They do have an ATM. Good service and friendly staff. Brought my 93 civic VX in for some much needed tint in this hot Socal weather. I opted for 15% ceramic all the way around. Work came out great. Door panels and hatch hardware removed in order to get the tint all the into the crevices for a more finished look. Nothing was damaged and there were no bubbles after the install. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for nice tint at a good price. I will also be coming back for ceramic tint on the windshield after I get it replaced tomorrow! read more

I made an appointment for 9:15am and arrived on time. I asked for 15% ceramic and was told a price and that it would be a couple hrs to install. I had to call them at 5:30pm (they close at 6) and ask what the status of my vehicle was. They still had not finished, had not given me an update saying it would take longer, and then still did not finish by the time I arrived to pick up the car after their posted hours. The whole point of making an appointment is that I reserve my place in line. Why was my car one of the last ones worked on for the day? On top of all of that, they removed my cargo cover and placed it on the roof of the car so when I drove away it went flying off into the street. The work is ok, I've had better tint installs over the years. The lack of communication and poor customer service in not recognizing they ruined my entire day when I went out of my way to make a 9am appointment and then did not have my car when it was supposed to take "a couple hrs" is what earned them their rating. We went here seeing it was 4 stars. We purchased a Groupon and added extra $80 for front two windows to tint so basically came out to 165, not much of a savings for the work provided and service. We got there asked about the uneven tint in one of the doors but the other side was perfectly aligned and their excuse was it was too hard and too tight. Another issue was the excessive amount of dust bubbles. I've had other cars tinted elsewhere for about the same price without a Groupon and never experienced this much dust bubbles. They left the car dirty with excess tint on the seats. Workers were not really that welcoming totally regret coming here. read more

Very nice employee/owner helped me with my tint selection on my Prius Prime. I went back and forth on tint level selection maybe about 5 times because I was conceded about the darkness level. At the end to help me (and him) solve the dilemma of what tint level to get, the employee/owner had me look through a real tint and that helped me decide that 5% ceramic tint was not horrible.
