    I don't know how I would accurately rate this store. I bought a Lenovo Yoga laptop through the Irvine store, and since they didn't have any in stock, I was sent to this location to pick it up. Pickup was smooth. Then to Geek Squad. Had good help from agents at front desks, Isaiic (?). Next day, when I came to pick up my computer, I had good help from Csy for a little while, then he left. Luis stepped in and he was very great and helping with all the issues with Microsoft. Luis was very patient and worked with me to resolve all issues. Got my laptop and came home to find out the laptop had no sound, whatsoever. I went through the Settings, fiddling around for 3 hours until midnight and still unable to fix the sound problem. Brought it back to Geek Squad Irvine/Lake Forest and they couldn't fix it either. Was told later that it's the laptop that was the issue and to return it! Then we had Angel order another one. Went and picked it up at the Mission Viejo store and brought it back to Irvine for Geek Squad to set it up. Lots of work and time involved. Not sure if it's really the laptop or Geek Squad installation agent's issue? But the GS agents at the front desk of this location are helpful though.

    Love coming to this store. Its neat. Organized and clean. There is always parking available. The geek squad always an their job doing what they do. And I always find what I am looking for. Thank you BEST BUY!!!

    My husband and I purchased a high end $1,400+ Bosch dishwasher from them (order number xxx 250197) and within a few months (Under Warranty) it broke and the rack fell on my daughter's arm and hurt her, as we were loading it together because the back clip piece just randomly broke making it unusable. Oh and the side of the handle randomly came off under warranty as well. The Bosch tech came out and said yes the clip issue a known problem and they would be in contact me when the part became available because he didn't have the part to fix it. This was months ago. I've been chasing them for help since November 2025 and the refuse to uphold their warranty. Every time IC all, Bosch keeps saying they will call me when the part becomes available but they never do for 4+ months. I'm a working mom of kids and have had to spend 10+ hours of my life chasing them to make this right and they do not care. I will never buy another Bosch dishwasher again and will make sure all of my friends and clients know about this as well. I'm so disappointed and cannot believe how terribly I've been treated.

I know it costed more at first but the food last longer and we were very amazed. The measuring and fitting of the fridge is perfect and so beautiful. It was really worth it and I am so glad we listened to George. Lately our dryer is making a big noise so I called him 2 days ago. He already made an appointment with the LG technician to come out to our house. Even the aftercare he took care of our issues right away! When we buy another house, we will definitely go back to this place and ask for George. We are very thankful to have him.

However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist. My review was simply intended to provide honest feedback about the customer experience we encountered.

I explained the process I went through to arrive at placing a call to his company. He listened and acknowledged everything I had done, including ordering the particular circuit board from the internet. 2nd) I had the top of the dryer already exposed for his work. Within, 15-20 mins I heard the dryer functioning again. Josh was professional enough to show me - my YouTube diagnosis was correct, however when I tried to replace the board, the power leads had an issue and therefore that was the issue. 3rd) Hopefully, this combination wash/dryer setup will last a few more years, but in the event of another issue, I have absolute faith in contacting Josh and APLCE. 4th) The cost was an hourly rate for service tech travel and time. Very much worth the amount to get back into doing laundry without purchasing a new setup. Thank you sir. Appreciate you and your professionalism.

That didn't stop Steve he kept coming up to my mother and I. Finally we found something we liked after looking for about 45 minutes. Then we found a book of patterns and looked through it and chose a nice pattern. We got Steve's attention and he came right over. We showed him what we wanted and began the process. He said initially Macys would take a deposit but then when we got to the cash register he ran two different transactions for the entire price (over $5,000). A week later he calls and says the special material we picked out was discontinued and he doesn't know why it was still on display. He asked if we could come back to the store and pick out another fabric. We went back the next day and there was about three fabric layout which one included the showroom floor. We picked out the showroom floor. My mother asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He gave her a 10 percent discount. He said he would take care of everything and she would be expecting a refund for the 10 percent. Steve then called again a week later asking for our debit card information. I said for what? He said I canceled out your other order and now trying to repurchase your order. I told him ummm sir that will be over $10,000 Macys will have. No you're not. I also asked where was the refund? He stated it's coming in a check from Cincinnati (the office in Cincinnati has been closed for about 5 years) I said sir we didn't give you a check everything should have placed back on the debit card. After about a week waiting on a check I called Macys real corporate office and New York and they stated that we should have a refund by July 17. It is now July 21st and we have yet to receive any kind of refund. Tomorrow we are headed to South Coast to demand our refund back.

There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. But I will 100% say they are not disabled person friendly. If you have seen my other reviews then you know I'm disabled and use forearm crutches to walk. While this store does have an electric shopping cart. Or EcV with basket. It is usually not charged and it is falling apart. The store has ONE. Only one and it is completely falling apart. Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.
